WWE NXT (Live from the Universal Sound Stage 21 (FL), 1,400 in Attendance)

Fatal Four-Way: Enzo Amore versus Axl Keegan versus Knuckles Madsen versus Tyler Breeze

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Tyler Breeze defeated Enzo Amore, Axl Keegan and Tyler Breeze in a Fatal Four-Way match in 7:42 after pinning Knuckles Madsen with a Beauty Shot. The NXT Commissioner, WWE Hall of Famer the “American Dream” Dusty Rhodes welcomes the television audience to another edition of NXT as the sole announcer of NXT following the former NXT commentary duo of William Regal and Byron Saxton being called up to compete in front of the WWE Universe on the main WWE roster earlier this year. The NXT Universe inside the sold out NXT Arena then gives a mixed reaction to the entrance of Enzo Amore, who they have previously seen compete on one occasion, three weeks ago on NXT when Colin Cassady teamed with Enzo Amore in a losing effort against the team of Bo Dallas and Curt Hawkins. The three opponents of Enzo Amore tonight, all making their debut appearances on NXT, then make their way to the ring individually. The NXT Universe do not really know what to make of Axl Keegan and Knuckles Madsen but Tyler Breeze is soon jeered by those in attendance as he makes his way to the ring with a mobile phone and takes photographs of himself throughout his entrance. This is an entertaining Fatal Four-Way showcase match with all four rookies looking to do all they can to impress not only the NXT Universe and the NXT Commissioner Dusty Rhodes, but also looking to pick up the all-important victory to also grab the attentions of the higher ups of WWE management who regularly watch NXT looking for the next breakout star, those being in the high positions of management of course including the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero and the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Booker T. Axl Keegan became somewhat of a fan favourite as this match developed and soon had the majority of the NXT Universe in attendance cheering for him as he competed just like an old school face, willing the entire NXT Arena to support him throughout the match. Enzo Amore also had the support of the NXT Arena throughout this match and despite calling himself a little “Guido” he managed to get a fair amount of offence in all three of his opponents throughout this match. Dusty Rhodes notes on commentary that Enzo Amore is often heard backstage proclaiming that “the King of the jungle is a lion, not an elephant”, in reference to his small physical stature. Knuckles Madsen seems somewhat of a bad ass and was indiscriminately attacking everyone throughout this match in his debut NXT appearance. Despite his impressive physicality, Knuckles Madsen did certainly not gain the approval of the NXT Universe inside the NXT Arena tonight, but given his body language throughout the match it is unlikely that he cared. Tyler Breeze made some fleeting appearances on the main WWE roster earlier this year as Mike Dalton, but he seemed like a different entity altogether tonight. Tyler Breeze was the perfect arrogant heel throughout this match even pausing at stages of the match to take more photographs of himself. Tyler Breeze ultimately picked up the win here after hitting Knuckles Madsen with a spinning kick known as the “Beauty Shot” after Madsen had clotheslined both Axl Keegan and Enzo Amore out of the ring.

Konnor versus Kenny King

In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Kenny King defeated Konnor in 7:44 by pinfall with a TKO. Following a commercial break the NXT Commissioner and WWE Hall of Famer the “American Dream” Dusty Rhodes welcomes the television audience back to the sold out NXT Arena for our second match of the evening and the physically imposing Konnor then makes his way to the ring to a mixed reception from the NXT Universe in attendance. Kenny King, the highly athletic opponent for Konnor tonight, then joins Konnor in the ring. This is a back and forth contest which sees Konnor use his strength and power advantage for the majority of the match. Konnor has some experience of competing in front of the WWE Universe already as earlier this year he competed in several matches on Friday Night SmackDown as Conor O’Brian in his tag team with Kenneth Cameron as the Ascension but now Konnor seems to be focused on singles competition on NXT. Konnor would no doubt love to impress the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero or the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Booker T and earn a spot on the main WWE roster again but in order to do that he needs to go through opponents such as Kenny King. Tonight Konnor was unable to do that as Kenny King picked up the win.

