I love your use of Vader in this thing and I think he would have been PERFECT for WWF in this time period. I just wanted to say I've read the last three shows and I enjoyed it I'll be getting more caught up soon.

Thank you, sir! ^_^ Guess it's a good thing I haven't had much of a chance to update this yet since I got back to working on Risky Business so you can catch up. :D

Anywho, glad you're enjoying how I'm using Vader. I think what hurt Sheamus in today's WWE was that they pushed him way too fast. I'm all for WWE pushing new guys, but they should've pushed him to the US or IC Title first, then let him work his way up to the top. That's what I'm trying to avoid.

In the opening match of the night, Bret "Hitman" Hart def. Chris Jericho with a German Suplex after a distraction from Rowdy Roddy Piper. During the match, Gorilla Monsoon also hyped the fact that we practically had a triple main event tonight, as later on, Jake Roberts would take on Ted DiBiase, and Roddy Piper would be in action against Mr. Perfect. And we also had the WWF Tag Team Titles on the line as the Rockers would take on Power & Glory.</p><p> <strong>Grade: C</strong></p><p> </p><p> -Mean Gene Okerlund interviewed Jimmy Hart and the Nasty Boys backstage about their upcoming tag team title match at Crunch Classic. Turns out they may be facing different opponents as the Rockers have a title defense later tonight. The Nasties say they don't care if it's "those sissy glam rockers stuck in the 80s, or those two gym rats who seem a bit too close if you know what we mean, Power & Glory."</p><p> <strong>Grade: B</strong></p><p> </p><p> <strong><em><span style="font-size:14px;">=COMMERCIAL=</span></em></strong></p><p> </p><p> -Vince McMahon is in the ring interviewing Mr. Fuji, along with his recently reunited menacing duo, the Powers Of Pain, Warlord and Barbarian. Fuji explained that he had originally sold the contracts of Warlord and Barbarian because he had been duped by another promoter about how dangerous the Orient Express were. He found out they were not as advertised, but tried to make the most of it with his rigorous and strict training regimen so that it wouldn't be a total money loss. But after their recent loss to the Malenkos, he had no choice but to fire them, and has since purchased back the contracts of Warlord and Barbarian. Demolition then come out to interrupt Fuji, reminding him that he isn't the brightest when it comes to scouting talent, and that he had the greatest tag team of all time, the WWF Tag Team Champions for goodness sakes, and he turned on them, and reminded him how not so well that turned out for him. The Legion Of Doom then came out and said that the Powers Of Pain and Demolition were both old news, and that the LOD has beaten both of them before, and will finally finish off the job and run them out of the WWF. An all out brawl broke out, prompting Vince McMahon to hurry out of the ring as security ran out to break it up.</p><p> <strong>Grade: C+</strong></p><p> </p><p> <strong><em><span style="font-size:14px;">=COMMERCIAL=</span></em></strong></p><p> </p><p> -Terry Taylor and Mike Sekulow def. Jim "The Anvil" Neidhart and "The British Bulldog" Davey Boy Smith when Neidhart was counted out running after Davey Boy Smith, who had gone running after Haku after he kidnapped Davey's new pet bulldog, Winston. Gorilla noted on commentary that apparently Haku didn't learn his lesson the last time he dognapped a person't pet. Bobby Heenan retorted "I don't remember Haku dognapping anyone's pet."</p><p> <strong>Grade: B+</strong></p><p> </p><p> -Gorilla Monsoon said that the WWF camera crew was out with the Big Boss Man, Sid Justice and Tugboat today as they visited the Palace Diner in Poughkeepsie, New York, to film a segment for Coliseum Video about their favorite places to go out and eat on the road. But instead, chaos had erupted. We go to said footage. Earthquake, Dino Bravo and the Mountie walk in, and Earthquake and Dino Bravo want some poor sap's table. The poor sap refuses to leave, so the Mountie tasers him with his cattle prod and tells him that he is breaking the law. Big Boss Man, Sid Justice and Tugboat turn around to see what's going on, and before you know it, a big brawl breaks out, with all six men bashing each other into the tables and throwing food at each other. Tugboat did seem a bit more aggressive than normal in the brawl.