<p>I'm really excited for the return of Valiant. Took me two attempts to read it through properly, and I have to say, I thought it was excellent (as always). Particular highlights which I'd like to comment on and get your responses on are:

Randy Bumfole... I'm glad he's being rewarded for a high match rating against Rich Money. He put in a great performance that night, and deserves a small push. A win against Des Davids is HUGE for him, as Davids nearly won the World Title from Frehley two months ago!! :)

Valiant... Personally, I see him feuding with Randy. He stole his chick, AND, he's Zim-ME's BROTHER!! It's crazy!! and you didn't mention it in the Dr. Tremont chat... I think either Valiant turns heel and has Tremont as his manager, or Randy does, and Tremont is his manager!

Trinity... Very easy to get behind as they're similar to the SHIELD in many ways, but it's also a TCW invasion in many ways. Chord has been with you the longest, but even he's only been there a little while... A Rocky Golden turn could happen and he could join maybe?? Although the game doesn't like a quick turn does it? "/ I like that they all but chose Gilmore and Golden's partner with their attack on Atomic.

Vengence... Yeh not sure about this. Would have liked to see him take on Remo and then Khoklov 1 on 1... Although I think that still might happen. I'm intrigued to see where it goes next :)

Obviously least favourite are Vengeance and Faith....and lucky for me both those boring old bags will be retired soon. :p

It vastly depends on what the game rolls for decline -- Vengeance and Faith started 6-8 years past their prime at the start of my SWF Dynasty. I couldn't use them in the main event (declining stamina, mat skills). They make SWF hard to book -- and the Eisen Brothers and Richard make it even more difficult especially with Richard's awkward need for unscripted promos. Eric is probably the worst midcarder on the roster and wants to be in the main event and in the title chase. Jerry is a pain, as his announcing skills are average and he has no other place on the roster.

Primus Allen (who is "Hammer" ?) is probably my favorite worker on the roster. Dude has loads of potential, a great look, and is an athletic heavyweight. I love working with Aristocrat, Robbie Retro and Angry Gilmore. Gilmore is probably the "star" of the roster given his comparably young age, entertainment and match skill.

The contract lengths especially can work for or against you. If he only has a few months left, you can let him go, but he's best friends with problem adult Richard Eisen. Buying these guys out isn't easy either.

COMING UP NEXT: Prediction Contest Results

Fantastic show, EV. Been a long time lurker and just recently registered but been here reading since the beginning. This has been one of my favorite dynasties to keep up with, always look forward to the new posts. KUTGW.

Awesome!

Great to know that the 'unregistered readers' aren't just bots. ha. I always thought there was a high chance of that.

Thank you for reading as long as you have (and keeping up with this project)! I really appreciate it!

Long time lurker here as well. Not too great of an update for me. I was super tuned into the Rich Money saga but now he's being thrown in with probably the two least interesting workers in the roster.

Thank you for reading!
:)

I hate everything about Christian Faith. I hate his whole charismatic old guy persona, I hate the fact that hes allegedly a HW that looks like some sort of punk rock character and the fact that he's like 50. Hate his render, and the writing doesn't do much for me as far as changing my mind on him either. I dont' see him winning because hes boring old and stupid and hopefully the much more interesting Bruce will make for a hot feud with the best thing going in SWF Rich Money....though Bruce is a little overwritten in my honest opinion.

Christian Faith:
I'm not sure why you hate the man so much? ha. There are several ways you could go with his character. For me, he plays a character like an old Texan rancher of sorts. He's to the point, rough around the edges, blue collar, old-man curmudgeon-like character. He's been a hero for so long that it's ingrained in his daily persona (he doesn't need to be a 'rah-rah' guy or anything like that; just knows how to get the job done and just so happens to take it upon himself to fend off evil/bad guys).

I 100% understand if he, or any of my characters, don't click for you. It's not going to happen for all. In the end, I really value the guy & enjoy writing for him. As of late, he's been a bigger focus of the broadcast with the Family/Establishment storyline; so, he's 'right there/in your face' more often.

Jack Bruce:
Overwritten how? Just so I know. I could understate his rocker persona but I see him as an early DX-like figure. Rebellious, arrogant, brash, and overly selfish. He's "bad boy cool"; so, I write him that was a much as possible.