Match Rating: D-

Non-Title: NXT Champion Justin Gabriel versus Viktor

In a match that had some good action and average heat, Justin Gabriel defeated Viktor in 18:26 by pinfall with a 450 Splash. Following our final commercial break of the evening the NXT Commissioner and WWE Hall of Famer the “American Dream” Dusty Rhodes welcomes the television audience back to the NXT Arena for our main event of the evening. The NXT Universe then come to their feet as the NXT Champion Justin Gabriel makes his way to the ring, soon followed by his opponent in tonight’s non-title main event, Viktor. Viktor is making his NXT debut tonight and although being given a big opportunity to compete in the main event he has an uphill battle on his hands against the NXT Champion and a Superstar with a lot of experience of competing in front of the WWE Universe on both Monday Night RAW and Friday Night SmackDown in Justin Gabriel. Ultimately the Champion gets the win here in a competitive match.

The following contests are confirmed to take place on tonight’s edition of WWE Superstars:

The Great Khali versus Drew McIntyre

The main event of tonight’s edition of WWE Superstars will see the “Punjabi Playboy” and former World Heavyweight Champion the Great Khali in action as he will take on one third of the three man band known as 3MB in Drew McIntyre. As always with 3MB, McIntyre’s band mates Heath Slater and Drew McIntyre will likely not be too far from the action tonight. The WWE Universe in attendance should be firmly behind the Great Khali in this one as both Superstars look to pick up the all-important victory.

Brodus Clay and Alex Riley versus Roman Reigns and William Regal

Also tonight on WWE Superstars we will witness tag team action as the team of Brodus Clay and Alex Riley will take on the former WWE Tag Team Champions Roman Reigns and William Regal. The WWE Universe should be in support of the fun-loving team of Brodus and Riley in this match as both teams look to impress the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero as well as the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Booker T.

Alicia Fox versus Nicole Matthews

Finally, Divas action tonight on Superstars will see the former WWE Divas Champion Alicia Fox in action as she will take on Nicole Matthews. This Sunday at the Payback Pay-Per-View AJ Lee will put her Divas title on the line against Kaitlyn.

WWE Superstars (Live from Eclipse Events Center (CO), 1,500 in Attendance)

Pre-Show: Nikki Bella versus Raquel Diaz

In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Nikki Bella defeated Raquel Diaz in 17:48 by pinfall with a Bella Buster. This match needed to be a lot shorter given who was involved with the WWE Universe in attendance still not caring too much about Raquel Diaz despite her making several appearances on Monday Night RAW over the past few months and being the daughter of the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero. Nikki Bella picked up the all-important victory in this one eventually.

Match Rating: E-

Pre-Show: Alexander Rusev and Marcus Owens versus Hunico and Camacho

In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Rusev & Owens defeated Hunico & Camacho in 18:11 when Alexander Rusev defeated Camacho by pinfall with a Big Splash. The former Funkadaktyll Cameron accompanied the team of Alexander Rusev and Marcus Owens to ringside for this match and as well as dancing and cheerleading Cameron offered vocal advice to Rusev and Owens throughout the match which may have led to them picking up the win in this tag team bout after Rusev pinned Camacho.

Match Rating: F

Pre-Show: Fatsuhiko Nakajima versus Tye Dillinger

In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Tye Dillinger defeated Fatsuhiko Nakajima in 18:25 by submission with a Sharpshooter. The Godfather accompanied Fatsuhiko Nakajima to ringside for this match and offered vocal advice to Nakajima throughout the match but that wasn’t enough to stop Nakajima submitting to the Sharpshooter in this one.

Match Rating: F

Brodus Clay and Alex Riley versus Roman Reigns and William Regal

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Reigns & Regal defeated Brodus & Riley in 6:30 when Roman Reigns defeated Brodus Clay by pinfall with a Spear. The WWE Superstars commentary team of Josh Mathews, Joey Styles and Matt Striker note during this match that both of these teams would love a shot at the WWE Tag Team Championships at some point down the line, especially Reigns and Regal who did not receive a rematch after losing the titles to the New Age Outlaws a few weeks ago at the No Way out Pay-Per-View.

