It's going to be "The Dragon" Mikey James facing off against "Speedball" Marc Speed! Cliff: Guru, we talked about this before the show! That's the CO-main event for tonight! Guru: Well, to me, that's the REAL main event. Cliff: Well, it's not. Folks, I apologize if my colleague confuses you. The REAL main event tonight is going to be a tag team showdown pitting the team of Fox Mask and Remmy Skye known only as Zone Out and they will face the team of Donnie J and the Coastal Zone Champion himself, Masked Cougar! He nailed a spider suplex and followed up with a phoenix splash for a nearfall and a nice pop from the crowd. Finish: Coleman attempted the Ankle Brace but Hernandez reversed out of it and nailed a sick superkick followed up by Appariation #14 for the win! Winner: Kirk Jameson by submission Love Machine gloats to the crowd while Elemental is being checked out by a doctor.... CLM: Why don't you do us all a favor and just quit?! LEAVE you piece of crap! Am El is staring down CLM while being taken to the back by a doctor... Cliff: Well, I hope our matchmaker is okay as our doctors tend to him in the back. Flash then follows up with a flipping missle dropkick for a great pop from the crowd. Flash then takes control with a hurricanrana to the outside and he goes back in the ring to fly out with a twisting senton to the outside! CLM is able to turn it back around distracting the ref and hitting a blatant low blow! Finish: CLM misses an attempt at the LAX Departure and Flash goes for the pin for a really close nearfall. Flash then goes up to hit the High Velocity Senton but CLM recovers and leaps up top with a huge top rope hurricanrana! CLM then grabs the ropes for leverage for the win! Winner and STILL Coastal Zone Xtreme Champion: California Love Machine by pinfall CLM is gloating on the outside of the ring with his back towards the entrance way. Out comes Am El and attacks the Xtreme champion to a loud pop from the crowd. Am El tosses CLM back in the ring and CLM tries to cut the matchmaker off but to no avail. Am El is on a rampage and blasts him with forearm after forearm! Am El gets a big pop when he raises his hands. He goes to leave the ring but then hesitates, CLM is on is back prone on the mat and Am El points to the corner. Guru: No! Don't do it Am El! Cliff: Oh, I don't think he can hear you, Guru. He's going to give CLM exactly what he deserves! Am El goes up top looking for an Inferno Splash but before he can hit it, CLM rolls out of the ring and ducks out. He high-tails it out while Am El climbs down and panders to the crowd. Aml El grabs a mic... Am El: CLM! You have no idea what you've started you little weasel! I can only take so much crap from someone until I just snap. You were so close to get the Inferno Splash... I just... no, now that I think about I'm not going to give you what you want. I know the fans want to see me beat you in this ring but we're going to do this the right way. You've been doing so great in one-on-one matches, how about we raise the stakes. So next month at Wave of Fury, Calfornia Love Machine will face two men in a three way dance! It will be CLM vs Jackpot Jordan (mixed reaction from crowd) vs Air Attack Weasel! (cheers) I hope you're ready to kiss that title goodbye! Cliff: Wow! That will be an exciting Xtreme title match. Guru: No, no, no, no, no! It's not right, Cliff. In fact, this just proves CLM's claim that Am El is only being a matchmaker for himself! Cliff: What? Am El is just retaliating. Sparrow nails a baseball slide/headscissors combo on the outside in the early going of the match and follows up with a sick DDT and three running leg drops in the ring for near falls. Machine mounts a come back and begins with dropkicks and clotheslines. A springboard DDT and a standing shooting star give Machine a near fall. Finish: After Machine kicks out of a Bird Brainbuster, Sparrow looks frustrated and attempts another one but Machine reverses out into a reverse DDT. Machine then motions for Sparrow to get up and attempts a Termination Kick that Sparrow ducks then he rolls Machine up for a nearfall. Machine springs up quick and lands a sick Termination Kick on Sparrow out of nowhere for the desperation win! Winner: Insane Machine by pinfall Right after Insane Machine is announced as the winner, Shoot Club's music hits instead of Machine's and Marc Speed comes out from the back with mic in hand... Speed: Congratulations, Chris, you have won you're second match since coming back to the Coastal Zone. It must be so nerve-racking to be such a has been. I mean, you have to be at least 40, right? Well, I just came out to tell you that