Overall, I see wrestling as a drama/bigger than life kind of creation. There are moments for subtle characters, as I have a few in this dynasty, but, for the most part, I like to create distinct characters and writing them out as "bigger than life" people makes it easier to distinguish different characters (so they aren't all carbon copy bad guys & heroes).

I also cannot wait for the day Vengeance is retired...he's so over-the-top the suspension of disbelief stretches too far....he's probably even more over the top than the Undertaker circa 96. That ending was just...

I totally expected that the "pulled into hell" segment wasn't going to resonate with everyone. Vengeance, to me, is not really a 'wrestler' anymore. He's a character; much like you'd find on any 'dark TV show'. He only wrestles when need be; however, creates scenarios like this (where I get to write the program MORE like a TV show versus a wrestling show).

Is it gimmicky? Hell yea.
:)
That's Vengeance for me (at least this version of him).

He can't 'give me anything of value in the ring anymore' (see his match with Frehley a few months ago; buried alive match); so, this is the way I best take advantage of what I have left of him (creating nightmares & dark scenarios that speak of his 'demon' persona).

The Trinity being like the Shield is probably my new favourite development. I've always liked Jay Chord.

Me too. Despite being a pain in the a$$, I like Jay Chord; a lot really. Plus, only being like 23, he's prime to be a HUGE player in the SWF for the next two decades or so.

My favourite guys on the roster as far as persona and writing are definitely Remo(badass and although eventually I'd like to see him break off from Money the association doesn't hurt), Money(for obvious reasons), Chord and oddly Captain Atomic. I like his cheesy Ultimate Warrior style character even though his promos arent the greatest. Emma Extreme is great too. I also don't know who Carnage is on the C-Verse but hes definitely been my favourite Underground persona. I love the mysterious factor about him with the steel mask and the lack of real backstory. Plus he doesn't have a manager so I feel the potential for development is through the roof as far as storylines.

Yay! Captain Atomic!
:)

Again, another gimmicky persona; however, one that I love to write. He's been my biggest 'pet project' (C to a B+ in overness) and starting a big campaign along with Gilmore/Idol vs. The Trinity.

Also, great to know that "Carnage" resonates with you. He's been a favorite of mine. There are some interesting things on his horizon as well; especially as we learn more about the man under the mask.

Obviously least favourite are Vengeance and Faith....and lucky for me both those boring old bags will be retired soon. :p

Vengeance is WELL past his prime. As I said above, he's not really a wrestler anymore in my eyes. Faith is past his prime as well; however, he's #5 on the list; so, he still has value in the ring.

Very good show.

Thank you, Jaysin!

I'm really excited for the return of Valiant. I really like the idea of this person who has all the traits, skills, and manners of a true hero and yet being a hero doesn't work when the top is filled with demons, douchebags, and degenarates (all start with d's :D) as heroes.

Thank you, Ricky!

Valiant is a character, to me, who started off 2013 as a wrestler stuck in a generation that doesn't work for him (better off in the 80's I would believe; wholesome babyface). The SWF is very much so a rebellious product; so, someone like Valiant may have a hard time getting over. It's like how the WWF was during the "Attitude Era". Could someone like 80's Hulk Hogan get over if he first started his career during that era? Most likely no. Hogan himself had to change during that time frame ("Hollywood") to remain relevant. In this case, Valiant feels like a guy who just doesn't 'belong' and that's been the storyline... "You're too soft"... "You're too good"... "You can't be successful and live by a code"... etc.

His return will be an interesting one as, by this point in 2013, there's a lot of depth to his character (due to what he's gone through this year).

I really want to see him snap and decide that if a hero can't defeat a monster then only a monster can.

It's possible...

Then again, it IS a very 'heel-heavy' program right now. I'm afraid he could fall in the background if he turned (especially given his "C" rating as a heel). Then again, we'll have to see what happens to the "Honorable Wrestler".

Exactly. Randy Bumfhole REALLY surprised me with his match grades against Rich Money. From what I believe, it had nothing to do with chemistry either. So, seeing that, I knew that I had to run with someone like Randy. In the end, it could REALLY pay off... BIG!

Plus, by him winning, there's more to the Bumfhole brother storyline on the horizon (ie: Zim-ME first turning on Randy, Randy going crazy, Randy leaving for a month, coming back as the "Dharma Warrior", etc).

B]Valiant[/b]...

Valiant just can't win... ha.

Really, he can't. It's been a rough road for him since the start of the year.

