Regal, Vladimir, Jackson and Chavo enter the ring. Regal has microphone in hand and says that tonight the final spot on Team Regal will be filled by the end of the night as tonight he is hosting a ‘try-out’. Regal explains how if you are going to be on his team you have to be nothing short of Ruthless like the men joining him in the ring. He explains he has contacted three top ECW Superstars and they better show up to the ‘try-out’ and show their ruthlessness.

Regal is interrupted by Christian and Evan Bourne. Christian with microphone in hand and a loud pop from the WWE Universe says that tonight he is announcing that Evan Bourne is joining Team Christian. He says that at Surviour Series he is going to make Regal pay for all the evil things he has done to the ECW roster. He then says he doesn’t want to wait two weeks to meet Regal in the ring and offers a tag match in the main event between him and Bourne versus Regal and Chavo.

 

Christian:
So what do you say Regal, tonight in the main event?

 

Regal without hesitation accepts and smiles.

 

Notes: Regal is a god on that mic, Christian can hold up to.

Zack Ryder vs Yoshi Tatsu

Both talents need a win here and the intensity in the match proved it as both Ryder and Tatsu made sure they both came out with bumps and bruises. Tatsu’s striking offence went to good use as was able to corner Ryder with a flurry of kicks resulting of Ryder falling to the corner out of breath. With Ryder down in the corner Tatsu runs to the opposite corner and runs back jumping but Ryder moves quickly out of the ring making Tatsu land firmly on the ring post realising a whaling cry to the WWE Universe. Ryder takes advantage and hits minutes later a Broski Boot for the win.

Winner: Zack Ryder

Notes: Nice opener with two of ECW's young guns.

We go to a video of a Mexican Man who quickly introduces himself as Alberto Del Rio. Del Rio shows the WWE Universe around his mansion highlighting how much everything costs. The promo ends his garage which has three Rolls Royces and a rack across the wall. On the wall are hooks with Luchador masks on them. He points out that some are empty and he is coming to the WWE to take some in one week.

Notes: Del Rio will get better, hopefully.

Ruthless Roundtable (Ezekiel Jackson and Vladimir Kozlov) vs Goldust and The Hurricane

Ezekiel Jackson and The Hurricane start the match off and The Hurricane quickly feels the pain from the ‘Black Hulk’. Ezekiel uses his strength to dominate to opening minutes with Hurricane. He has awesome power as he gives him a great powerslam followed by a quick tag to Vladimir. Vlad uses his thick head to knock the life out of the gut of Hurricane. Ruthless Roundtable have quick tags but without their mentor at ringside Hurricane uses his experience to get out of the situation and tags in Goldust who takes over with a wave of adrenaline. Goldust isn’t able to hit a finisher but a flash pin is enough for the bizarre tag team to get the win.

Winner: Goldust and The Hurricane

We cut to backstage with Shelton Benjamin a man who is sitting on the fence between Regal and Christian as he doesn’t like either men. He goes on to explain possible reasons for joining either side but comes to the conclusion he doesn’t want to join Regals but if Christian wants Benjamin on his team then he has to offer him a shot at the ECW Championship.

William Regal and Chavo Guerrero w/Ruthless Roundtable vs Christian and Evan Bourne

Main Event time now and unlike the match before the Ruthless Roundtable are ringside to help Regal and Guerrero. Christian and Guerrero start the match of with a trade of technical holds that highlight the skill of both workers. Regal is able to tag himself in without Christian noticing and after Christian hits a spinebuster on Chavo he turns around to an elbow strike from Regal. Regal and Guerrero dominate the next five minutes with Regals strategic strikes to Christian’s knees and Guerrero’s technical ability that takes Christian of his feet. The referee starts to push the Regal out of the ring as he and Chavo double-team Christian. Regal places the leg of Chavo on the ropes and both he and Chavo kick the leg. The referee gets Regal out of the ring and Chavo away from the ropes in that time Jackson and Vladimir get Christian out of the ring and beat the legs of the champion. Bourne can’t take it much longer as Chrisitans leg by the screams that Christian is making is being held by a string. Bourne runs into the ring and uses his legs and jumping ability to take Chavo out, Christian limps into the ring to help out. Regal tells Vladimir and Jackson to get in the ring. They follow orders and he steps out of the ring and watch as Chavo, Jackson and Vladimir destroy Bourne and Christian. Regal grabs a steel chair and smirks at the crowd. The referee rings for the bell and this one is over.