Match Rating: D

Following a commercial break WWE Superstars airs the RAW Rebound which recaps events from this past week’s edition of Monday Night RAW as the show began with the former WWE Champion CM Punk making his way to the ring to a tirade of boos and jeers from the WWE Universe in attendance. Punk was quick to retrieve a microphone from the ringside area and said that last week on RAW he was unwilling to speak with his advocate Paul Heyman doing his talking for him following Punk losing the WWE Championship to Randy Orton at the No Way Out Pay-Per-View. Punk proclaimed that he has now had a week to calm down and said that this Sunday Paul Heyman has already arranged with the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero that Punk will have his contractually obligated rematch with Orton for the WWE Championship this Sunday at the Payback Pay-Per-View. Punk said that Randy Orton was banned from Friday Night SmackDown earlier this year by the General Manager Booker T for getting into too many physical confrontations, but that Punk fights his battles mentally. Punk then introduced another of Paul Heyman’s clients, and the man that hit Randy Orton with the F5 last week on RAW, Brock Lesnar. The “Beast” Brock Lesnar then joined CM Punk in the ring and said that Randy Orton had better watch out tonight prior to his main event non-title match with Bray Wyatt as you never know when Lesnar might attack again. Later on in the evening Randy Orton made his way into the ring only to be interrupted again by Brock Lesnar but this week Orton was too quick for Lesnar and hit him with an RKO. In the evening’s non-title main event Randy Orton was then able to defeat Bray Wyatt.

Rating: A

Alicia Fox versus Nicole Matthews

In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Alicia Fox defeated Nicole Matthews in 5:19 by pinfall with a Watch Yo Face. Hornswoggle accompanied the former WWE Divas Champion Alicia Fox to ringside for this match much to the delight of the younger members of the WWE Universe in attendance. Hornswoggle’s presence may have helped Alicia tonight as she picked up the win.

Match Rating: E

Following a commercial break WWE Superstars airs highlights from last week’s edition of Friday Night SmackDown as the show began with John Cena, the World Heavyweight Champion, making his way to the ring to a tremendous ovation from the WWE Universe in attendance only to be interrupted by Dolph Ziggler who announced that he had already been informed by the SmackDown General Manager Booker T that he will once again be challenging Cena for the World Heavyweight Championship at the Payback Pay-Per-View. Cena said that he was looking forward to the main event of SmackDown when he would team with the Intercontinental Champion Big E Langston to take on Dolph Ziggler and Curtis Axel. Later on in the evening we saw Big E Langston enjoying the attention of Natalya and Summer Rae, much to the annoyance of his manager Teddy Long. In the evening’s main event Cena and Big E defeated Ziggler and Axel. A tweet is then shown from Booker T announcing that tomorrow night’s SmackDown main event will see Cena take on Curtis Axel in a non-title Steel Cage match.

Rating: C

The Great Khali versus Drew McIntyre

In an extremely poor match, The Great Khali defeated Drew McIntyre in 12:41 by pinfall with a Punjabi Plunge. The Great Khali was visibly tiring towards the end of this match but was still able to get the win.

Match Rating: E+

Post-Show: Richie Steamboat versus Kalisto

In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Kalisto defeated Richie Steamboat in 12:55 by pinfall with a Del Sol Driver. The crowd were totally turned off by this match as the WWE Universe don’t care about either Superstar.

Match Rating: F

Post-Show: Xavier Woods versus Kenneth Cameron

In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Xavier Woods defeated Kenneth Cameron in 13:11 by pinfall with a Hammerlock DDT. The WWE Superstars commentary team remain at ringside to watch this match.