I can't give anything away BUT I don't believe we've seen the last of Valiant/Dr. Tremont....

It really is an underlying TCW invasion. Here are three big names from Cornell's company (not like it's Chance Fortune and friends). They 'jumped ship' and, in doing so, bring a message much like the nWo did back in their early days: "THIS is the epitome of professional wrestling (Where the big boys play)? This isn't wrestling... You don't KNOW what wrestling really IS!". It separates them from the typical SWF figure; their t-shirts saying it all... "We're better than You!"

Vengence... Yeh not sure about this. Would have liked to see him take on Remo and then Khoklov 1 on 1... Although I think that still might happen. I'm intrigued to see where it goes next :)

It may not be too late...

Just because Money was pulled in doesn't mean that one, if not both, of those matches are possible very soon. You'll see on the next SupremeTV & at the PPV as well (as it builds to something).

The Eisen's really DO make it difficult. Starting out, all three don't leave much excitement (due to their limited skills in their positions). I still like them all though. With Eric Eisen, you can play the guy in so many ways. I love the snarky persona from before; however, his new version, actually a realistic babyface, is fun to write for as well.

Jerry is pretty much 'meh'. Then again, he's at a B level overness in my game. That makes it easier to use him.

Hammer! As you can see with this project, I value him A LOT as well. Whether it's as Eric Eisen's personal bodyguard or his newest version "The One Man Militia"/Underground Champion, I have HIGH hopes for him.

I agree that Gilmore is great! Sadly, and it's only nit-picking, but I wish his "Star Quality" was a tad higher. To me, he comes across like the guy who has ALL the skills but... Doesn't have "the look" or "the feel". Does that make sense? I still love the man though & really use him in A LOT of ways in this project (working with newcomers, working in the dark with others as well, and making it in the 'main event scene' on his own as well).

Visit the SWF app today and make sure that you’re taking part in
the
most impactful prediction contest ever!

For the next two months, you, the SWF NATION, will embark upon a journey for which the ‘end prize’ brings a level of influence NEVER seen before. Starting on the SupremeTV broadcast following “Welcome to the Jungle” and ending at the October PPV “Let the Games Begin”, there are 10 shows for which you can take part (SupremeTV = 8 episodes, PPV = 2). During this time, the person who puts for the best prediction record will be given the ability to A) re-name the SWF’s November PPV (from “Break Like the Wind”) and B) book the main event for said PPV.

There are no rules as it pertains to how you can name and/or book the event. Want a one-on-one SWF World Heavyweight Championship match? Great, decide who that challenger is. Want a four-way dance? That works as well. It’s up to you and your imagination.

If there is a tie as it pertains to the winning predictor, there will be an additional prediction event between those who are tied (and this will take place on the SupremeTV episode following “Let the Games Begin”). This will continue until one person walks away with the coveted prize.

All in all, rather than personally changing the event name, I would much rather create this contest as a “thank you” for your continued support. This has been an amazing project to work on and I look forward to whatever the winner has in store for the “Land of Supreme”.

Now, onto the prediction results as of right now…

Progress:
3/10

This ratio is based upon how many shows have taken place versus the overall amount available (10).

This week’s winner:

* The rankings above are based upon overall scores versus the most recent episode. With this in mind, it is possible to have a perfect score on the most recent episode and still fall under the top spot (due to potential for prior predictions that were unsuccessful). With this in mind, the first number that you see with be said most recent episode’s results; followed by an overall score.

Also, out of fairness, I have designated a secondary area for those who only have only predicted once thus far. I want to give them their due, as I love to see everyone taking part; however, I couldn’t throw them into the full mix yet (as the others have put together more than one approach). As time goes on, they will factor into the greater group with more predictions under their belt.

Christian Faith: I'm not sure why you hate the man so much?

I just think he's ridiculous as a concept. It's not even your version of the character, I just hate Christian Faith period. He's like 50 years old and looks like Matt Hardy's dad..plus he has a stupid ring name.

I can't take him seriously. And he doesn't look like a heavyweight either...there's so many things that irk me about him it isnt even funny. I think you are doing your best with such a stupid character but even the character is hard to imagine...

WHY? Because when I look at his render I think of some try-hard like modern HBK or "HBshizzle" as he likes to call himself, with a middle aged crisis, wearing his hair way too long for his age(and why does have so much hair anyway? Nobody that old has hair that full, another stupid thing about him) and a stupid headband to top it of. That's the only way I can ever see that character.

