With September 19th fast approaching I figured now would be a good time to return and setup are little fantasy game.

 

This year the format has teams of four fighting it out in a Battle of the seasons (though it really is a battle of the locations),

Draft –

Will be snake style with people drafting individuals in an order determined by a RNG. We may end up with 2 extra people left. If so, like before 2 types of scores will be done for the season. Regular – just scores the people that were drafted. Modified – replaces any person eliminated from teams with one of the nondrafted (using an RNG) till none are available. The draft will Start when sign ups are done with no time limit. If by Sunday September 16 we are not done drafting a time limit of 4 hours will take effect at 3PM Eastern Time. If we are still not finished when the show starts an RNG will determine your team.

Win a Non-Elimination Challenge: +20 (Each member of the winning team)

Get Disqualified or Quit a Non-Elimination Challenge: -5

Win an Elimination Challenge: +10

(Bonus of +2 for back-to-back elimination challenge wins.)

Lose an Elimination Challenge: -10

(Penalty of –2 if TJ questions your effort.)

First Men and Women Eliminated from The Challenge: -20

Win The Challenge: +100 (Each member of the winning team)

(2nd Place: +50; If needed 3rd +25; 4th +10)

 

Physical Fight (Fists or Kicks): +25

Wrestle: +5

(If it becomes a fight the points stack)

Make Someone Cry: +5

(Cab be split. If 2 people make someone cry +2 each, if 3-5 each get +1. If 6 or more then no points.)

Make-out: +5

(Bonus +5 if same sex.)

Hook-up: +10

(Bonus +10 if same sex.)

Nudity: +5

(Butt does not count.)

Get Bleeped: +1

Prank a Sleeping or Passed Out Person: +5

Spit on Someone: +5

Inadvertently Physically Hurt (Outside of a Challenge): +10

(Splits up like make someone cry)

Ambulance comes for you: +10

If one of your people is replaced on their team you get the replacement (along with any penalties associated with the original; person leaving).

 

Any additional rules to be added or scoring disputes will be handled using a majority rule vote (has yet to ever happen). I would also like to receive any suggestions people have for new rules. We now have 8 people the maximum that a league can have with 32 players to draft. The way I see it this is both great and a problem. With only 4 players each people will be eliminated form the league quite early (if history repeats itself it will be m_l_t ). I think we have 2 options to fix that issue.

 

The first is leave sign-ups open and see if we can get a few extra people and run 2 leagues. Should lessen the chance of early eliminations.

 

The other option is run the 8 man league and at the same time actually do the mini game I suggested in the past. Everyone picks 3 people each week, first come first served (starting after the last episode aired), you can have 2 out of 3 people that another team has (which could lead to a few times of each person having 2 of the same people and only the 1 different person mattering), at least 1 man and 1 woman, and each week the team must have at least 1 different person then last week. Also has an added benefit of people being able to join in the middle of the show.