you'e next opponent is going to be me! And Chris, you're going to have no choice but to tap or snap! Machine doesn't look to thrilled at Speed's comments as Speed just gives a huge evil smirk at Machine... Cliff: Well, that was weird. Guru: Yeah, I didn't know Insane Machine's name was Chris. Cliff: Speed is trying to get under Insane Machine's skin and I don't like it. Guru: It doesn't matter of you like it Cliffy, it matters that it gets people talking. I like Speed's style. Cliff: We'll just have to agree to disagree then. Let's get to our highly anticipated Co-Main Event! The Dragon comes back with a reverse hurricanrana out of nowhere and follows up with a disgusting running dropkick in the corner! Finish: Speed attempts a cross armbreaker but Mikey reverses out of it. Speed ducks a Scything side kick and rolls Mikey up for a nearfall. Speed goes for another cross armbreaker but Mikey reverses it into a backslide for the win! Winner: Mikey James by pinfall Hernandez and Jameson are seen backstage about to give an interview when out of nowhere come The American Cobras! They both beat them senseless then Malloy stands over Hernandez... Malloy: Didn't you guys get the memo? We've been announced as the new number one contenders as of... 10 minutes ago! Spillane: Yep, Am El announced it on twitter. And he actually made a good decision for once! See you next month, chumps. They both walk away laughing manically... Fox Mask gets in a series of offense with a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker and a springboard leg drop. Donnie eventually gets the hot tag to Masked Cougar who comes in and cleans house. Cougar lands a crisp springboad dropkick on Zone Out who both fall out of the ring. Cougar then follows up with a dive through the ropes and a nice pop from the crowd. Donnie then goes to dive out but only nails Fox Mask. Remmy then throws Cougar back in the ring and nails a springboard forearm and a sitout suplex slam. Finish: Donnie blind tags Cougar without Remmy noticing as he give Cougar a Sky Diver. Donnie then comes in nailing a Death on Miami Beach! Fox Mask comes in to break up the count but Donnie sees it coming and Fox hits Remmy with a leg drop. Cougar then clotheslines Fox out of the ring. Donnie hits a Death on Miami Beach on Remmy again to solidify the win! Winners: Donnie J & Masked Cougar by pinfall After the match, Masked Cougar and Donnie J face off in the ring. Cougar then holds the title up hinting at a future title match between the two. Then out of nowhere comes Mikey James who goes to super kick Donnie from behind but Donnie sees it coming and moves, and James super kicks Cougar instead! Donnie then spins "The Dragon" around and nails a Scything Side Kick straight to James' jaw! Cliff: Oh. My. God. Did that just happen?! Guru: No! What is going on around here?! First we have a crooked matchmaker and now we have this beach bum stealing The Dragon's finisher?! This is not right! I'm outta here... Guru is heard putting his headset down as fans in the CZCW arena chant "holy sh*t" as Donnie stands over the two men in the ring holding up the CZCW title! Almost immediately after the show, CZCW Matchmaker American Elemental had put out this announcement: "After the once in a lifetime tag team main event that we just saw, I am making a huge one on one Coastal Zone title match for Wave of Fury. It will be Donnie J versus Coastal Zone Champion Masked Cougar! The co-main event will be a tag team rematch pitting The Cali Dragons versus Zone Out! Much more to be announced" Later that evening, "The Dragon" Mikey James had this to say after this huge announcement: "Whether it's a tag team match with my long time partner Frankie Perez or in singles competition, nobody can touch me! Nobody can do what I do in the ring and I prove that time and time again. And yes, I took matters into my own hands to try to get back at Donnie J after assaulting Frankie after his match. He thinks he's the "good guy" in this whole situation and Britney's absence last month doesn't surprise me. She will do everything she can be seen as "The victim" and I'm going to prove that both of them don't belong here anymore!" Donnie J also had this to say, "Mikey James wants to try to attack me from behind but it didn't work this time. I heard Cougar wanted James to be inserted in the match to get some sort of retribution but I'm glad it's going to be one on one with two of the best in the Coastal Zone. I won't deny The Dragon's talent but he needs to stay as far away from the Coastal Zone title as possible. I mean, how much more do you think his ego will inflate if he becomes champion?