Although the render you are using for this dynasty better suits his character...it makes him look older and more gritty.

Jack Bruce: Overwritten how? Just so I know. I could understate his rocker persona but I see him as an early DX-like figure. Rebellious, arrogant, brash, and overly selfish. He's "bad boy cool"; so, I write him that was a much as possible.

Just his mannerisms. It isn't a total turnoff but a bit noticeable.

It's sort like CM Punk in real life when he first became a babyface. I was one of the few people on the IWC who really couldn't stand how contrived his whole rebel gimmick felt. His mannerisms IRL remind me a bit of how I read Bruce in this dynasty where he's trying too hard to play the character and forgetting to actually be a babyface. He always had this perpetual scowl, always shouting...more recently he's turned it down and I find him much more tolerable now.

Especially when you consider the ORIGINATOR of the counter culture anti-hero rebel bit Stone Cold was a badass but knew when to ham it up for the audience as well...largely because he wasn't pretending to be something that he wasn't...it felt very natural.

On the other note, I like how I subtle hinted to ask who Carnage was and you sort of hid it like "keep reading to find out" :p

It's probably better off because it would ruin the mystique ya know.

On the other note, I think why I like Jay Chord so much is because of how much I liked Rip from C-Verse 77 games. It's a shame he's Out of the Business as of Default 2013....father-son storylines are always interesting

</div></div></div></div></div></div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">When you play with fire, you’re bound to get burned. There is no greater example of such than the convoluted story of Rich Money’s infamous rise and now speculated demise. </span></div></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">

Angered by bleak professional opportunities at the beginning of the year, Rich Money took it upon himself to defy his current state and “make his own success”. While some may pick themselves up by their bootstraps, creating such success through strong showings in the ring, Money decided to take a more unique approach. An approach that, while overwhelmingly successful at first, would eventually leave him ‘burned’. </span></div></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">

We now know, at this time, Money sold his soul to Vengeance. His terms of his deal: His soul for ownership of the SWF.</span></div></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">

For months, Money utilized his newfound demon to take out his rivals. One-by-one, they were violently assaulted and ultimately left with a red “</span></div></div></div></div></div></div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong><span style="color:#FF0000;">X</span></strong></span></div></div></div></div></div></div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">” upon their chests. The final “</span></div></div></div></div></div></div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong><span style="color:#FF0000;">X</span></strong></span></div></div></div></div></div></div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">” left for the “Supreme Patriarch” himself, Richard Eisen.</span></div></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">

Eisen was forced into selling the company he built from its infancy up to the international juggernaut that it is today. A strong-willed business man, Richard was known for imposing his will upon any entity in his path. Sadly, that was not the case when it came to the combination of Rich Money and Vengeance. He was simply unable to overcome the grandiosity of such evil.</span></div></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">

Since then, Rich Money has ruled the SWF with an unwavering iron fist. His antics became increasingly self-serving as the rest of the company was forced to live through great professional oppression. Some tried to defy his rule; however, most all of them fell by the wayside due to his ongoing business relationship with the demon.</span></div></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">

That was until last month.</span></div></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">

“Tick…Tock…Tick…Tock… Time’s running up!”</span></div></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">

It was the message given to Money at every turn. No matter where he went, there it was. Little did we know, at first, that this message would symbolize not only the end of his rule… but possibly the end of his life as well.</span></div></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">

Time ran out… and… with it… Rich Money’s soul became payment for the deal he made months prior.</span></div></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">

This past week, Rich Money was no longer able to evade the reaping hands of one Vengeance. As the main event came to a close, the demon opened the gates of hell & ultimately pulled the “Supreme Dictator” to its depths. There was no running anymore… no chance at hiding… not a single ally that could save him… </span></div></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">

Will we EVER see Rich Money again? What does this MEAN for the SWF? The World Heavyweight Championship? While we can’t answer said questions at this moment, we CAN announce that SWF Announcer Jerry Eisen will book SupremeTV this week in Money’s wake. The decision was made under the “Emergency Rules” put in place by Richard Eisen many years ago; just in case something like this would happen (the SWF left without an owner in charge for whatever reason). It seems that Money either didn’t know of the rules or simply didn’t care. Either way, at least for next week, the 2nd generation Eisen will be in charge of putting together, implementing, and adjusting the broadcast based upon what’s needed at that time.</span></div></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">

