If you don't give out Goldberg pushes, how do you push a Gargantuan? I recently got him for the first time and he's basically the guy to make a statement. He's attacked people post match and left them destroyed until Buddy Garner stepped up and challenged him as he felt his jujitsu background could keep Gargantuan down. He went on to get squashed at the PPV and in one month Gargantuan went from 17 overness across the US to 47. I'll probably continue to push him in that manner until he hits the main event scene before my baby face champ beats him in a heroic effort.

Ah yes, booking the monsters. No Goldburg pushes for me means I rarely if ever use the 'dominate' match note. Oh sure, if I have say Damien on my A show and he's fighting a jobber, the dominate note will probably get used. However if he's in a feud with someone, even a feud he'll eventually win, I never use the dominate note for that type of thing. I'd never say someone doing just that is wrong, it's just not something I do myself. Is it slower? Certainly, but I like to think of it as 'earning your place'. In short:

"So you have a great look/charisma/talent? that's nice. Show me you deserve the top spot."

As to how I book monsters? There's a lot of beat downs and brawls that happen. If the monster has a manager there's also a lot of ambushes. Usually my feuds last 3-4 months neutral to good chemistry permitting. The First PPV match is won by typically by the face due to the monster just not caring about winning the match and ignoring the ref and everyone else just the beat on the face(match won by face, a keep strong on monster with post match beatdown by monster rated on menace.). Second PPV match is won by the monster, typically by shenanigans like manager interference or an ally run in, followed by either a post match beat down if I don't care about hurting the face's overness or a brawl to the back. Third PPV match is won by the monster again, this time a straight up win if I want the monster to appear as a serious threat to others or otherwise it's a win via shenanigans, again it's either a post match beatdown rated on monster's menace or brawl. The Final PPV match is won by the face typically. If the face is someone I have no plans for, the monster wins this one too without a beatdown post match as the commentators ask whom can stop this beast.

In conclusion the PPV match itself will usually have the monster go up a point or two in popularity if successful, but it's the post match angles, rated on the monster's menace that really do it.

Something else I'm starting to do that's added a bit of randomness and fun to my game is I'll take a title belt like the National or TV belt and everytime there is a PPV match for it, I do NOT choose a winner. I let the computer choose. Usually I can guess the winner and I'd NEVER do this with the world title, but still it's that fun bit of uncertainty that adds spice to the title feuds.

Alright time to lend me your minds.

I have Nicky Champion at 100 pop in all of US firmly placing Jack Bruce at Number two in the US. Now Enygma has to be a strong third as a heel turn, a new stable , and feud with Champion has him at 93 pop and on fire as the new uspw world champion. Now his stable consists of Tyson Baine and Darryl Devine(I have a brood like alt) and it has effectively placed Darryl Devine in the main event at roughly 84 pop and cemented Bain as a gatekeeper/Man to beat to make it.

The number 2 babyface of the company is James Justice he hasn't done anything major really. He's had a solid 6 month run as national champion effectively raising the prestige to about 68 making it THE midcard title to have and a 6 month run with the television championship. He has also had a number of great matches(by Uspw standards) Which has mold and place names like Andre Jones, Petr Novak, and T rex well into the upper reaches of the midcard. He will always have a spot on my roster and should be rewarded someday.

The number 3 babyface of the company is Hollywood Brett Star but he is currently enjoying a run with the national championship and is 4 months into his reign, but I have stolen TheGolden One in Rocky Golden which places him as the new number 3 hard 2 once he's available to work. Now this is where I need your brain juices to flow viciously.

1) Since James Justice has done a lot to improve the view of my midcard titles and placed two future main eventers quite nicely on the roster (as the two now hold the national and television titles respectively) do i set up a feud between him and Enygma for the next few months as a reward for the work he's done even though he won't come out on top?

2) Do I continue to slow cook Brett Star into a bonafide main eventer or do I place him in a year long feud with The offering, Enygma's stable, which would see him go through Devine in 3 months, Baine in 3, and Enygma in 6 months with the last being the most challenging due to dealing with all 3 members at once ending with Starr as Champion?

3) Do I let The Golden one challenge Enygma upon his debut seeing as how he is who he is or does he take a short warm up feud before eventually challenging Enygma?

4) Do I turn Devine face effectively damaging The offering and give Enygma a proper in ring challenge which would in turn make Golden debut as heel?

5) Lastly but most important, just what in the hell do I do with Nicky Champion? His last match was a hell in a cell against Enygma which he lost cleanly with the offering standing over his broken body. Do I give him a 3 to 6 month vacation to sell his defeat and force myself to see if Enygma can carry us and not lean on Nicky to compete with TCW & SWF, or do i set him on the road to redemption? This would consist of him starting from the bottom which would see him hold the national title for a time before having a champion vs champion feud making USPW history in the process by becoming the fist man to hold them both at the same time.

