</strong>I was hoping to get the show written and posted up, before I fly out to Japan on Sunday, but I'll be honest that doesn't look possible (unless I put out some half hearted, rushed effort). I'd rather post the show, with the quality and attention it deserves, so you're just going to have wait a few weeks longer.....</p><p> </p><p>

So I am back from Japan now (had a a fantastic time)........</p><p> </p><p>

However it might be a little longer, before I get back into the swing of doing this diary. Right now my priorities are elsewhere, I'm one assignment away from completing my journalism course that I started around this time last year, and my focus is primarily on that. </p><p> </p><p>

I'm not going to say that this is on hiatus or anything like that (I'm still working on the show, albeit rather slowly) but don't expect anything to be up until sometime next month. </p><p> </p><p>

Sadly there may well be a time, where I might have to end this diary prematurely, it won't be because I no longer enjoy writing it but because I simply won't have the time...but I'll cross that bridge when I come to it.</p>

<p>Not that anyone will care now, because this diary has effectively been 'dead' for so long....</p><p> </p><p>

But I have decided after weeks of contemplation, to 'mercy kill' this project.<img alt="" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/frown.png.e6b571745a30fe6a6f2e918994141a47.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p>

I do feel regret/disappointment that I didn't get to take this to the conclusion I wanted to, but after I returned from my holiday to Japan (months backs now), for some reason I just couldn't get motivated to do this diary again. </p><p> </p><p>

It's OK to leave something on the shelf for about a month, but not for month<span style="text-decoration:underline;"><strong>S</strong></span>! and because of that instead of getting the urge to get back into this project, I just found my passion for it ebb away the more I was away from it. It also didn't help that my copy of TEW2013 is on an old computer but that would just be an excuse, the real reason is simple, as much as a shame as it it to say it, my passion for the project disappeared. </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Will I do another TEW diary again? </strong></p><p> </p><p>

The answer to that is probably I will. At least I hope so (because I do enjoy doing them, I just ended up burning out on this overambitious project). And I'm 100 % certain that it will be something puroresu related (because that's the type of wrestling I'm passionate about). Though I'm less likely to start something new now, if a new TEW is around the corner <em>(only Adam Ryland himself could answer that one- does he even have plans to do another one?)</em></p><p> </p><p>

But I'll admit that I tried to do too much with this one and in the end got burnt out by it. </p><p> </p><p>

Thank you for the time and effort you put into this diary, I never got a chance to predict for it but I've followed along. Really great work.

Now now, don't confuse apathy with acceptance. After a month I figured this was not coming back, simply because passion doesn't increase over a sabattical. It either is strong enough it drives you back to the project or it just fades.

 

So, thanks for the dynasty! It was definitely ambitious, plenty of characters, factions and storylines to keep interesting. As well as the effort to breath life into characters that were not already well known. It's easier to write HHH or Cena than to write a new character. You usually need to define finishers, in some cases create them. Create the personality. and if they are a top star, define what makes the a top star.