</p><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">Rumors are circulating that SWF wrestler Des Davids is currently ‘angry’ with the company’s brass due to his recent loss to Randy Bumfhole. It’s being said that Davids was rather vocal about his booking on SupremeTV and let everyone know of his displeasure. </span></div></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">

The match outcome came as a shock to many given the fact that Davids was pegged as a “rising star” early after the split-up of the All-Americans. While his win-loss record hasn’t been amazing against top tier talent, SWF officials have attempted to build his persona through ‘rubbing elbows’ with said talent. </span></div></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">

What comes as another shock, Davids’ SWF contract is reportedly coming to an end in about a month. Primetime on his way out! I hope not. Davids has been one of your pet projects and comes across really well. His "Primetime" gimmick is one of my favorites.

I think one thing when I see Des Davids on my roster: When does Steve Frehley's contract run out and how can I get rid of him?

I can't cope with low stamina/blandness of Steve.

Money will cure these blues I bet.

That's a lot of money, to be sure, but insignificant considering the state of your balance sheet. Still, it might eat into your monthly profits, which is why I haven't given my upset worker (see below) any bonuses yet. Perhaps some wins over more popular workers could improve Davids' morale as well, though not as much as a BIG bonus.

Jungle Lord's still upset over the job I had him do for Nelson Callum, and it's been more than a couple months. I know how it feels when you've got someone on your roster with "big morale issues" because he had to do the job to a comparative jobber...it can be very costly, not to mention damaging to match grades.

Jungle Lord is in no position to gripe about a loss to Callum. He's probably starting on the Time Decline soon and he's been around forever. Captain Atomic (depending on the game) may have a bright future but it won't be in the comparably inexperienced Hero Squad.

I think there is some sort of method to the madness of the SWF tag-team designs. The All-Americans and Hero Squad are the same team. Both consist of a Heavyweight Entertainer and a Heavyweight Brawler with each team having a journey veteran and a younger prospect.

I'm still trying to figure out good tag-team combinations in-game myself, traditionally just matching similar wrestlers together.

Kris Cage vs. Remmy Skye

Kris Cage defeated Remmy Skye in 5:48 via “Can’t Touch This” (Superkick).

Grade:
C-

Marvin Earnest:
Remmy Skye looked like he had his head in the clouds. Meanwhile, Kris Cage came in tonight focused & looking for the win. He MAY have a big mouth… but he’s got BIG talent to back it up as well.

King Swoop:
He’s a punk; can’t stand the cat. Just one of those guys who gets under ya skin… all the time… any time…

Marvin Earnest:
THAT he does… but, tonight, he’s done much more than just that. He’s added a strong win to possibly catapult him back in the right direction.

Matthew Keith promo; “Coward”

[Matthew Keith holds an impassionate promo backstage where he blatantly calls Enforcer Roberts a “coward”. He talks about how Roberts beat him fair-and-square once, tried to hurt him with a round of Suplexes in their second go-around, and now won’t even come down to Underground to give him a chance to repay the favor. Ultimately, Keith looks to be at a fevered pitch. He wants Roberts; he wants him bad.]

Grade:
C-

Marvin Earnest:
I wonder how much of this is Enforcer Roberts and how much of this is Rich Money just trying to ‘mess’ with us? He sees a chance to stick it to Emma Extreme and he’s taking that chance.

King Swoop:
Damn shame. We ALL wanna see Keith/Roberts Part III. Money’s just bein’ a b*tch by keepin’ it from becoming a reality.

Spence vs. Tank

Tank defeated Spence in 2:56 via a “Paralyzer” (Snow Plow). Tank dominates the match.

Grade:
D-

Marvin Earnest:
Another week… another dominating win from Tank.

King Swoop:
This cat is unstoppable!!