( left out small tidbits to reduce size but much help needed :D )

Edit: Not as long as it looked. Dang blasted ps4

5) I like to have Champion do some kind of soul-searching after losing in a major storyline. I usually have him "reconnect" with his heritage, bringing him into a stable with Running Wolf,Ace Youngblood and Alexis Lee Littlefeather. lots of angles, vignettes and such before he comes back months down the road a changed man with his own face stable for backup.

<p>Welcome once more to an update! Don't applaud, just throw money. <img alt=";)" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/wink.png.686f06e511ee1fbf6bdc7d82f6831e53.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p>

So we are in week 3 of February of 2017. </p><p> </p><p>

the 2016 End of Year awards that we won are as follows:</p><p> </p><p>

Wrestler of the Year: Steven Parker (Woot! go me!)</p><p>

Company of the Year: USPW (two years straight!)</p><p>

Match of the Year: Gargantuan and Damien defeat Wolf and Valiant - 100</p><p>

Card of the Year: USPW Independence Day Slam! - 100</p><p>

Manager of the Year: Haley Buck</p><p>

Color Commentator of the Year: Emma Chase</p><p>

Ref of the year: Robbie Sanchez</p><p> </p><p>

We are still Global, Still #1 in the world, and have 35 Mil in the bank. We are riding the high life.</p><p> </p><p>

We are finishing up the World Title Feud between Champ Steven Parker and Des Davids. These two typically blow the house down when they square off even without positive chemistry. I am pleased. Parker will come out of this feud and into another one with Matt Keith who will take the title from him to start his own reign with the belt before eventually being unseated by pluck underdog and perennial nice guy, KC Glenn. </p><p> </p><p>

Keith is currently feuding with Champion over the #1 contendership for the world title. Keith will win this feud due to shenanigans involving his lackey/muscle Turner Grove and the rest of his stable The New Percent.</p><p> </p><p>

Wolf and Roger Cage are facing off in what is for me a test to see if Cage can boost his popularity enough from this feud into the main event. Cae is pare of Keith's The New Percent Stable.</p><p> </p><p>

Natural Storm are having their tag titles challenged by The Eastern Sons, Razan Okamoto and Ryunosuke Matsuki. The Sons will take the titles from The Storm to inject a bit of new blood into a somewhat stale at the top tag division.</p><p> </p><p>

Greg Gauge is facing off with Random Gen Monster Monstrosity. Since Monstrosity came into the game with enough pop to hit low main event, this is a feud to get Gauge over as I'm lukewarm on Monstrosity overall.</p><p> </p><p>

El Mitico Jr has his hands full with monster Prime (Primus Allen). Another test feud to see how well Mitico, an Upper Mid, dose against a main event Prime.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Also of note 'Big' Adam Lebowski is on the main roster and is a lower midcarder currently. He and Quinn, both random gens, are getting slowish pushes up the card as they both have done well in the lower card and in development. </p><p> </p><p>

Also of note is Joanna Silver, she of the pirate gimmick, has turned into a great to fantastic women's wrestler. I usually hire her because she's great backstage, but seriously. wow.</p><p> </p><p>

If you're curious about other companies in the world, let me know and I'll give my report on 'em.</p><p> </p><p>

No questions this time because I lack the time, but I may post again with some when I do have time. Till then, later and thanks for reading! :-D</p>

Anyone ever replace the women's division with a cruiserweight division. I took over as owner after Sam strong retired and my character is trying to make a statement.. at least that's how the story goes in my head, partly because Im already in July 2013 default data and Im already bored with the division, and they cant gain pop(?)

They can certainly gain popularity. What I do is integrate the product, but don't run matches between men and women.

What you can do with the integrated product is mixed tag or stables - this way you can have a woman in a stable with some high profile guys and get her some visibility that way.

But if you can't find something for them to do, nothing wrong with you scrapping the division entirely.

Angles, angles, and more angles. Give them a storyline I usually start one between bryden and Alicia. At ppv place all IMPORTANT women of your division in an 8 man angle with champion and Bruce with one based on overness and the other menace with the ladies not rated. It's a bit gamey but two angles like that a ppv, assuming you ditched ppv 4u, will get your gals nice pop gains and the ratings will pour in eventually.

My women even main event sometimes and that's without integrated rosters. Just give them match time a midcard match gets and you won't be penalized and can let them prosper oooooorrrrrrr get rid of it for flippy dippy guys either or is fine 😁

I've never seen anything that indicates any special events, but I usually try to think of my own. I sometimes do a Money in the Bank style match (although, it was on a pole because - the eventual winner - Peter Valentine couldn't handle climbing a ladder, he has bad knees IIRC). Also I do a battle royal at thanksgiving thunder to get everyone on the card, with a patriotic name. The winner gets a match of their choosing or something.

I think Thanksgiving Thunder is the biggest show, with Independence Day Slam just behind. I imagine if Sam Strong has retired, some sort of battle royal/tournament named after him would be pretty good.
