Starting a new Promotion and I want you!

So ive wanted to do this for a while. Im going to create a promotion. A promotion of all you guys on the TEW forums. Workers, announcers, refs, ect. All matches will be undecided and random decided by the TEW game.

So if you want a wrestler ill give you the rules for him how to place your attributes. If you want an announcer, ref, ect same thing.

YOU WILL START WITH 50 IN EVERYTHING FOR YOUR CHARACTER. Sorry for any confusion.

Wrestler: You get 250 points to place into your In Ring skills and your Performances and Physical abilities.

You also gets 200 points to put into Entertainment and On Camera qualities. This will also include Gimmick Performance skills.

So you will have to be picky on how you want to develop your guy. No taking points away from stuff. So no you cant take away 20 from Puro and putting that into Psych or anything else. You have 250 points and all attributes start at 50.

Personality: This will be announcers, color commentators, referees, managers get 150 points to spend the Entertainment/On Camera qualities aswell as the Other skills(Refing/Announcing)

It will be in the default CVerse. So give me the worker name. Birth month/year Debut month/year.

Sexuality, Race, Nationality, You will be based in the USA only. Style, Size, Minimum Size, Maximum Size, Move Set, Face Gimmick Heel Gimmick.

Also please give me a personality type from one of the templates and I can tweak it a bit more if asked. Also Lifestyle if you want your guy to have issues to add realism.

Post it all in here and I will link you the dynasty I will be writing for it also. Not sure how I will be doing matches and storylines I might just do a game add or whatever its called doing 1v1 or 2v2 or even a 3way or Fatal 4way. Any amount the game will allow to be generated.

Promotion will start with $100,000. Each talent will be starting with $1,000 written contracts for 3 years. Promotion pop is 15% in all regions 30% in Tri State which we will be based out of.

250 points split over something like 16 categories doesn't seem like much, especially as some of them are key such as stamina and consistency? works out about 15 points per category.

Im starting everyone at 50 for everything. So they can choose to boost a few things real high or balance themselves out.

Heres a neat idea to randomize stuff, set a range of points for example between 500 and 1200 total. You do the dice roll, they put the points into the categories. This way, not everyone is the same.

I was expecting everyone to be different. I doubt everyone would go heavy on the Technical abilities. Id assume some would go brawling, some puro, some hardcore while some go heavy on the basics,psych, ect.

If i gave it alot of people theres nothing to work on. If I gave lets sat 700 points thats enouygh to max out their Chain and Mat skills. Max their pysch, basics, stamina and a couple other things all while having 50 everything else which isnt real bad. The low amount with categories helps so people have to choose what they want to be good at and work the rest.

Yea put that in there now. Im hoping to get atleast 8 wrestlers. Id even be down for people making 2 guys or even having family members as wrestlers or personalities. If I cant get anyone to want a personality spot like a ref or announcer I will just make guys who are 100 in all the categories until we get someone. That way the matches are made alot better and it gives a boost.

I'd be happy to give give you some stats for a colour commentator. Just wanted to ask before I do, does that 150 point allotment also cover the gimmick performance ratings for announcers the same way the 200 does for wrestlers? I know the ratings won't matter so much since it's a broadcaster, but it seemed worth asking anyway. Some people tend to use them in angles for various reasons.

I'm all for people giving me multiple people including friends and family. That way out backstage rating would be good.

Small suggestion: give people an extra X points for each Y% of vices they're given. So, for instance, you could say for every 15% of addiction, that character can get 10 more points. Just an idea to give people an incentive to give their characters some bad habits so the roster isn't so bland. Anyways....

Small suggestion: give people an extra X points for each Y% of vices they're given. So, for instance, you could say for every 15% of addiction, that character can get 10 more points. Just an idea to give people an incentive to give their characters some bad habits so the roster isn't so bland. Anyways....