Zim-ME and Randy Bumfhole (w/ Hannah) argue; Des Davids attacks

[Randy Bumfhole (w/ Hannah) is greeted by a strong show of support from the Underground crowd. It appears his win over Des Davids has made him somewhat of a budding hero. In the ring, with the lovely Hannah at his side, Randy vows to take the wrestling world by storm; one win at a time. This draws out Zim-ME much to the crowd’s dismay. The scraggly little rat also gets on the mic and calls his brother’s win a “fluke”. He even goes as far as to say that there’s NO way he’ll EVER take the wrestling world by storm because “he’s just not that good; not like me”. Randy goes to ask Zim-ME WHY he finds the need to continually DIG at him; when he’s done nothing but support him. Before we can get an answer, Randy is attacked from behind as Des Davids comes through the crowd and plows over him with a closeline to the back of the head. Hannah watches on in horror, Zim-ME smirking in a vile fashion, as the SWF’s “Prime Time” violently attacks the much smaller cruiserweight. In doing so, he ultimately executes his “Highlight Reel” (Jackknife Powerbomb) upon the “Dharma Warrior” and alarming 5-times. In the end, Davids walks away; smirking as he flexes. Meanwhile, Hannah tends to her fallen love while Zim-ME smirks in a menacing fashion.]

Grade:
C

Marvin Earnest:
Was this a trap? Did Zim-ME and Des Davids work together on this one? I mean, they don’t seem like traditional allies but… It seemed REALLY weird that it worked out as great as it did for them.

King Swoop:
Davids thinks he can walk down here, on our turf, and lay Randy out? Try that again, brotha… We’ll see how it goes NEXT time!

Marvin Earnest:
Whether down here or up in the SWF, this war continues on… especially now that “Prime Time” brought Randy’s world crashing down!

Underwater Union promo; “Do good; Good will come”

[The Underwater Union conducts a backstage promo at this time in typical 80’s wrestling fashion. The colorful foursome speaks of “doing good” and how “good will come of it”. It’s a very standard babyface promo and reeks of “After School Special” kind of childlike joy. The promo ends with the foursome reassuring their fans that the Underground will be a safer place… as long as they’re around!]

Grade:
C

Marvin Earnest:
It’s great to see the Underwater Union still alive and well. It’s part of our sport’s history; one of those groups that you can’t help but cheer for. Luckily, they’re here in Underground so we can watch them on a weekly basis!

King Swoop:
They’ve been doin’ some things ‘round here. I like what I’ve seen, brotha. Lobbie… Dolphin… they got a good streak going. Turtle on the other hand?
[shakes his head]
What have we seen this cat do since comin’ in?

Marvin Earnest:
From what I’ve been told, he’s ‘learning the ranks of a super hero’. It’s kind of like an apprenticeship.

King Swoop:
Enough watchin’… more doin’… let’s see what ya got!

Groucho Bling vs. Guerrero Muerto

Groucho Bling defeated Guerrero Muerto in 6:18 via a Moonsault.

Grade:
D

Marvin Earnest:
A great fast-paced match between two aerial standouts.

King Swoop:
Bling knows his way ‘round that ring. Guerrero doesn’t as much. That’s why this one went as easy as it did for Groucho. He ‘gets it’. Good to see him put another one down, brotha.

Emma Extreme talks with Kill Switch backstage

[underground Owner Emma Extreme is found locating the former Underground Champion backstage as he sits, rocking, in the darkness. Emma reaches out to him, hypes him up a bit; however, Switch seems to be mentally detached from reality. He barely even recognizes that she’s there. In the end, Emma leaves Switch with this program-defining gem: “Everything about you defines Underground. There are MANY up in the SWF that think you’re a freak. They’re loving the fact that Hammer is come in and done what he’s done to you. Prove them wrong tonight… Beat Hammer and get your title back”.]

Grade:
B-

Marvin Earnest:
It sounds like Emma REALLY wants Kill Switch as the Underground Champion once again.

King Swoop:
It’s ‘cause he’s ‘our guy’. Is he a damn freak? [CENSOR] yea he is. That’s why we love him. I, like Emma, want to see the belt BACK ‘round his scrawny little waist.

Marvin Earnest:
Well, we’ll find out if he can win it back, later tonight, in our main event!

Dolphin Boy vs. Kurt Laramee

Kurt Laramee defeated Dolphin Boy in 9:09 via striking his opponent with a pair of brass knuckles (as Dolphin Boy dived from the top rope).

Grade:
D+

Marvin Earnest:
Cheap win for Laramee. I can’t BELIEVE that Ric Young didn’t see the brass knuckles in Kurt’s right hand!

King Swoop:
He’s been doin’ that for quite some time now. Laramee KNOWS how to hide a weapon with the best of ‘em. One swing… it’s all over.