 

Regal then grabs a microphone and The ECW World Title and yells for The Dudebusters and Ryder to get to the ring to ‘try-out’.

All three men comply and run to the ring to join the Ruthless Roundtable, Chavo and now Regal. Regal separates everyone from the destroyed Bourne and Christian and hands Barretta a chair. Regal tells him to hit Christian in the leg. Barretta grabs the chair and swings down sending a steel chair right on to the injured leg of Christian. Regal does not smile and shakes his head. As he does this Jackson and Vladimir destroy Barretta, sending his body across the ring. Croft looks at Regal and can’t take it and goes after Regal who pushes him away into Chavo who throws Croft out of the ring. Ryder is the last one left and is handed the chair.

 

William Regal:
If you are going to separate a man’s leg from his body then YOU MIGHT AS WELL USE SOME BLOODY FORCE NOW HIT HIM!

 

The fans boo as Ryder looks around at the WWE Universe but swings the chair down with brute force and Christian screams in pain. He does it over and over again with Regal laughing as he poses with Christians title. Ryder stops and Jackson and Vladimir pull the body away from the middle of the ring and place it near Bournes and Trents. The show ends with Team Regal in the ring dominate as ever.

Comments: Yeh I'm loving this. Very impressed by your ROH show... Interesting that 'The Rising' did that to Heyman... I'm intrigued by the relationship between WWE and ROH... I can't get my head around any of it. and I think you should keep that mystique up! :D

 

Thanks! I am glad you like the mystique of the diary, I plan on keeping that up as more and more promotions get involved and you guys see the reletionships between each one. I have the story in place and I think it is going to be fun watching you guys react to it. If any likes or doesn't like the mystique and wants to comment please do! Thanks again Llyod.

 

Loved the ROH show, you have a true gift for endings that make me desperately want to see the next installment.

 

How will The Rising fare in the WWE? When will Claudio and Chris Hero finally face off? What is Shane McMahon's plan? These questions -and many others- will be answered in the next episode of... Soap!

Hello WWE Universe welcome to Friday Night Smackdown tonight we find out a Number One Contender for The Undertakers World Heavyweight Championship. 'The Animal' Batista takes on his former best friend Rey Mysterio and the Unified Tag Champions Chris Jericho and The Big Show.

Jim Ross:
Only that Todd, CM Punk gets what is coming to him when he takes on the fighting Irish-Men Finlay.

Todd Grisham:
Lets get the show started I think Punk is coming out know.

Notes: Ross and Grisham are alright together, I think its time I find a better combination.

The show opens with Punk and Gallows the Straight Edge Society in the ring with a young girl on a chair. Punk spews propaganda about being Straight Edge. He says that everyone in the arena is an idiot. He says that the young girl is named Serena and is an example of the Straight Edge ways. He asks her to pledge her allegiance to the SES. She says yes and he shaves her head. He says that tonight he is facing Finlay in the middle of the ring and he says will make Finlay pay for his sins.

 

CM Punk:
The fact is that alcohol is Finlays fuel and giving out pain is mine.

The crowd is behind Maria but unfortunately it doesn’t help her as Phoenix dominated her throughout the match ending it with a Glam-Slam.

Todd Grisham:
Phoenix is nothing short of awesome.

I disagree Maria doesn't deserve this damn it.

Post-match Phoenix continues a beat down on Maria until Mickie James runs down to stop it.

LayCool run down to attack James and help Phoenix. The three bad girls destroy James and Maria then Michelle the women’s champion grabs a microphone and the three start calling James names. James gets up and kicks Cool before running to the backstage.

 

Notes: Smackdowns Womens Division is better than RAWs by a mile.

Hardy explains his problem with CM Punk and announcers that he has made a deal with Teddy Long to make a match at Survivor Series. He says that at the big PPV two teams will be made Team Hardy and Team Punk. He says he looks forward to kicking Punks ass at Survivor-Series.

 

Matt Hardy:
At Survivor-Series Punk you will meet a bad twist of fate.

 

Hardy laughs and pats Striker on the back before walking away.

Notes: Striker is great on a mic and so is Hardy.

JTG w/Shad vs Tyson Kidd w/Natayla and Harry Smith

Half of the top two teams of Smackdown go to battle in a quick match. Kidd and JTG show great high flying moves. Kidd gives a great elbow drop and JTG gives Kidd a spinning clothesline. Kidd ends the match when he puts JTG in a sharpshooter making him tap out.

