I'd definitely make sure she doesn't have 0s for every single stat or anything like that but the end result should still be abysmal. I think Sycophant fits pretty well. I'd probably just use Obnoxious or something, though, since Sycophant is probably one of those fluff gimmicks that we could do without. It's definitely best to stay away from the Authority Figure gimmick altogether, though. Those sorts of gimmicks (Authority Figure, Referee, etc.) aren't really gimmicks at all; they're just pushes and they don't really suit TEW very well. Say you decide to sack Maddox as GM on the first Raw in your game. He's gonna need a new gimmick in-game since he's not an authority figure anymore, whereas in real life he'd obviously just continue to portray the Obnoxious/Sycophant/Arrogant/Cocky/whatever character he's always used. Not a huge deal, really, but TEW does this awful thing where it randomly predetermines all the stable/stale gimmicks at the start of game. If TEW thinks it's too soon for that pesky Authority Figure gimmick to change then, well, you're forced to either take the negative ramifications of that premature gimmick change or just flat out restart your save until Maddox (and every other person you may want to gimmick-change or turn!) isn't locked into that gimmick. I'm stunned nobody's ever thought to fix that "feature", haha. On a very much related note, I'm wondering if since Fleisch is hoping to go on hiatus now would be a good time for someone else (or a few someones, ideally) to go through the gimmicks file and fix it up? It's the kind of thing that's just too daunting for the guy who has to worry about monthly updates to deal with so maybe (with his okay) we could all make a group project out of it? Different mutations of that Frankenstein's monster of a gimmick file everyone uses have been floating around for ages and they're really the only holdover from before Derek B's guide came out that's holding this (and other) data down. There really isn't any good standard gimmicks data out there; even the freakin' default file that comes with the Cornellverse is terrible. Mammoth's gimmicks set seems awesome in theory but because it uses Derek's proposed naming conventions ("Pirate (Comedy)", "Pirate (Brute)", etc.) it wouldn't exactly plug and play with this data. If Fleisch was actually stopping outright for a while and wouldn't mind someone going through and converting all the workers over to Mammoth's set it'd be perfect, but that seems like a lot more work and something that would halt development altogether. What would probably be best would be to fix up the existing file while also removing every single gimmick that's fluff and getting it as small as possible. Sort of like the EWR-esque angles pack that Idol and I worked on. No more Authority Figure, no more Redneck/Hillbilly/Trailer Trash, no more Hulkamania/Rated-R Superstar/Cerebral Assassin, no more Machine/Wrestling Machine, no more Luchador/Luchardore/Tecnico/Rudo/Masked Grappler, no more offensively named gimmicks that insult women or insult the disabled or anything like that -- just actual, proper gimmicks with stats and descriptions that make sense. It'd be fairly easy to do, really, since presumably any imported gimmicks would just plug in right over top of the existing ones in the data editor. Fleisch would still need to delete the gimmicks that are lost in the cleanup process and tidy up the odd worker who ends up with no gimmick as a result of everything, but it'd be fairly painless that way. Could even divvy up the work into sections among a few people and get it done pretty quickly! Might as well go whole hog since this data is already as good as it is...