Marvin Earnest:
Just doesn’t seem fair…

Kurt Laramee promo; “Not a step closer”

[Kurt Laramee grabs a microphone after the match upon seeing the arrival of the Underwater Union. As Dolphin Boy lays on his stomach, dazed and potentially injured, Laramee kneels down at his side and lifts his head off the canvas in a forceful manner. In doing so, the “King of the Streets” tells the lovable faction to not come “a step closer”. With Dolphin Boy held hostage, Laramee tells the Underwater Union that he’s sick of this “kiddy bull-[CENSOR]; this is a man’s sport”. He ultimately tells the entire group that he’s going to see to it that he personally puts EVERY ONE of them in the hospital. Lobbie tries to step into the ring; however, Kurt threatens to hurt Dolphin Boy further if he does. Lobbie stops in his tracks. In the end, Laramee sounds as though he’s serious; he WILL do all he can to personally bring an end to the Union. Ultimately, he shoves Dolphin Boy’s head back down upon the canvas in a violent fashion. Seconds later, he slowly exits through the crowd, threatening fans with his brass knuckles as they boo, all the while the Underwater Union checks on their fallen flier.]

Grade:
C-

Marvin Earnest:
Kurt Laramee has a twisted sense of hatred for these guys. How could you hate the Underwater Union? Especially as much as he does?

King Swoop:
They’re from two different worlds…

Marvin Earnest:
And that’s going to make him HATE them that much?

King Swoop:
In Kurt’s world, yea. The Union gets people excited but… They ‘aint kind of guys that Laramee respects.

Hype Video: Hammer© vs. Kill Switch

[An extended hype video is now shown depicting the recently intense battles of Hammer© and Kill Switch. Within this video, Hammer is shown to be this ‘athletic freak’ of sorts; powerful, athletic, agile and with a killer streak. Meanwhile, the much smaller Kill Switch is presented as a ‘masterful technition’; despite being crazy. The lingering question remains… Can Kill Switch BEAT the bigger Hammer & retain his championship – OR – Will the “One Man Militia” continue his impressive streak?]

Grade:
D-

Marvin Earnest:
It’s the match we’ve ALL been waiting for ALL week… Hammer© will defend the Underground Championship against its original owner… Kill Switch. Man-o-Man… This is going to be one GREAT match!

King Swoop:
Time to put up… or shut up… what will it be, brotha?

Hammer© vs. Kill Switch

[underground Championship Match]

Hammer retains the Underground Championship by defeating Kill Switch in 8:09 via a Samoan Drop. This marks Hammer’s 1st successful title defense of the Underground Championship.

Grade:
C-

Marvin Earnest:
I can’t believe how dominating Hammer really is. This new look… new sense of attitude… He’s unstoppable. Truly… unstoppable.

King Swoop:
‘Switch gave him hell but, yea, ya can’t overlook what Hammer did here tonight. Big win, brotha… BIG win…

Marvin Earnest:
What a match; one for the ages here on Underground!

Hammer finally pulled a decent match grade! I like how the majority of the segments on underground are now starting to be rated a lot higher than previously, like the B- involving Kill Switch would probably of been a D a few months ago. Everything seems to be progressing nicely within the realms of underground.

I don't get on here much and only popped by to purchase wrespi awhile ago. When I saw that this dynasty had some of the most views I was happy to see it. I've read most of your stuff and I remember when there was a lull in your writing and you couldn't find the right story to tell and I was worried you wouldn't be able to find traction again and then when you talked about school preventing you from writing again I figured we had seen the last of you. I've spent the last few moments catching up on the last few shows you've written and I have to just say that I'm glad you found whatever it is that your muse is with these characters. Fantastic stuff being written and I think you've kept that "edge" you like so much in your writing while at the same time being able to temper it at times to approach a much more mainstream presentation. Kudos man and I'm going to continue to try and read as much as time lets me.