Winner: Tyson Kidd

 

Post-match Shad and Smith get to the ring and go at it both teams evenly matched with no sign of a dominant team until referees run to the ring and separate both teams.

Notes: Look forward to making a great tag division.

Wang had the crowd behind him in as he takes on the cocky Ziggler. Ziggler after dealing with kicks from Wang before taking over with elbow drop to Wang and repeats over again and again until Wang gets to his feet and hits a Zig Zag.

Punk shows his kicks and strikes against the Irish Finlay. Finlay takes the match out-side and they start to brawl around the ring. Punk is able to distract the referee as Gallows and Serena start kicking and punching Finlay and then Gallows pushes him in the ring. Punk lifts the Irishmen over his head and gives him a GTS.

Batista vs Rey Mysterio vs Chris Jericho vs The Big Show

The main event is a great match with some of WWEs best. Jericho and Big Show have an alliance straight away as they take out Batista then later Mysterio with a Choke-slam from Big Show. Once Rey and Batista are out they stare at each other and begin to fight Jericho going after the knees of Big Show and Big Show throwing Jericho around the ring like a rag doll. Batista re enters the ring and spears the Big Show and gives Jericho a spinebuster. Mysterio goes to the top rope and dropkicks Batista. The two former friends battle it out before Mysterio giving Batista a 619 then a splash before he could pin him he runs into a code-breaker from Jericho who covers Mysterio for the win.

Winners: Chris Jericho

 

Jericho celebrates in the ring with his two titles and smiles arrogantly at the crowd before he is interrupted by the lights turning off and back on.

Thanks for your comments and criticism it was awesome reading them just so I can make this diary better.

 

This is great advice Llyod, its a good point and something I will incorporate into my diary moving forward. The manager advice before worked well for me. Thanks again.

 

Packer I agree the english and grammar needs to be better, I will work on making the diary a lot more readable and user friendly.

Vince McMahon is said to be anxious as Shane McMahon has been confirmed to appear on RAW to discuss business with his father. Shane still holds a lot of stock in the company and has backing from a lot of other investors and holders. His appearance on Ring of Honor Television has worried Vince as he like the rest of us don't quite know what his plans are. Vince him self is showing his nerves as he got into an argument with Byron Saxton on ECW. ECW got poor reviews because the crowd felt not enough crazy spots were used, WWE hopes to fix this in the coming weeks. WWE organised for Edge to have surgery on his ACL and it went amazingly well, he is expected to return sooner rather than later.

Jarrett the owner of Total Non-Stop Action is expecting for next weeks Turning Point to literally be a Turning Point for the company as the huge main event of AJ Styles defending his title against Kurt Angle has been confirmed. Jarrett is also concerned about the Heyman and Shane McMahon relationship and has denied all rumors he will form any relationship with Shane McMahon. The largest investor of the company however Dixie Carter is open for Jarrett to talk to Shane.

Ring of Honor nearly doubled its viewership on its latest episode when Shane McMahon showed up. Heyman looks to boost its roster as he is in talks with NJPW owner Keiji Mutoh. Heyman will address the relationship with he and Shane McMahon in the coming weeks.

NJPW owner Keiji Mutoh is impressed with the latest show on their Die Hard tour as KENTA defeated Brock Lesnar for the IWGP Heavyweight Championship. This has offended Japanese wrestling veterans as this is first time a Junior defeated a Heavyweight in a convincing fashion. Lesnar is furious and is talking to the WWE, UFC and ROH about a contract deal. Mutohs stance on the Heyman and Shane relationship is unknown.

News from the developmental system is huge as Florida Championship Wrestling was let go from their contract with WWE. Triple H officially unveiled a new performance center and a new developmental territory called NXT. The performance center is state of the art and matches the level of the NFLs and NBAs. Some superstars didn't make the transition between developmental. Some superstars had a change of gimmick since going to NXT they are:

Skip Sheffield changed to Ryback

Dawson Alexander changed to David Otunga

Tyler Black changed to Seth Rollins

Joe Anoa'I changed to Roman Reigns

Jon Moxely changed to Dean Ambrose

Windam Rotunda changed to Bray Wyatt

Bo Rotunda changed to Bo Dallas

The Rising made their debut in NXT and defeated three unknown babyfaces. Triple H seems high on the three but the rest of the locker-room may not be as most see them as getting special treatment. One of NXT's locker-room leaders was released that being Kaval or other-wise known as Low Ki. He was one of the most respected wrestlers in the developmental system and the reason for his release is unclear most wrestlers pointing to Triple H. Low Ki is set to return to either Ring of Honor or Total Non-Stop Action. Bryan Danielson, Alberto Del Rio, Justin Gabriel and Leo Kruger are all being called up this month. Del Rio has already being advertised for ECW and Bryan will most likely debut on ECW as well. Gabriel and Kruger have been teaming as a baby-face tag team for months and will most likely stay as a team on the main roster. NXT's first major show will take place next Saturday, new NXT champions will most likely be crowned. The last bit of news is that Rhino could be debuting for NXT sooner rather than later.

Really? You are bringing up reality? The reality is that I am just better than you.

Both Miz and MVP turn around to look at Swagger who looks upset that they haven’t any paid attention to him. Miz says that he better start the talk show off with a few questions and he will ask Swagger the first question.

 

The Miz
So Swagger what makes you think that you should be number one contender?

 

Swagger takes him time to think about it. He then goes on to explain that he for a long time the United States has not had an All American champion for a long time and enough is enough and it is time for America to have a champion they can be proud of. MVP says Swagger has a point and he is the one that can make America proud. All three come head to head with Miz in the middle holding his title in the air. Swagger throws a punch at Miz who is knocked down, MVP strikes Swagger and knocks him down. Miz kicks MVP in the gut and gives MVP a DDT. Swagger grabs the ankle of Miz and locks in a Patriot Lock and Miz starts to taps.

 

Jerry 'The King' Lawler:
The Patriot Lock is so brutal.

Micheal Cole:
The submission hold is so.....oh look out.

 

MVP gets up and hits a Drive by Kick to Swagger. MVP lifts the US Title over his head as the segment of the first Miz TV ends.

Sheamus and Barrett celebrate in the ring together.

Will I have a problem? Me and Hunter have never been more untied. Tonight our goal is for a member of DX to win tonight’s Main Event and then at Survivor-Series leave with the WWE Championship.

 

Michaels slaps the shoulder of Mathews then winking at the camera before we cut to the ring.

Melina and Fox have a quick match, early on Fox gets an advantage by applying pressure to Melina’s legs. Fox misses a kick to Melina’s leg as Melina jumps over Fox’s leg and hits a clothesline to take advantage. She hits an Extreme Makeover (Spinning Facebuster) and pins Fox for the win.

Winner: Melina

 

She grabs her title and her leg and hobble to the corner.

Cody Rhodes vs Mark Henry

Henry the same as Khali kicks the match off by dominating Rhodes early on. Henry gives Rhodes a huge power slam to draw the breath from Rhodes. Rhodes catches Henry later on with a dropkick to take him down then he goes to the top rope and jumps of to hit a cross body but Henry catches him! Henry lays Rhodes out with the Worlds Strongest Slam. Henry pins Rhodes for the win.

Winner: Mark Henry

Post match Dibiase leaves commentary to join Rhodes and Henry in the ring and hits Henry from behind him. With Henry down Dibiase starts to stomp on him leaving him in pain. Dibiase asks Rhodes if he is going to join him. Rhodes looks around at the crowd with them chanting NO. Rhodes decides to join Dibiase in the attack.

Mathews is joined by Kofi Kingston, Mathews straight away asks Kofi of his chances at winning the Fatal Fourway in the main event. Kofi replies that he probably has the least amount of chance in this match considering he is the only one that hasn’t won the WWE Championship.

But Josh that’s what makes me the underdog in the match tonight, and tonight for once the underdog is winning.

Winner becomes Number One Contender for the WWE Championship:

Kofi Kingston vs Randy Orton vs Triple H vs Shawn Michaels

The main event starts with Triple H, Shawn and Kingston going straight after Orton. The commentators note that the reason for Rhodes and Dibiases disappearance is because McMahon banned all managers from ringside. Orton doesn’t battle out of the three way attack and is able to slither out of the ring. With Orton out the three remanding men go at it with Triple H hitting Shawn with a Spinebuster and Kofi hitting the Boom-Drop on Shawn. Triple H and Kofi stare of and the two battle out. Triple H hits the running knee but is dragged out of the ring by Orton who throws him against the barrier. Orton hops onto the ring but is dropkicked of by Kingston. The match continues for the next ten mintues with all four men getting in equal offence untit Kington taunts Orton before running the ropes but meeting a Sweet Chin Music from Shawn. Shawn pins Kofi for the win.

