If there's still interest I'm happy to issue a couple of more invitations. Date is negotiable at this point, just want it to be during the preseason so everyone has more data to make draft decisions from. Wow, Dave's has gotten out that far? Agree that they're great barbecue (though living in Kansas City that statement can endanger my life if said in the wrong company!) If you ever come out this direction there are three joints you MUST eat at if you love barbecue: Oklahoma Joe's Jack Stack Arthur Bryant's Some would add Gates' to this list, and at one time they were the undisputed king of 'cue here, but they've gone downhill a bit in my opinion. There's also a handful of places that if you are a true fan are also worth going to: Papa Bob's (this is the home of the Ultimate Destroyer as featured on Man vs. Food) BB's Lawnside BBQ (live blues concerts nightly) Smokin' Guns BBQ (one that not everyone knows about but is as good as any in KC) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Of course growing up in South Dakota and Minnesota my definition of "snow" is different than many of my neighbors. I know in years past we've had around 16 or so. With the draft on Saturday, I won't be able to be there live and will most likely have to set my ranking. We've had some people excited in the past, sign up a team, only to then neglect it and ultimately hinder it all. All in all, I'm really looking forward to this year!