The following contests are confirmed to take place on tonight’s edition of WWE Friday Night SmackDown:

Steel Cage Match: Non-Title: World Heavyweight Champion John Cena versus Curtis Axel

The main event of tonight’s edition of Friday Night SmackDown was announced earlier this week by the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Booker T on Twitter and will see the World Heavyweight Champion John Cena take on Curtis Axel in a non-title Steel Cage match. The only way to win this match is by pinfall, submission or escaping the cage either over the top of the cage or through the door. This Sunday at the Payback Pay-Per-View John Cena will put his World Heavyweight Championship on the line against Dolph Ziggler whilst Curtis Axel will also be in action this Sunday as he will once again challenge Big E Langston for the WWE Intercontinental Championship. The WWE Universe in attendance should be fully behind John Cena who has a lot of momentum behind him since returning to his “home” of Friday Night SmackDown following months of what Cena referred to as mistreatment and politics at the hands of the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero. An all-important victory for either of these Superstars in tonight’s main event will give them a lot of momentum heading into their respective title matches this Sunday.

Non-Title: WWE Tag Team Champions The New Age Outlaws versus Hunico and Camacho

The WWE Tag Team Champions, the New Age Outlaws pairing of the Road Dogg and Billy Gunn, will also be in action tonight on Friday Night SmackDown as they will take on the team of Hunico and Camacho in a non-title match. This Sunday at the Payback Pay-Per-View the New Age Outlaws will put their WWE Tag Team Championships on the line against the Prime Time Players of Titus O’Neil and Darren Young.

Non-Title: WWE Intercontinental Champion Big E Langston versus Seth Rollins

Big E Langston will put his WWE Intercontinental Championship on the line this Sunday the Payback Pay-Per-View against Curtis Axel but before then Big E will take on Seth Rollins in non-title action tonight on Friday Night SmackDown.

Big Show versus Alberto Del Rio

The World’s Largest Athlete the Big Show will also be in action tonight on Friday Night SmackDown as he will take on the former World Champion Alberto Del Rio. This Sunday at the Payback Pay-Per-View Big Show will take on Fandango.

Christian versus Wade Barrett

For the past few weeks on Friday Night SmackDown the WWE Universe has witnessed the former NXT Champion Seth Rollins chase Christian around backstage. Tonight Christian will be in action against Wade Barrett.

Kaitlyn versus Natalya

Finally, Kaitlyn will take on Natalya in Divas action tonight on Friday Night SmackDown just days before Kaitlyn will challenge AJ Lee for the Divas Championship this Sunday at the Payback Pay-Per-View.

WWE Friday Night SmackDown! (Live from Neal Blaisdell Concert Hall (HI), 2,158 in Attendance)

Pre-Show: Alicia Fox versus Summer Rae

In an absolutely wretched bout that was devoid of action or heat, Summer Rae defeated Alicia Fox in 18:24 by pinfall. Hornswoggle accompanied the former beautiful former WWE Divas Champion Alicia Fox to ringside for this match, much to the delight of the younger members of the WWE Universe in attendance. Hornswoggle cheered for Alicia throughout the match and offered vocal support from the ringside area but Hornswoggle’s presence was not enough for Alicia to get the win as Summer Rae picked up the all-important victory in this one.

Match Rating: F+

(Val Venis thinks that Summer Rae needs to be booked a little smarter and that she needs shorter matches as she was totally exposed by the length of this one.)

Pre-Show: Trent Barreta and Yoshi Tatsu versus Primo and Epico

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but non-existent crowd heat, Primo & Epico defeated Trent & Yoshi in 17:45 when Primo defeated Yoshi Tatsu by pinfall with a Backstabber. Unfortunately this tag team match was too long given who was involved with the WWE Universe not really caring about Trent Barreta and Yoshi Tatsu despite them teaming up on Friday Night SmackDown for the past six months or so. Primo and Epico get the win here.

Match Rating: D-

Pre-Show: Kofi Kingston versus The Miz

In a match that had some good action and average heat, The Miz defeated Kofi Kingston in 18:02 by pinfall with a Skull Crushing Finale. This is a decent victory for the Miz over the former Intercontinental, United States and Tag Team Champion Kofi Kingston.

