8-man Diary in TEW2013?

<p>I am SHOCKED that NOTBPW is back to National. I really didn't expect that.</p><p> </p><p>

I was kind of hoping for a small shift in product in the Jeremy era but it should work out fine.</p><p> </p><p>

I'm in the same boat as Astil - I'm way heel heavy. And despite having mostly the same roster, there are some curveballs that will be interesting to work around.</p><p> </p><p>

Oh, and FIN, I would prefer to use the NOTBPW_alt1 logo/banner if possible. I will also assemble a list of alts that I'd prefer to use from the CVerse rerender thread.</p>

This line-up is going to be awesome. Is going to be fun to play as the Old Japan vs Modern Japan, I hope you guys work well together to make things awesome in the face of the old giant, who will no doubt be looking to do mean things to you for funsies.

 

As far as User Preferences, seems like it would be popular if we made some optional and everything not mentioned below as ticked.

 

Owner Goals, Dirt Sheet, PPV emails, TV emails, Pre-Booking reminders.

 

The rest of the options keep us all on a level playing field, with some modifiers to difficulty with Owner Goals if we want them. I'm not sure if I'll have them on or not, I guess it would depend on what everyone else is doing and it seems that they could be a big problem for us as dynasty writers if we got some nasty ones or forgot about them... so maybe playing with them off is a little safer and will let us do what we want to do.

<p>Well FIN, it's mostly because the style I'm looking to do is quite picture light. I mean, I <em>like</em> pictures, but I figure the best way for me to keep up and not take forever to get my shows up is to just use the bulletted format I posted a while ago.</p><p> </p><p>

With all 5 of the North American companies able to offer written deal, I can see some monster contract negotiations coming up in future. Champagne Lover may be getting paid loads of money with SOTPBW just now, but I can see someone like Remo ending up on a monster contract with someone as the result of a bidding war. And if BHOTWG can get in on the action too, there's a chance I'll be doing what I can to raid from you guys.

 

As for graphics, I'll probably just be using the Cornellverse defaults for all of mine unless there are any awesome alts doing the rounds. In which case, someone will have to make me aware of them because I've not really looked around for alts in aaaaaages and don't know what might be available.

I've also just noticed that in the default data, Toyokuni Hardcore - who's now in WEXXV - is still listed as a member of Black House Nation (the stable hell-bent on destroying WLW). That's probably an error but could actually be really cool. FIN is taking the war to me via the medium of lower midcarders!

Although thinking about it, the multiplayer aspect may create a desire to see beyond my 1 hour of tv. People might want to know where their favourites are, or how CGC are coping financially compared to their opponents.</p><p> </p><p>