Hammer, while working opposite bigger names, was pretty much the fall guy for </div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><em>The</em></div><div style="margin-left:25px;"> Establishment early on. He's beaten badly by Jack Bruce in a parking lot brawl/match and goes away for over a month. When he returns, he's a new and improved bad ass. </div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> So far, he's only really beaten Kill Switch (granted that's a BIG person to beat). He jumps into the Underground Champion role as a way of showing his early dominance. In reality though, someone like Tank is more in the vein of a "God Push" as of late; winning a bunch of matches (granted against lower card members) ever since coming into Underground (undefeated right now).</div><p></p><p> </p><p> </p><blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-username="Manipulation" data-cite="Manipulation" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="34928" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div>Hammer finally pulled a decent match grade! I like how the majority of the segments on underground are now starting to be rated a lot higher than previously, like the B- involving Kill Switch would probably of been a D a few months ago. Everything seems to be progressing nicely within the realms of underground.</div></blockquote><p> </p><p> </p><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;">It was great to see the match grade between the two (C-). Up until now, he hasn't done much in that way (grade-wise). I mean, his prior match with Switch (winning the belt) only gained a D or something if I remember. </div><p></p><p> </p><p> </p><blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-username="TLCJR4LIFE" data-cite="TLCJR4LIFE" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="34928" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div>That's probably only because of Emma to be honest.<p> </p><p> A Killswitch solo promo probably still does a D+ or so</p></div></blockquote><p> </p><p> </p><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;">TLC is on with that one there. It's more about Emma Extreme than Kill Switch (as Emma is an A* in popularity and great on the mic). That's the major reason why I wanted to bring her down to Underground in this fashion; she can really help to work with the young workers on their way up.</div><p></p><p> </p><p> </p><blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-username="CadeSydal" data-cite="CadeSydal" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="34928" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div>I don't get on here much and only popped by to purchase wrespi awhile ago. I DID have a really bad track record for awhile there. I couldn't find a story that really 'stuck' with me. I would be interested at first, have some grand ideas to 'change the course of wrestling', only to ultimately lose interest when it felt like too much to keep up with. Then, adding in school, there was a good chance that I wouldn't have the time to ever really produce anything like this anymore. </div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> Thankfully, I was wrong (that I could still create something like this).</div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> It took 'calming my mindset'; staying the course even when I felt like "jumping". Before I knew it, the consistency of the project really helped me to stay focused. Now, with 2,000 posts on the horizon, I feel very happy with what's become of this.</div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> Thank you for catching up over the last few shows. It means a lot to know that you'd dive back in after all of this time. Is IS true that I love a more 'edgier' product but, as you said, I've found a way to keep that rock-n-roll edge while also presenting a mainstream approach. It's much more fun to come out of the depths of cult wrestling and into something like the SWF. It forces you to look at the lighter side of things; plus to tackle storylines in more of a dramatic fashion (versus a shock-based scenario). </div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> All in all, thank you for stopping back by and leaving such great feedback.</div><p></p>

As we progress toward the ‘go-home’ show leading into “Under Control”, the Supreme Wrestling Federation finds itself in the midst of “emergency mode”. It’s been a week since SWF OWNER Rich Money was last seen or heard from. Attempting to counteract the chaos that could ensue from such a development, the “Land of Supreme” is utilizing an age-old safety catch that allows Jerry Eisen to overtake tentative control as a long-term solution is debated. With this in mind, for the first time since Rich Money forced Richard Eisen from control, an Eisen will lead the SWF once more.

His first act of business was declared publically 24-hours removed from Money’s ominous abduction. Fearing that the “Supreme Dictator” could remain MIA for a considerable amount of time, if not forever, Jerry put forth a main event on this week’s SupremeTV in which to potentially designate a new #1 contender for the SWF World Heavyweight Championship. In a conference call later last week, the tentative authority explained his reasoning for such a match:

“We don’t know how long we could be without Rich [Money]. That’s just the truth; personal feelings aside. So, for the sake of the SWF, we need to ensure that we can move forward with the strongest option possible. I’ve been debating with several prominent figures over the last few days and feel confident with our new approach. This week, on SupremeTV, we will have a main event which will name a new #1 contender to the SWF World Heavyweight Championship. If Money does return by “Under Control”, then we will have a triple-threat match for the title that night. If he does not return in enough time, we will be forced to vacate the World Heavyweight Championship and re-write the “UC” main event to be Christian Faith vs. the winner from this week’s main event. We understand it’s not an ideal situation; however, at this point, it’s the best option available.”

In another shocking development, Jerry Eisen has restored Lobster Warrior’s contract with the SWF! That said, if Money were to return, little is known whether or not said contract would ‘stick’; given being fired by Rich Money previously.

In the end, it appears that Vengeance may be the greatest asset “The Family” has in their fight against Rich Money. With the abduction of the “Supreme Dictator” still in effect, Jerry Eisen now starts his tenure, even if a brief scenario, as the sole authority in the “Land of Supreme”.