</p><p> <strong>Grade: C+</strong></p><p> </p><p> <strong><em><span style="font-size:14px;">=COMMERCIAL=</span></em></strong></p><p> </p><p> -Sean Mooney is backstage interviewing the Bushwhackers, who talk about how they're ready for the Malenkos come Crunch Classic. The Malenkos step in to interrupt and get into a heated argument with the Bushwhackers, but a number of workers step in to keep them separated.</p><p> <strong>Grade: D+</strong></p><p> </p><p> -The Undertaker def. Jim Duggan by pinfall with a Tombstone Piledriver.</p><p> <strong>Grade: B</strong></p><p> </p><p> -We see another video hyping up Vader, as he's walking dark alleys wearing his mastodon helmet, with smoke coming out of it as he scares off random thugs. He even beats the tar out of some of the thugs without even having to take his mastodon helmet off. At the end, he takes off the helmet and screams for someone to step up to the plate at Crunch Classic.</p><p> <strong>Grade: B+</strong></p><p> </p><p> <strong><em><span style="font-size:14px;">=COMMERCIAL=</span></em></strong></p><p> </p><p> -Gorilla Monsoon and Bobby Heenan interview Tito Santana, Razor Ramon and Kevin Von Erich via satellite about TV Title Triple Threat Match at Crunch Classic. Tito said he's long overdue to win a championship, and now is his time. Kevin Von Erich said that as much as he respected Tito, he would have to wait a bit longer because he planned on winning the strap and bringing WWF gold back to the Von Erich family ranch in Denton. Razor Ramon then chimed in and said "Hey yo, chicos. Ya forgettin' about 'Da Bad Guy already? Santana, I beat 'choo at WrestleMania, so I know I can do it again. As for you, Kevin, you try to lock that Iron Claw on me, and I'll carve... your hand... up. *throws toothpick at camera*</p><p> <strong>Grade: B</strong></p><p> </p><p> <span>http://i.imgur.com/ZHh7d6c.jpg</span></p><p> <strong>WWF Tag Team Title Match</strong></p><p> -The Rockers def. Power and Glory when Marty Jannetty pinned Hercules. "Dr. Death" Steve Williams came down to the ring to distract Paul Roma and Slick while Hercules was working over Marty Jannetty and knocking Shawn Michaels off the ring apron with a running clothesline. With the ref, Slick and Roma distracted, Terry Gordy came in from the audience, grabbed Hercules' chain, wrapped it around his hand, and just as Herc turned around... BAM! Gordy knocked Herc out with the chain, threw it down and pulled Marty over Herc. The ref would turn around and Roma and Slick realized what happened, but it was too late as the ref counted three right when Roma was sliding back into the ring. </p><p> <strong>Grade: C+</strong></p><p> </p><p> <strong><em><span style="font-size:14px;">=COMMERCIAL=</span></em></strong></p><p> </p><p> -We go to Mean Gene for the Crunch Classic Report. We see promos from Hulk Hogan, the Ultimate Warrior, Sgt. Slaughter and WWF World Heavyweight Champion, "Macho King" Randy Savage along with Sir William Regal, who throws in his two cents as well while Sensational Queen Sherri stands in the background, looking as evil as ever. We also hear from Rick Rude and Rick Martel concerning their Intercontinental Title match.</p><p> <strong>Grade: A*</strong></p><p> </p><p> -Jake "The Snake" Roberts def. "The Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase when DiBiase was counted out after being attacked by "The Texas Tornado" Kerry Von Erich with a Tornado Punch, which the ref didn't see as he was tending to Jake Roberts, who seemed to have been favoring his ankle after sending DiBiase to the outside.</p><p> <strong>Grade: A</strong></p><p> </p><p> -Before we went to commercial, we went to a sit down interview that Vince McMahon had conducted over the weekend at the WWF Studios in Stamford, Connecticut with Mr. Perfect. Perfect admitted that lately he had been less than perfect, but that starting this Monday night against Rowdy Roddy Piper, he would be perfect once more. He'll be meaner than before, nastier than before, and he had a message for Rick Rude: "Enjoy that Intercontinental Title while you can, because you won't have it for long."</p><p> <strong>Grade: B-</strong></p><p> </p><p> <strong><em><span style="font-size:14px;">=COMMERCIAL=</span></em></strong></p><p> </p><p> -Mr. Perfect def. BTW, I want to apologize for the delays in posting shows and what not lately. In between working on and doing research for Risky Business, and having my car in the shop the last couple of days, it's been a whirlwind for me. <img alt=":o" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/redface.png.900245280682ef18c5d82399a93c5827.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