Match Rating: C

Friday Night SmackDown begins with the World Heavyweight Champion John Cena making his way to the ring much to the delight of the WWE Universe in attendance. Cena takes a microphone from the ringside area and says that every day he feels blessed to have been given the opportunity to compete on Friday Night SmackDown by the General Manager Booker T, and says that the time he spent on Monday Night RAW earlier this year dealing with the politics of the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero was truly a nightmare. Cena says that he loves to compete and he gets to do what he loves in the most brutal of atmosphere’s in tonight’s non-title main event when he will take on the former WWE Intercontinental Champion Curtis Axel in a Steel Cage match. Cena says that he will beat Axel tonight inside the Cage and then go on to the Payback Pay-Per-View this Sunday where he will defeat Dolph Ziggler to once again retain his World Heavyweight Championship. Dolph Ziggler then comes to the entrance-way with a microphone in hand and says that he has felt like he has been missing something since he lost his World title at Wrestlemania but that this Sunday he will beat Cena and take back his title.

Rating: B-

Kaitlyn versus Natalya

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Kaitlyn defeated Natalya in 5:36 by pinfall with an Atomic Wedgie Bomb. The Friday Night SmackDown commentary team of Josh Mathews, Joey Styles and Matt Striker note that this Sunday Kaitlyn will challenge AJ Lee for the Divas title.

Match Rating: D-

Following her victory Kaitlyn celebrates in front of the WWE Universe until Tamina and Layla come to the entrance-way. Tamina has a microphone and says that this Sunday AJ Lee will beat Kaitlyn to retain her Divas title and prove that the real Divas in WWE are AJ, Tamina and Layla not the likes of Kaitlyn and Alicia Fox.

Rating: D

Non-Title: WWE Tag Team Champions New Age Outlaws versus Hunico and Camacho

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but non-existent crowd heat, New Age Outlaws defeated Hunico & Camacho in 6:46 when Billy Gunn defeated Camacho by pinfall with a FameAsser. The Friday Night SmackDown commentary team announce that Jimmy and Jey, the Uso’s, have been added to the WWE Tag Team Championship match this Sunday at Payback which will now see the New Age Outlaws defend the titles in a Triple Threat Elimination tag team match against both the Uso’s and the Prime Time Players.

Match Rating: D-

We cut backstage to find Jimmy and Jey Uso talking to Alicia Fox. The Uso’s tell Alicia that this Sunday at Payback they will beat both the New Age Outlaws as well as the Prime Time Players of Titus O’Neil and Darren Young in the Triple Threat Elimination Tag Team match to become the new WWE Tag Team Champions.

Rating: D

Non-Title: WWE Intercontinental Champion Big E Langston versus Seth Rollins

In a match that had some good action and average heat, Big E Langston defeated Seth Rollins in 6:41 by pinfall with a 5 Count. Teddy Long accompanied the Intercontinental Champion Big E Langston to ringside.

Match Rating: C

We cut backstage to find the Prime Time Players of Titus O’Neil and Darren Young complaining to the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Booker T about the Uso’s, Jimmy and Jey, being added to the WWE Tag Team Championship match this Sunday.

Rating: C

Big Show versus Alberto Del Rio

In a bout that featured great action and a good crowd, Big Show defeated Alberto Del Rio in 8:07 by pinfall with a Knock Out Punch. Del Rio was accompanied to ringside by his personal ring announcer Ricardo Rodriguez.

Match Rating: C+

Following his victory Big Show celebrates until Fandango rushes to the ring to try to sneak attack Big Show but Big Show charges at Fandango and Big Show has to be restrained by Mark Henry, Sheamus, Cody Rhodes, Goldust, Rey Mysterio and Sin Cara.

Rating: C-

Christian versus Wade Barrett

In a match that had some good action and average heat, Christian defeated Wade Barrett in 7:35 by pinfall. Christian and Wade Barrett have great chemistry as opponents and it showed in their performances here.

