SpinningBackFist
Had to have been. Or maybe the game factors in name value. Going from not a fighter to a mid level international fighter who is undefeated would sound like an accomplishment.
SpinningBackFist
At the same time though, the Female Fighter of the Year, Sarah Alpar only won one fight in 2015 against an unranked opponent by unanimous decision. So I'm not entirely sure how WMMA calculatea these things.
SpinningBackFist
UFC 196: Ellis vs. Gadelha Results Round 1 They meet in the center and touch gloves. Seeing Gadelha move forward, Ellis tries to tie her up with double underhooks. She gets them but loses them soon after. Gadelha shoots in for a double leg, but Ellis was ready. Soon the sprawl turns into a clinch and Ellis has double underhooks. This time she keeps them and blasts Gadelha into the mat with a Greco-Roman slam. Working from half guard now Ellis goes to move to mount. But Gadelha is quick and a scramble starts. Gadelha dives for a leg as she looks for a leglock of some sort. She isn't able to get it and Ellis is in full guard. Working for awhile, Gadelha finally snatches and arm and is going for the armbar. Working hard, Gadelha can't get it and Ellis gets to the rounds end. 10-9 Ellis Round 2 Ellis eats a jab but finds the clinch to begin the second stanza. She backs Gadelha into the cage with sheer force and pins her head on Claudia's chest. Ellis looks to land some dirty boxing but gets turned around by Gadelha so that now her back is against the cage. Gadelha drops down for a single leg and gets it, Ellis is on her back as Claudia climbs into side control. Elllis is able to finagle her way into half guard. The round ends with Gadelha landing some weak G&P from half guard. 10-9 Gadelha Round 3 They clinch in the middle again. Lisa is a wrestler and Gadelha is fishing for subs, so the grapplefest continues. From the clinch Gadelha tries to sucker Ellis into guard, but Lisa Ellis slams her into the mat. Ellis is in half guard, very much in control. Ellis postures up and is throwing down blows. Gadelha is getting hit, but doing enough to survive and transitions to full guard. Ellis launches a big punch that just barely misses Gadelha's face and slams into the mat. Ellis may have hurt her hand or wrist as she buckles when the punch makes contact with the canvas. Seeing a small window here, Gadelha seizes the arm of Ellis during the champ's hesitation. She is using wrist control and trying to bring her legs higher. With Ellis' wrist and her legs near Lisa's shoulders, Gadelha goes for the armbar. She's working hard! She gets Ellis onto her bacK! It's locked in! It's locked in! Ellis is fighting it every step of the way but Gadelha is really pulling that arm straight. It's nearly hyper extended. There's the tap! We have a new UFC Women's Strawweight Champion! Claudia Gadelha Submits (Armbar) Lisa Ellis at 4:24 of Round 3 to win the UFC Women's Strawweight Championship ----Main Card---- Anderson Silva vs. Rashad Evans Rashad and Anderson meet in the Spider's domain of 185. While Rashad made a huge debut at 185 by knocking out Magnus Cedenblad, his sophomore appearance at middleweight ended in harsh fashion. After a back and forth round one that saw Suga Rashad net a takedown and done some ground and pound, round two ended with a brutal spinning back kick that put him to sleep. Anderson looks as slick as ever and still has some pop in those hands. It will be interesting to see if Anderson has done enough to warrant a third show at Chris Weidman or if he will only be around for fun fights while his career winds down. Robbie Lawler vs. Carlos Condit Carlos Condit did not look like a man coming off back-to-back losses. Robbie Lawler did not look like a man who had just fought for the title. 30-27x2 and a 30-26 as Condit absolutely demolished Robbie Lawler in the stand-up. If not for the bell, Condit would have finished a triangle choke from mount in round three. Condit steamrolls Lawler and is now looking to find his footing amidst the 170lb elite. Lawler now has two losses in a row and will need to figure out his position in the division quickly. 170 is stacked. Condit called out Matt Brown after the fight. Alexander Gustafsson vs. Tom Lawlor Gus is back! A huge right hook ended Lawlor's night in Round 1 as the Swede tries to ascend the 205 top ten. Gus remains in the top ten and is back in the win column after losing by UD to Rumble Johnson. Alexander Gustafsson called out Glover Teixeira after the fight. As for Lawlor, his three fight win streak is snapped and he'll have to figure out the best course of action to advance back up the 205 ladder. Andrei Arlovski vs. Todd Duffee Hello. Goodbye. It takes just a minute into round three for Todd Duffee to cement himself in title contention and for Andrei Arlovski to stare retirement in the face. Duffee will almost assuredly enter the top ten and Arlovski will have to question where to go from here. ----Prelims---- Fight of the Night - Lisa Ellis vs. Claudia Gadelha / Alptekin Ozkilic vs. Josh Sampo Knockout of the Night - Anderson Silva Submission of the Night - Claudia Gadelha UFC Announces New Card UFC 199: Velasquez vs. Hunt First Saturday of April 2016 at Arizona Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Phoenix, Arizona UFC Heavyweight Championship - #1 © Cain Velasquez vs. #5 Mark Hunt UFC Strawweight Championship - #1 © Yodsanan Sityodtong vs. #2 Sergio Pettis Bantamweight - #2 Michael McDonald vs. #6 Raphael Assuncao Lightweight - #5 Donald Cerrone vs. #7 Josh Thomson Light Heavyweight - #10 Ryan Jimmo vs. #23 Ilir Latifi ----Prelims---- Lightweight - Michael Johnson vs. KJ Noons Flyweight - #7 Ian McCall vs. Dustin Ortiz Lightweight - #25 Matt Wiman vs. Carlos Diego Ferreira Heavyweight - Jared Rosholt vs. Ruan Potts Lightweight - Damon Jackson vs. Drew Dober
SpinningBackFist
Well. Uh. Whilst downloading the latest Modern Warriors database. I somehow managed to delete this save. So. Sorry if anyone was still following this. Looks like I goofed. But I have crafted a new idea for a new dynasty. So I should be getting underway with a new one soon enough!
