Eddie Gilbert was booking ECW I believe, but I'm fairly certain that part of why WWN failed was Heyman left to be booker for ECW. I read somewhere that Crockett and Heyman clashed over the direction of the company. Crockett wanted to stick to tradition where Heyman wanted to move forward. Crockett also didn't like what ECW did with the NWA title. WWN has a cool little story for a promotion that was around for so little.

HHH's "Cool" is only 50, should probably be higher or DX can't happen properly :p

Animal's Brute is only 50 as well.

Aww man, you couldn't have mentioned that before my huge update? :p

Nah thanks for noticing, both will be tweaked for the next release - whenever that might be...

Downloaded this updated version yesterday Hive! Going to start using it as the base for a '94 WWF diary since I've had the writing bug as of late. Very much looking forward to using this for many games to come, just updated the few small tweaks you have posted since the last release.

Love how there are really only a handful of good real-world mods out there and two of them are yours; granted only a year apart but this was clearly the base for great things to come. If no one fixes up later and years previous to this (visa vi, drug habits, etc.) I may have to ask your permission to use these, or perhaps work on some new mods with you. WWE Network and years of collecting VHS, and then DVD has now come in handy for WCW/WWE/ECW.

As well as gave WWF PPV in Canada and UK, as well as put Raw on TV on TSN, and upped superstars to US Syndication big to get them in Ontario, might just do the same with Raw. These are just purely cosmetic for me but I felt like this would reflect real life; being Canadian I know we had WWF PPV's and TV and always recall them making a big deal at PPV's about people from UK being up late to tune in. If it's less of an update for WWF as it is for the whole game world (just in terms of drugs) whatever; but I'd love to scoop it up either way whenever you can.

As for your next masterpiece, keep in touch. Not as concerned about the financial aspect of this, or many games. It is hard to currently even simulate some Era's pre-PPV for this and many other reasons in TEW. Because you cannot accommodate large scale companies with PPV deals to do normal large house type shows, no? Could I run IYH and the like just as a large show? I was just going to book it as a 2 hour-ish PPV and consider it as a VHS special type event that won't advance story too much. If I could run just a large show in game, that works better; if not I'm not bothered. I know there would be no way to simulate this currently with the AI as you should be running your max event size.

This is in no way a major update, but here it is nonetheless: CoTT 1.08!

Download link is in the first post.

WHOOP! As according to records for holders it wasn't around until around '97 if I recall. My bad. I can edit this out, so can everyone else very easily. So..... question.

Why is it that, in both this and in WotW, TNT and USA are not the same size? TNT is set as a Big network, while USA is only Medium. And, follow-up question; at what point would you think that they would become the same size?

I have no clever answer to that question.

I've run into a few oddities as television goes. For one, I had to make TNT "highly pro" in order to get primetime, though that could have had to do with the economy and wrestling industry being C+ and B- respectively, and both falling. Also, I cannot get TBS to agree to make Saturday Night into a B-show now that I have Nitro.

But as far as my initial topic here goes, as much as I love seeing that my Nitro decimated Raw in the TV ratings, a 7.98 to 4.51 just seems far more lopsided than it perhaps should be.