Match Rating: C

We cut backstage to find Paul Heyman psyching up his client, Curtis Axel. Heyman tells Axel that he will beat John Cena in tonight’s Steel Cage main event and will then beat Big E Langston this Sunday to take back the Intercontinental Championship.

Rating: D+

We cut to another backstage locker-room to find the Intercontinental Champion Big E Langston and his manager Teddy Long when John Cena walks into the room and wishes Big E luck in his title defence against Curtis Axel this Sunday. Cena says that he will beat Dolph Ziggler to retain his title this Sunday and he is sure that Big E can beat Axel to do the same.

Rating: C+

Steel Cage Match: Non-Title: World Heavyweight Champion John Cena versus Curtis Axel

In a match that had some good action and average heat, John Cena defeated Curtis Axel in a Cage match in 13:07 by pinfall with an Attitude Adjustment. Paul Heyman accompanied Axel to ringside and watched the match from outside the cage.

Match Rating: C-

Post-Show: R-Truth versus Damien Sandow

In a match that had some good action and average heat, Damien Sandow defeated R-Truth in 12:33 by pinfall with a Terminus. There were times when there was definitely a lack of psychology on display and the match had a tendency to drift a little.

Match Rating: D

Post-Show: The Great Khali versus Heath Slater

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, The Great Khali defeated Heath Slater in 13:26 by pinfall with a Punjabi Plunge. The Great Khali was visibly tiring towards the end of this match.

The following contests are confirmed to take place at tonight’s WWE Payback Pay-Per-View:

WWE Championship: Randy Orton © versus CM Punk

The main event of tonight’s Payback Pay-Per-View will see the WWE Champion Randy Orton put his WWE Championship on the line for the first time since defeating CM Punk two weeks ago at the No Way Out Pay-Per-View to become the new WWE Champion and end the historic title reign of CM Punk that lasted over nineteen months and is the longest reign in the past twenty-five years. Two weeks ago on Monday Night RAW CM Punk was unwilling to converse with the WWE Universe but his advocate Paul Heyman announced that Punk had already had authorization from the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero and would be having his contractually obligated rematch tonight.

World Heavyweight Championship: John Cena © versus Dolph Ziggler

Two weeks ago at the No Way Out Pay-Per-View John Cena defeated Dolph Ziggler to make the first successful defence of his World Heavyweight Championship since Cena defeated the former World Champion Alberto Del Rio back in May at the Over the Limit Pay-Per-View to become the new World Heavyweight Champion for the third time in his career. Cena has been informing the WWE Universe in recent weeks that he couldn’t be happier that the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Booker T gave him a chance to return “home” to SmackDown following months of what Cena referred to as politics on Monday Night RAW at the hands of the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero.

WWE Tag Team Championships: New Age Outlaws © versus The Uso’s versus Prime Time Players

The New Age Outlaws, Road Dogg and Billy Gunn, shocked the WWE Universe and made history two weeks ago at the No Way Out Pay-Per-View when they defeated Roman Reigns and William Regal to become the new WWE Tag Team Champions for the sixth time, thirteen years after they last held the titles back in the year 2000. Two weeks ago on Friday Night SmackDown the SmackDown General Manager Booker T informed the Prime Time Players of Titus O’Neil and Darren Young that they would be challenging the New Age Outlaws for the WWE Tag Team Championships tonight but this past week on SmackDown it was announced that Jimmy and Jey, the Uso’s, will also be competing for the WWE Tag Team Championships tonight in what is now a Triple Threat Elimination tag team match.

WWE United States Championship: Dean Ambrose © versus Santino Marella versus Zack Ryder

The WWE United States Championship will be on the line tonight as Dean Ambrose will once again put his title on the line in a Triple Threat match against both members of “Team CoBro”, Santino Marella and Zack Ryder. Ambrose has successfully retained his US title against Santino and Ryder in a Triple Threat match already on four previous occasions, including two weeks ago at the No Way Out Pay-Per-View.

