Welcome to TNA! We're under new management as Dixie Carter was mysteriously shown a vision of the future and decided to sell the company before it came true. She however will be staying on as an on screen persona due to a promise we've made to her dad as part of the sale.

Starting in July 2012 we look to make the most of TNA before it falls apart due to mismanagement and before all of our big stars fall to the dreaded budget cutter. Can I do it? Stay tuned!

Thursday, 1st week of July

Backstage Velvet Sky runs into Winter. Velvet demands that Winter release Angelina from her clutches as Winter pretends not to know what she's talking about. Love stands in the background looking to be drugged out of her mind.

A close match between two skilled participants, Joe however proved that he has what it takes as he defeated Hernandez with a muscle buster in the new TNA's first match.

Christopher Daniels is in the ring as he reveals that AJ Styles has a child out of wedlock with Claire Lynch. He shows photos of what he dubs "The Phenomenal Fetus" before AJ storms the ring to put a stop to it. Kazarian appears from under the ring and sneak attacks Styles as the pair laugh at AJ's misfortune.

Jeff Hardy is seen in his locker room before suddenly and ruthlessly being attacked by Bully Ray, seemingly without provocation. Hardy is thrown into a locker headfirst and left laying in a heap.

In defense of her knockouts title the upstart Brooke Tessmacher seems to bring her A game. Rosita brings a strong showing but is no match for the Tess-shocker leading into a pin.

Kurt Angle and James Storm are seen backstage joking around, making fun of Bobby Roode when Eric Bischoff interrupts the pair and mentions that he's in negotiations with a big free agent and that Angle and Storm may just be relics of the past. Storm responds by spitting a mouth full of beer at Eric's feet which sends him running.

Devon looks set to put the Pope away when the referee fails to catch an illegal eye rake. D'Angelo capitalizes and takes the TV champ down with a D.D.E, setting himself up as the clear #1 contender to Devon's title.

Rob Van Dam is in the ring talking about the upcoming Destination X pay per view when Mr. Anderson interupts him. He extends his hand and challenges RVD to a friendly match. RVD seems hesitant but accepts and shakes Anderson's hand.

In a bizarre case of working double duty that the booker only just realized, Hernandez teams up with Matt Morgan against Christopher Daniels and Kazarian. Kazarian keeps Hernandez tied up outside of the ring in the deciding moments of the match as Daniels defeats Morgan with Angel's wings.

Backstage Austin Aries is called into a meeting with Hulk Hogan who tells him that in order to get a match against Bobby Roode for the World Heavyweight Championship he'll have to give up the X-Division title. Aries seems incredibly annoyed and says that he'll need time to think about it.

Despite the Claire Lynch situation weighing heavily on his mind, the Phenomenal one seems to be in control of this match as he keeps Gunner on the defensive for the majority. A Styles Clash signals the end as AJ picks up the win.

Rob Van Dam seems to be on fire tonight as he keeps Bully Ray off balance with a series of kicks and high flying maneuvers. Rolling thunder leads RVD to climb up to the top but Bully rolls out of the way, letting Van Dam take the damage. A Bully cutter to follow it up signals the end as Ray gets the 3 count.

Roode is in the ring demanding that Hogan come down and face him, mentioning how absurd it is that just a week away from the pay per view that the World Heavyweight Champion could still be unsure as to whether or not he even has a match. Aries charges down to the ring and takes out Roode with a sneak attack, leveling him with the X-Division championship. Austin stands in the middle of the ring and stares at his title, seemingly deep in thought before dropping it to his feet and picking up the TNA World Heavyweight Championship, he raises the title high as the show goes off air.

Thursday, 2nd week of July

The shows starts off as Hulk Hogan stands in the center of the ring and asks for Austin Aries to come out. As "The greatest man that ever lived" joins him in the ring Hogan asks him if what we saw last week was his final decision for Destination X. Aries replies that after a lot of thought on the matter he's decided that in order to be the man he has to become the World Heavyweight champion, even if it means giving up the X Division championship to do it. Hogan announces a contract signing for later on in the night.

Devon, seemingly driven to avenge last week's loss to the Pope, keeps himself in a dominant position throughout the match. Gunner makes a comeback late in the match but it appears to be for nothing as Devon regains his momentum and finishes off his opponent with a rope hung neckbreaker.