The contract of WWF wrestler "Hacksaw" Jim Duggan expired earlier this week, his last appearance being on Monday Night Raw where he lost cleanly to the Undertaker. While it's apparently been known within the inner circles of the World Wrestling Federation that former wrestler and current road agent Pat Patterson is out of the closet homosexual, no one had any idea that he was currently dating "The Brooklyn Brawler" Steve Lombardi! Well, they were dating until they broke up recently. Rumor has it that Pat might have been disappointed that Lombardi's private bedroom life was as dreadful as his win-loss record. Speaking of Brooklyn Brawler, he is set to make some appearances for South Atlantic Pro Wrestling in exchange for Tommy Angel appearing in the WWF, most likely as enhancement talent.</span></span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:'Lucinda Sans Unicode';"> </span></span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:'Lucinda Sans Unicode';">

Al Perez is said to be rubbing some people in Smoky Mountain Wrestling the wrong way for trying to butter some people up in an attempt to forge some political alliances behind the scenes, possibly in hopes for a better push. And finally, on a non-wrestling note, this reporter's favorite NBA team, the Dallas Mavericks, finished the season at a disappointing 28-54, not even coming close to making the playoffs. Injuries to the Mavericks two best players, Fat Lever and Roy Tarpley, pretty much doomed Dallas' season. And with the recent questionable personnel moves, such as the Mavericks not looking for a true center and being obsessed with white players in hopes of finding the next Larry Bird, it looks like us Mavericks fans may have some long years ahead. I'm Harley Hughes, and this has been Pro Wrestling News.</span></span></p></div><p></p><p></p>

Now there's something that i don't really get... was Pat Patterson actually dating Steve Lombardi by those days? I don't remember going to Wikipedia and see that Patterson had a relationship with Lombardi. <img alt="" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/confused.png.d4a8e6b6eab0c67698b911fb041c0ed1.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

  • 2 weeks later...
I don't want to rule this dynasty dead or anything. Basically, I've taken another break from it, and now there's the recent Rising Storms update. What I think I might do is just go ahead and go forward with this dynasty with the previous data, and do another game save with the new data that I'll do for my own personal game and maybe give updates about it in the "What's going on in your game?" type of threads. That said, I want to get more work done on Risky Business, and part of that is going through the picture file and trying to clean it up as best I can. So if I leave this dynasty without any updates for a little while, would those who have been reading come back to reading it? Or should I just kill it now? <img alt=":p" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/tongue.png.ceb643b2956793497cef30b0e944be28.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

Do what is best for you bud, we can't decide the best for ya. If you really want to end the game, do it, we will be really hurt because it is awesome but it will be what you want so we will respect. If you want to continue, then continue!

I don't plan on ending the game. I just wanted to make sure there was still interest, and if so, I wanted to make sure people could be patient in between new show postings. <img alt=":D" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/biggrin.png.929299b4c121f473b0026f3d6e74d189.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /> That said, this dynasty will move forward. Just don't expect a new show every week. Basically I'll be posting when I have time. I think it'll make for better shows that way, anyhow.
