<strong>1.2 Zero Tolerance on Editor usage</strong>. Do NOT touch or change anything in the editor during the gameplay. Should there be a major reason for doing so, it will be discussed with all the players but I doubt there will be anything gamebreaking of that sort.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>1.3: Pre-Set Rules (when starting the new game): Standard</strong> (Every box has a tick in it, meaning FoW, "Perfect Show Theory" and others are On. What about "Dirt Sheet"? Hidden or visible?</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>1.3.1: New Workers: January 2013</strong> (default is 2026 but I'm sure we'll be using the new workers, right?). Frequency: Low (was Medium but changed to Low thanks to D-Lyriums and Derek's experience based opinion.</p><p> </p><p>

Don't lynch me on this but it's been awhile and I've forgotten what different people said about this so I'm going to go back on this thread and check what the general consensus was among this subject. </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>2.1.1 Passwords: None.</strong></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>2.2: 25 User Talent points</strong>. When we've selected our User Characters, submit me the list of your point selection or reply on the thread so that I can get the savegame started.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>2.3: Reputation: Lowest</strong>. We want to start from a clean sheet.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>2.4: If you get fired / bankrupt / resign / want to drop out:</strong> In case of the first three, continue to play normally if you wish. You are encouraged to find job elsewhere in the Cornellverse and of course continue the diary from your part if you so wish. In case of wanting to drop out, please tell me about it ASAP so that we can find a replacement. Thanks to the advanced mechanics it's now really easy to pop in and out from the save so nothing is carved in stone so to speak. Unless you're in NOTBPW.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

1.1. You better believe it, say goodbye to everyone you've ever hired!

1.2. Definitely, though I think everyone knows that already.

1.3. I say everything should be ticked for maximum immersion/difficulty but I realise others might not agree.

1.3.1. I also would like to have random genned workers show up. We'll need to go through the in-game options too to get them set up, but I'm all in favour of loads of injuries, deaths and fairly low generation settings because I know the highest settings can get up to about 40 people per month (I've tested it).

 

2.1. I'm all for Head Booker, and with the previous settings mentioned too, with Owner Goals on. But I appreciate that Owner Goals can be tough and don't mind playing with them off if people prefer.

2.2. It's easy enough to sort your own User Talents in game... the Office Assistant will remind you if you have unspent points, so we should all be able to set our own for our turns. Personally, I can't quite decide how to spend mine.

 

Also, I'm still in for BHOTWG. They're going to be amazing... hopefully.

Both relieved and mildly disappointed in how little CGC has changed. At least I can get some permanent ideas down now. Perhaps age shall be a theme in the piece.

 

Although BOO Jack & Hotstuff Marie are married. Kinda wanted to do a wedding episode.

I'd vote for Dirt Sheet on. It has some useful info in it that, as a booker, you'd know (or notice). But none of it is really 'cheating'.

I'd vote for Low, starting at 2013. The new worker generation system is too good to miss out on, and Low is pretty much the old Medium.

Personally I'd go for current head bookers, unless someone has a really big problem with theirs.

I think with things that fall under User Preferences should maybe be up to the individual player. They can be selected independently (one guy can have owner goals on while the others don't, etc).

 

Maybe agree to have most of the 'difficulty' settings on, like Perfect Show Theory and gimmick effects, to make it fair from a ratings standpoint. But stuff like PPV buyrate emails etc should be up to the user.