Daniels and Kazarian are in the ring loudly discussing how ashamed they are of their former friend, AJ Styles, and his decision not to take responsibility for his child. Daniels mentions how clearly Styles is a poor role model and how AJ leaves broken homes and unwed mothers in his wake. Styles has enough of this and walks down to the ring, telling Daniels and Kazarian that they're only stirring up shit and that they're no better than a couple of bored housewives, Styles says that he's happily married and barring an alien abduction there is no way he's responsible for Claire's child. Styles says that he doesn't think he can wait until Destination X to shut Daniels up and offers Kazarian and Daniels a tag team title shot tonight which they readily accept.

The British invasion, reforming as a tag team seem to take advantage of superior teamwork as they beat Crimson down in their corner and prevent him from leaving the ring. Their plan unravels however as Crimson manages to uppercut Williams and escape to his corner to tag in Samoa Joe who storms the ring and hits Doug with a muscle buster before superkicking Magnus off the apron. Joe pins Williams for the victory.

In their locker room, Winter can be seen grooming Angelina as she runs a brush through her hair. Angelina stares blankly off into space as Winter talks about how happy they are together.

The pope continues his hot streak as he stays in control of the match, Bischoff tries to fight back but D'Angelo picks up the victory.

Jeff Hardy demands that Bully Ray come down to explain his attack last week. Bully comes down to face Hardy and explains that he's gotten sick of seeing Hardy all over the place looking like some kind of painted doll and that he's decided that rearranging that face might spruce the iMPACT zone up a little. Jeff responds by hitting Bully with a twist of fate and climbing up to the top rope to go for a Swanton bomb. Bully escapes before he can do it however and backs up the ramp shouting insults at the Charismatic Enigma.

Once again defending her title, Brooke seems to reach deep within herself to squeak out a victory against the veteran Sarita.

Mr. Anderson is backstage in catering as he notices Traci Brooks walk in. He seems surprised that she's returned and then asks if she came back because she heard he was around. She looks disgusted and tells him that she has bigger plans. Ken accidentally scares her off by summoning a mic from the ceiling to tell her that she can never do better than "MIIIIIIIIIIIIISTER ANDERSOOOOOON"........ "Anderson"

This is less of a match and more of a curb stomp as the former World Heavyweight Champion beats on Robbie E for five minutes before finishing him off.

AJ Styles and Kurt Angle make a formidable team as the two world class athletes keep the momentum of the match in their favour. At one point however Claire Lynch walks down to ringside with a baby in her arms, keeping AJ distracted. As Styles tries to demand that she leave the area Kazarian strikes Angle with a low blow which Daniels capitalizes on and puts Kurt down with Angel's Wings. A quick pin later and Daniels and Kazarian are the new TNA World Tag Team Champions.

Hogan is joined by Aries and Roode as an official contract signing for Destination X takes place. Roode waits for Austin to finish signing the contract before returning the favour from last week and hitting Aries with his belt. He grabs a nearby microphone and tells Austin how stupid he is to give up the X Division title to face him, claiming that as the longest running TNA World Champion of all time facing Roode is like running into a brick wall.

Immediately after the signing Roode is interrupted by a scheduled match with RVD as Aries is helped out of the ring by Hogan. Roode takes control of the match and seems set to hit RVD with a payoff when Aries charges back into the ring and starts brawling with Bobby. Roode wins by disqualification as both men are separated by security.

Final Rating: 81. Our popularity has increased in 19 regions

Comment: I remember there was a day when The Pope was on the road to the World Heavyweight Championship, that 8 Card Stud Tournament and the title match at Lockdown where he ended up injuring his shoulder - he was never the same after that. He deserves a push over Devon, so just like Samoa Joe, this should be the beginning of that.

If you want a real Knockouts Tag Division, it could work... would/could be better than a singles division. The problem I always find with the Singles division is that not enough of the ladies are used each week/month... The night starts out as Eric Bischoff enters the ring and invites his newest signing and the "biggest free agent in sports entertainment today". After a brief quiet the crowd is surprised as Brian Kendrick swaggers down the ramp and to the ring. Of most surprise to the crowd is the fact that he is not only wearing a suit but also is actually wearing shoes as he climbs into the ring and shakes hands with Bischoff. Kendrick announces to the crowd that he'll be taking part in the four way match tonight for the X Division championship.

Eric Young makes a good showing in this match but as he grabs Gail Kim and attempts an airplane spin Winter takes advantage and hits him with a low blow which sends him through the middle rope to the outside. Angelina slams Gail down hard and covers her for the victory.