WWE Intercontinental Championship: Big E Langston © versus Curtis Axel

Big E Langston will put his WWE Intercontinental Championship on the line tonight at the Payback Pay-Per-View as he will once again face the challenge of the former Champion Curtis Axel. Both Big E Langston as well as Curtis Axel will likely have their managers at ringside with Teddy Long managing Big E Langston and the devious Paul Heyman being by the side of the challenger Curtis Axel. Big E Langston became the Intercontinental Champion for the very first time back in May on Friday Night SmackDown when he defeated the former Champion Curtis Axel in a Triple Threat match also involving Ted DiBiase.

Batista versus Antonio Cesaro

Batista made his return to the WWE Universe earlier this year but until recently has had mixed success with the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero repeatedly telling Batista that she expects more from him in terms of victories. Tonight at the Payback Pay-Per-View, the “Animal” will once again take on one half of the Kings of Wrestling in Antonio Cesaro. Tonight will be the third consecutive Pay-Per-View that Batista has faced Cesaro after Batista beat Cesaro two weeks ago at the No Way Out Pay-Per-View and before that last month at the No Way Out Pay-Per-View.

Daniel Bryan versus Bray Wyatt

On an episode of Monday Night RAW last month the Team Hell No pairing of Kane and Daniel Bryan were in the ring when the lights went out in the arena and when they came back on Daniel Bryan was laid out in the middle of the ring, with Bray Wyatt maniacally laughing on his rocking chair on the entrance-way. Since then Daniel Bryan has gained a measure of revenge when he defeated Bray Wyatt two weeks ago at the No Way Out Pay-Per-View and tonight Bryan will take on Bray Wyatt once again.

Big Show versus Fandango

Big Show defeated Fandango in the opening contest of last month’s Over the Limit Pay-Per-View and again in the opening match of the No Way Out Pay-Per-View just two weeks ago. However Big Show is still irritated by the Divas gossiping about how handsome Fandango is and tonight Big Show will take on Fandango once more.

WWE Divas Championship: AJ Lee © versus Kaitlyn

Finally, AJ Lee will look to make the first successful defence of her WWE Divas Championship tonight as she will take on Kaitlyn. Kaitlyn lost the title to AJ just two weeks ago and will be desperate to pick up the all-important victory and get her title back tonight.

Quick Picks:

WWE Championship: Randy Orton © versus CM Punk

World Heavyweight Championship: John Cena © versus Dolph Ziggler

WWE Tag Team Championships: New Age Outlaws © versus The Uso’s versus Prime Time Players

WWE United States Championship: Dean Ambrose © versus Santino Marella versus Zack Ryder

WWE Intercontinental Championship: Big E Langston © versus Curtis Axel

Batista versus Antonio Cesaro

WWE Payback Pay-Per-View (Live from KeyArena (WA), 17,459 in Attendance)

Pre-Show: Nikki Bella versus Raquel Diaz

In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Nikki Bella defeated Raquel Diaz in 17:32 by pinfall with a Twin Magic. Raquel Diaz seemed off her game tonight which led to Brie Bella entering the match unbeknownst to the referee and pinning Raquel Diaz to pick up the all-important victory for her sister.

Match Rating: E

Monday Night RAW begins with the former WWE Champion CM Punk making his way to the ring, accompanied by his advocate Paul Heyman. The pair are greeted by a tirade of boos and jeers from the WWE Universe in attendance as Paul Heyman takes a microphone and says that it appears that lack of respect towards authority seems to gift you Championships in the WWE these days as John Cena left Monday Night RAW after failing to adhere to the regulations set by the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero and was immediately given a shot at the World Heavyweight Championship by Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Booker T. Randy Orton, meanwhile, was banned from SmackDown for failing to respect authority and keep his hands away from physical altercations with other Superstars and now he sees himself as the WWE Champion. Paul Heyman says that despite his “Beast” Brock Lesnar attacking Randy Orton last night at the Payback Pay-Per-View, Orton was somehow able to sneak and slither his way to a victory over CM Punk in the evening’s main event for the second Pay-Per-View in a row. Paul Heyman says that CM Punk was the WWE Champion for over nineteen months, ad that two fluke victories does not a Champion make. Heyman formally announces that CM Punk will receive another rematch against Randy Orton for the WWE Championship at next month’s Money in the Bank Pay-Per-View. Heyman says that both he and his client look forward to watching Randy Orton in action in tonight’s main event, and that Orton should be on the lookout at all times tonight.

