CoutureLegend Posted December 26, 2014 Share Posted December 26, 2014 So i've been looking at getting a new laptop and the one i'm looking at is a 14" ultrabook which comes in both 1600x900 & 1920x1080 screen resolution. Before buying anything, i want to know if the GDS games (mainly WMMA4 & TEW) will fit onto the screen ok? My current laptop has a 15.6" screen with 1366 x 768 resolution, however when playing WMMA3 i always have to minimise the bottom task bar in order to see the entire game screen. Derek DiBenedetto Posted December 26, 2014 Share Posted December 26, 2014 I personally recommend the highest screen res you can get (depending on your eyesight). More info = better efficiency, and that includes designing games. Most games at GDS are fixed res, so there should be no issue. It'll just play in a window, more than likely. Depends on your screen resolution, not the size of the screen. I forget what it is, but I think most the Grey Dog games need 1024 x 768 screen resolution to be able to see the whole window.