Brute strength and experience seem to be on the side of the defending champion as he shuts down attempt after attempt by Dinero to get some momentum going, he finds out however that youth and cunning have their advantages as he slips his cross into his palm and hits Devon in the throat with the pointy end. A D.D.E later and The Pope is celebrating his victory.

Kurt Angle and James Storm are seen backstage talking about the upcoming bound for glory series when they're interrupted by "The Monster" Abyss who claims that after Angle and Storm have felt the black hole slam his next stop will be the main event at Bound For Glory. Angle stares him down in response as Storm sips on a longneck in the background, seemingly not taking Abyss as a threat.

In the spirit of a friendly match both men seem to go all out to prove themselves but are not looking to inflict any lasting injury. RVD hits Anderson with a spinning heel kick before bouncing off the ropes and hitting a rolling thunder. Anderson seems to shake the cobwebs out long enough to roll out of the ring, RVD responds by flying over the top rope after him but Ken steps out of the way allowing Rob to hit the ringside barricade. Anderson rolls Rob back into the ring and delivers a mic check for the three count.

Winner: Mr. Anderson

Crimson Vs Kazarian Vs Samoa Joe Vs Brian Kendrick

The match seems to keep the crowd on their feet as these four men give their all. The closing moments come as Kazarian and Samoa Joe fight on the outside of the ring and Kendrick and Crimson trade blows inside. Joe throws Kazarian onto the barricade and jumps off the ring steps to deliver an incredible elbow. Kendrick surprises Crimson as an attempt at an inverted atomic drop is wiggled out of and turned into a sliced bread. Kendrick covers Crimson, Joe notices outside the ring and runs to break the count as a woman in the audience grabs Joe by the shoulders and holds on tightly, unwilling to send some unknown female fan flying Joe tries to get out frantically but gently, slowing the Samoan submission machine just enough to allow the referee counts to three just as he gets into the ring. The camera searches outside of the ring as it appears Maryse Ouellet was in the crowd. Kendrick eagerly grabs his title as he leaves the ring.

Jeff Hardy Vs Bully Ray

Speed and daring match up against strength and ruthlessness as Bully and Jeff go to war. Bully is on the receiving end of a Swanton bomb through the announce table and Ray retaliates later by giving Jeff a Bully Bomb onto the concrete floor. The finishing moments of the match have Jeff reaching for Ray to hopefully put him away but Ray delivers a brutal elbow to Hardy's nose before giving him a piledriver. 1..2..3! Bully Ray walks out of this brutal confrontation as the winner.

Winner: Bully Ray

Ray seems to have more vengeance on his mind as he sets up a table in the ring and carries Jeff up to the top tope. He drives the Charismatic Enigma through the table with a fearsome powerbomb and leaves him in a heap in the center of the ring.

AJ Styles Vs Christopher Daniels

In a contest that tied for match of the night both Styles and Daniels brought everything they had. At one point in the match Claire Lynch comes to ringside holding her baby, once again distracting AJ and allowing Daniels to level him with a chairshot before picking him back up for a backbreaker onto the chair. Daniels can be heard taunting Styles and telling him that "your kid is gonna watch you get your ass kicked". As he sets him up for Angel Wings, Styles powers out with a back body drop before rolling out of the ring and chasing Claire up onto the stage. Styles gets closer and pulls back the baby's blanket to reveal a doll, and that Daniels had invented the whole thing to keep Styles distracted during their upcoming matches. Styles grabs the baby from Clair and hits Daniels in the forehead with it as he walks up the ramp. AJ grabs Christopher and delivers an amazing Styles clash from the top of the ramp down to the floor below. AJ barely gets to his feet in time as Daniels is unable to answer a ten count.

Winner: AJ Styles

After the match, Styles picks up the doll and tosses it into the crowd as the fans cheer him on.

In this highly anticipated match both men give equal punishment to their opponent. Roode seems set to put Aries away as he sizes him up for a spear but Austin counters by taking him down by the arm. A struggle ensues but Austin locks in the last chancery, Roode quickly hooks his boot on the rope and the referee forces a rope break. Bobby hits Austin with the payoff but Aries reaches deep down inside and kicks out just a milisecond before the referee counts to three. Both men struggle to their feet but Aries seizes the opportunity and hits Roode with a brainbuster. Dragging himself closer and dropping his arm over his opponent the referee counts to three.