WWE NXT (Live from the Universal Sound Stage 21 (FL), 1,400 in Attendance)

This week’s edition of NXT kicks off with the NXT Commissioner and WWE Hall of Famer the “American Dream” Dusty Rhodes welcoming the television audience to NXT. Dusty Rhodes is of course the sole NXT announcer now following William Regal and Byron Saxton being called up to compete on the main WWE roster earlier this year. Dusty Rhodes informs the television audience that we have got a great show coming up tonight, including a main event that will see the NXT Champion Justin Gabriel team up with Drake Younger to take on the team of Bo Dallas and Curt Hawkins. The beautiful former WWE Divas Champion Kelly Kelly’s music then hits the arena and Kelly makes her way to the ring much to the delight of the WWE Universe in attendance inside a sold out NXT Arena. Once in the ring Kelly takes a microphone from the ringside area and proclaims that she is a former Divas Champion and has spent the majority of her career competing in front of the WWE Universe, however a few months ago Kelly came to NXT following months of mistreatment and abuse of power from the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero. Kelly reminds the NXT Universe of how she reached out to the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Booker T but he was unwilling to give her the opportunity to compete on SmackDown so she came to NXT for some honest competition. Kelly says that one month ago the NXT Commissioner Dusty Rhodes announced that a Women’s Championship was going to be introduced to NXT but since then we have heard nothing about it and last week on NXT the Divas were not featured at all with no Divas match taking place. Kelly says that unlike some, certain, Divas on the NXT roster, she respects Dusty Rhodes as the legend and WWE Hall of Famer that he is, but that she wants to make sure that Dusty Rhodes has not changed his mind regarding introducing an NXT Women’s Championship. Before Kelly can respond, however, Rain makes her way to the ring to a tirade of boos and jeers from the NXT Universe in attendance inside the sold out NXT Arena. Rain takes a microphone of her own from the ringside area and tells Kelly that she told Dusty Rhodes to his face in his office last month exactly what she thought of him, with him being part of the problem as the only way to advance in this company is if you are related to a former star, such as Cody Rhodes and Goldust being the sons of Dusty Rhodes and being miraculously given an opportunity to win the WWE Tag Team Championships a few months ago, or if you are living off of your former accomplishments, such as Kelly. The former Divas Champion Kelly replies that this past Sunday at the Payback Pay-Per-View AJ Lee faced Kaitlyn with the Divas Championship on the line, and that neither of those two Divas are related to any former WWE Superstars or Divas and that they have both recently risen through the ranks, beginning their careers on this very show, NXT. Kelly says that since coming to NXT she has reinvented herself as somewhat of a knockout artist and that she would love the opportunity to face Rain in a match so that she can knock her out. Rain tells Kelly that last month she may have got two victories in consecutive weeks over Sasha Banks and Charlotte, but that the last time Kelly was in action on NXT she lost to Paige two weeks ago. Kelly replies that she has at least been in action, and that Rain hasn’t even competed in over two months and has instead been blaming everyone other than herself for her problems. Rain replies just as the arrogant heel that she is, by saying that perhaps she is too good to be competing on NXT and should be fast tracked to the main WWE roster. Rain says that it must really hurt Kelly to see AJ and Kaitlyn competing over the Divas title with Kelly unlikely to ever compete for that title again. Kelly says that she knows that Kaitlyn will receive another shot at AJ at the Money in the Bank Pay-Per-View next July but that by the end of the summer Kelly hopes to have repositioned herself back in the title picture. Rain laughs and heads to the back as NXT heads to its first commercial break of the evening.
