WMMA4 Render Thread

Well this has been a very long time. After an absence of a couple of years I got the urge to at try my hand at rendering again. I just updated my Daz Studio to 4.8 (previously I had only used Daz 3) and fiddled around with the interface and changes. This is going to take some getting used to so there is nothing special about this render (mostly stock props with very little changes to materials and shaders. No custom textures or anything). I decided to try the new I-ray renderer but this will likely be the last time because as expected it took a long time.

I have a render! A guy living in my game.

"The Siamese Assassin" Djaidhong Thamrahphum

He's 5'4" at 107lbs but can go to 138lbs from Pattaya, Thailand

He is world calibre at Muay Thai and knows Wing Chun. Dude is devastating.

Started training at age 7 and fighting at 14.

Another

"Keen" Kasteen Ferdinand at 5'6" 125lbs but can go to 140

Loves Close-Combat and Kempo

White French but from London, England

It's impossible for me to add your renders into the game Hitmanwa. They don't appear in the original format, and when I convert them to JPG, the background is blank.

Idiot me, fixing them now.

What is preferred? gif with transparent BGs or jpeg with grey BGs?

great renders! i have a question. does anyone know how to convert png to gif and preserve the sharpness of the edges? everything always look really good in png but when i convert the files in photoshop to gif the edges get all blocky. it looks really ugly behind a white background.

These are seriously some of your best, I think. Great to see you back in action.

Apply a black outline before saving as gif, then the renders look better. Gif isn't a very good picture format, but the outline effects works ok.