Winner and new TNA World Heavyweight Champion: Austin Aries

The pay per view goes off the air as the crowd cheers and celebrates along with Aries. Streamers and confetti fall from the ceiling as Austin gets to his feet with his hard won World title.

Sting returns from a brief hiatus as he returns to the iMPACT Zone. He talks about how last night was a great show for the company and he wishes Austin Aries the best of luck. Ken Anderson joins him in the ring and tells him that he doesn't want Sting to get too attached to the idea of Aries as champion because after the bound for glory series the World Heavyweight Champion is going to be MISTEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEER ANDERSOOOOOON.

Winter Vs ODB

In a highly competitive match both Winter and ODB traded offense. ODB was put down by a Katatonic to finish the match.

Winner: Winter

After the match James Storm came down to the ring and grabbed Taz, pulling him out of the commentary booth. Storm loudly mentioned that Taz is ruining the show and that even when drunk James has more coherent things to say than Taz. After being dragged to the back forcibly Don West joins the commentary team.

Hernandez Vs "The Monster" Abyss

Abyss seemed intent to prove himself as he methodically tore apart Hernandez over the course of a seven minute match. Seemingly letting Hernandez get the upper hand only to bring him crashing back down again. As he tires of playing with his prey a black hole slam bring the contest to an end.

Winner: Abyss

Brian Kendrick enters the ring wearing a suit and carrying the X-Division championship on his shoulder. He mentions how he's been getting emails and calls from his fans all day asking why he's changed so much and replies that it was entirely due to necessity. When he wasn't worried about possesions or getting ahead he found himself on the unemployment line, now simply by wearing a suit and getting along with Eric Bischoff he not only has his job but the X-Division title and one other benefit... Maryse joins him in the ring and hugs his arm.

Rob Van Dam however sees fit to interrupt the duo as he challenges Kendrick for the X-Division title. RVD mentions how Kendrick may have sold out to the man but RVD will prove that you can be yourself and still a success.

TNT Vs Mexican America

Brooke and Tara make and excellent team as they work in tandem to wear down Sarita and Rosita. Tara defeats Sarita with a widow's peak for the pinfall.

Angle is backstage talking to SoCal Val about his plans to win the BFG series. Samoa Joe, walking through the background takes offense to this and mentions that Angle would have to go through him to win. The pair stare each other down as Val tries to get out from between them.

"The Pope" D'Angelo Deniro Vs Matt Morgan

In his first defense of the TV title, Deniro seems to have a bit of difficult against the powerhouse Matt Morgan. One power move after another seem to keep the Pope off balance and unable to counter, finally out of desperation Deniro turns a powerslam attempt into a schoolboy rollup for a quick three count.

"The Greatest Man who ever lived" Austin Aries appears for the first time in front of a crowd since his World title victory. He thanks for the fans for their support and tells them that he's glad he took a chance at Destination X since not only has he proven that he's a main event caliber guy, he also got to end the reign of that pompous ass Bobby Roode. His victory speech is cut short however as Roode jumps into the ring from the crowd and spears Austin mid sentence before laying into the champ with a flurry of punches. Security grabs the former champion and pulls him off but it seems the damage is done.

Crimson Vs Brian Kendrick with Maryse

Defending his X-Division championship for the first time, Kendrick seems to have a drive about him as he looks to keep the title he fought tooth and nail for at destination x. Kendrick seems to be in control of the match but Crimson fights back valiantly, at one point even scoring a near pin on the current champion. Maryse proves to be worth whatever Kendrick is paying her however as she grabs Crimson by the ankle and allowing Kendrick to deliver sliced bread for the win.

Despite their failure last night to put away the phenomenal one, Daniels and Kazarian seem to work together flawlessly as they debut their new team name. Williams is isolated for the majority of the match,one Angel's wings later and Bad Influence have retained their titles.

Angle makes his presence know in the Bound For Glory series as he works methodically on Gunner's ankle throughout the match. As the bout draws to an end he locks in the Ankle lock, scoring himself ten points in the process.

Some behind the scenes news. I pulled Taz from the commentary team because he had awful chemistry with Mike Tenay. Since he has a written contract for a year I'll be seeing in what way I can use him.

Also we've been threatened with losing our Pay per view contracts due to horrible buyrates. Which at 1.70 isn't that bad but also clearly isn't at WWE levels. My goal will be to get the popularity up to allow me to keep those contracts before I lose them.

Aside from the lack of an actual Money in the Bank match and apparently DX shenanigans backstage the WWE seems to be off to a strong start. It'll be difficult to kill them.

