They have in their fold the biggest name in the country that isn’t in the WWF, “The Nature Boy” Ric Flair. They focus on wrestling, not characters, and are offering the greatest alternative due to their talented and diverse roster, which comes from bringing together all the companies which were under the NWA banner.</p><p> </p><p> Jim Crockett Promotions may have started in one area, but we’re about to go nationwide. But people are becoming tired of some of the outright selfish kind of booking that goes on when only one person holds power. So, in the interest of keeping active the “boardroom” of the National Wrestling Alliance, there will be a three man booking team, with Crockett holding the final say on matters. Dusty Rhodes will retain his booking powers, grandfathered in due to past service. He will be joined by NWA commentator Jim Ross. It is believed that Ross is there to keep the more realistic side of the booking, as well as make sure that the future of the company will be littered with college and professional athletes who can wrestle as well as talk. </p><p> </p><p> But for the third member of the new team, they’ve decided to bring in a ringer. A man who is rather new to the world of pro wrestling, but has been requesting for some time to get noticed in the world; a man who has been managing for a year now in the northeast, Florida, Memphis, and the AWA. Now, he gets thrown directly into the fire; but if there’s one thing he knows how to do, it’s how to live Dangerously.</p><p> </p><p> We are about to take you back to a time when wrestling was wrestling. With Christmas Clash in the books several days ago, we have received a shocker here at Promotion Wars. The main event of Christmas Clash featured Jack Bruce defending his SWF World Heavyweight Title against his hated enemy Remo. Remo had not only attacked Jack Bruce in the ring but also on the street while Jack Bruce was walking down a sidewalk. In the match at Christmas Clash, Jack Bruce agreed to put not only his SWF World Heavyweight title on the line but also his SWF career. The match ended when Remo struck Bruce with a third spear and pinned him cleanly in the center of the ring. Essentially, it's a heel capturing a face's valet and tying her up in a chair, while the heel talks to the face saying this is what happens when you interfere in my matches and other heel stuff before the Face runs backstage and takes off in his car to find her but to no avail. </p><p> </p><p>

My question is am I going too far? I don't think it's all that offensive but frankly I just want to make sure. I'm not trying to offend anyone and it was kind of the plan I had all along for the feud between the two to really kick into over gear. But after dwelling on it, I thought that I better refer this to some of the users just to see if it'd be okay. I mean I have seen curses on here before but thats it.</p><p> </p><p>

Let me get across I'm not trying to offend anyone, anything could be further from the truth, and there have been some offensive stuff in wrestling before (ECW comes to mind, with that crucificion angle with Raven and the Sandman) and this idea got into my head after going back and seeing Kurt Angle and Booker T's feud a few years ago when Kurt was tormenting Sharmell.</p><p> </p><p>

I've written the show but haven't posted it and I haven't written anything offensive in my opinion but the angle itself may be offensive to other people on this forum. Any feedback is appreciated. I can remove it from the show entirely, or I could give a very brief summary of what happened or I can keep it as it is? So, if you can pick from any of those 3 I'd appreciate it. Thanks.</p>