Kendrick kicks off the show as he and Maryse are seen backstage talking about the situation with Rob Van Dam. Brian seems confident in his ability to defeat the "Whole F'n show" but Maryse angrily tells him that she's been doing all the work.

James Storm Vs Gunner

Gunner makes a surprising showing as he keeps pace with Storm, getting in an impressive amount of offense against the former world champion. The match comes to a close however as Taz charges into the ring and catches an unaware Storm with a Tazmission as the referee rings for the bell.

Winner: James Storm

After the match the referee desperately tries to pull Taz off of Storm but the former commentator holds on until Storm passes out from the pain and lack of oxygen.

Mickie James Vs Madison Rayne

James seems to have a fire in her belly as she keeps Rayne on the defensive for the duration of the match, A chick kick cements her victory.

Ken Anderson catches Sting backstage and asks for a match with the legend, citing that if anyone is going to face off against such an icon it may as well be a future icon like himself. Sting agrees to face him at Hardcore Justice.

Devon Vs Samoa Joe

With Kurt on commentary he seems to do a good job of keeping Joe slightly off kilter. Angle mentions how he looks forward to facing off against Joe again but that even more than that he looks forward to beating Joe and challenging for the TNA World Heavyweight championship. The final moments of the match close as Joe puts Devon away by choking him out until he taps out.

Winner: Samoa Joe

After the match Kurt enters the ring and extends his hand to Joe to congratulate him on his victory. Joe simply stares the Olympic Hero down as neither man is willing to back down.

Bad Influence looks to make a statement tonight as they make short work of their opponents. A quick double team piledriver allows for Kazarian to cover Hernandez for the win.

After the match Bad Influence are interrupted as Shelton Benjamin and Charlie Haas slide into the ring. Making their intentions clear the newcomers point at the tag titles and try to intimidate the current champions.

Rob Van Dam Vs "The Pope" D'Angelo Deniro

Rob looks to prove that he's got what it takes to Kendrick and get his X-Division title shot. The finishing moments of the match see the Pope look to go for an eye rake but instead catches a spinning backheel before recieving a five star frog splash.

Bully Ray catches AJ backstage and tries to intimidate the Phenomenal One, not willing to back down AJ catches Ray with a hard right hand before tackling him through a nearby pane of glass into Bischoff's office. Eric seems to be furious as the show goes to commercial.

Shelton Benjamin Vs Bobby Roode

Shelton seems to be on fire as he makes his TNA debut against the former World Heavyweight Champion. Roode proves his ruthlessness however as he cracks Benjamin over the head with a beer bottle before covering him for the victory.

Aries intercepts Roode as he tries to leave and the two begin brawling on the ramp, a payoff by Roode ends the confrontation as he picks up the World Heavyweight Championship and holds it high over Austin.

In an extremely short match, Velvet Sky defeated Traci Brooks in 5:25 by pinfall with a Double Knee Backbreaker.

RVD is seen walking backstage when Maryse crosses his path. Seemingly getting too friendly she asks Rob if he's ready for Hardcore Justice. Rob says that he's not only ready but certain that he'll be leaving with the X-Division title around his waist. Maryse insults Rob and tells him that he's half the man that Brian is. Rob responds by patting her on the head and telling her to smoke something to calm down.

In a match that had some good action and average heat, Abyss defeated Gunner in 7:56 by pinfall with a Black Hole Slam.

Storm is standing in the ring waiting for his opponent to come out when its revealed that Taz is in James's locker room. Taz shouts a challenge at Storm before knocking over his cooler, spilling his entire supply of beer over the locker room floor.

In a bout that featured great action and average heat, Samoa Joe defeated AJ Styles in 7:49 by pinfall with a Muscle Buster.

Sting is interviewed backstage about his match against Mr. Anderson at Hardcore Justice. He mentions that he has a great amount of respect for the up and coming TNA legend but that Ken will still have to earn a victory over him.

In a bout that featured great action and great heat from the audience, Mr. Anderson defeated Bully Ray in 15:05 by pinfall with a Mic Check.

Aries interrupts General Manager Hulk Hogan while he's on the phone, forcing him to hang up. The World Heavyweight champion demands that he get a match against Roode that will take both men to their limits and shut Bobby once up for good. Hogan agrees and books the pair for a steel cage match, if Roode loses he will be unable to challenge for the TNA World Heavyweight Championship as long as Austin Aries holds it.