 

Shawn lifts Kofi up and shakes his hands. Triple H enters the ring and hugs Shawn. D-X hold Kofi’s hand in the air. Orton is seen outside of the ring swearing under his breath. Triple H and Kofi leave the ring as Cenas music hits and the Cenation pops loudly. Shawn gets ready and gets in a battle stance but Cena never comes. The crowd begin to boo and Shawn looks confused to why Cena hasn’t come out. The camera could make out a sentence from Shawn as the show draws to a close.

 

Shawn Michaels:
Did he seriously no show?

 

Notes: Great Main Event, as-well as planting the seeds here tonight for something special.

The show opens with Christian, Evan Bourne and Shelton Benjamin are in the ring to open ECW. Christian explains to the WWE Universe that he has added Goldust and Tommy Dreamer to his team. He explains that there is one slot missing and he wants Benjamin to join him. Benjamin says that he has no problem joining Christian but if he is to join then Christian must accept his clause. Christian offers his hand and says he will put his title on the line if Benjamin joins him. Benjamin shakes his hands and the two have a deal. The two teams are set for Survivor-Series.

Alberto Del Rio vs Tyler Reks

Alberto Del Rio kicks the match of by striking the arm of Reks. Reks tries to shake Del Rio of by hitting a shoulder block to Del Rio. The commentators note what an upset it would be for Reks to defeat Del Rio here tonight. Reks proves to the fans that he has some fire in him when he tackles Del Rio down then gives Del Rio a suplex then he heads to the top rope. Reks gets ready to fly on the top rope but Del Rio runs and gives Reks a kick to the head sending Reks crashing to the mat. With Reks to the grounds Del Rio grabs the arm of Reks and puts on the Cross-Arm Breaker. Reks has no choice to tap.

Winner: Alberto Del Rio

Alberto after the match picks Reks up and locks on the Cross-Arm Breaker again and Reks begins to tap again. The referee yells at Del Rio to let go of the hold so his arm doesn’t rip from the socket. Del Rio refuses to let go and the cries of pain from Reks get louder until.

The Hurricane runs down to the ring and Del Rio sees him and let’s go of the hold and escapes the ring. Both men stare off as the referee calls for medical attention.

Ruthless Roundtable (Ezekiel Jackson and Vladimir Kozlov) vs Goldust and Yoshi Tatsu

Ezekiel and Tatsu start the match of with Ezekiel throwing Tatsu into the corner. Ezekiel stomp Tatsu’s waist. Tatsu falls to the ground but Ezekiel lifts him back up and keeps stomping until the referee gets in between him. Saxton notes that Ezekiel and Vladimir are fired up after losing last week. Ezekiel pushes the referee out of the way and drags Tatsu to his corner and he tags Vladimir in. Ezekiel and Vladimir lift Tatsu up and gives him a double suplex. The two continue to double team Tatsu until Tatsu is able to give Ezekiel an enziguri and runs a tags Goldust in. Goldust runs in and meets a clothesline from Ezekiel. Ezekiel pins Goldust for the win.

Winner: Ruthless Roundtable (Ezekiel Jackson and Vladimir Kozlov)

We cut backstage where Mr. McMahon is standing with a title underneath a black sheet. McMahon goes on to explain that recently the amount of talent in the WWE has increased dramatically in the recent months and the divisions on all brands have become filled so to compensate a title is coming out of retirement. He lifts the sheet to reveal the European Championship. He explains that next week on RAW the first Champion will be crowned. He then thanks the fans for watching ECW and will make another announcement regarding ECW in the coming weeks.

Shelton Benjamin vs Zack Ryder

The crowd over the past weeks have been vocal in regard to ECW no longer being ‘Extreme’ so tonight a tables match between two members of both Survivor-Series teams. Ryder and Benjamin start the match of very equally as they both show their athleticism. Ryder is able to get Benjamin of his feet and game when he hits a Zack-Attack. Ryder gets out of the ring and lifts a table and places it in the ring, Ryder gets on the apron before Benjamin jumps out of no-where and clotheslining Ryder and himself out of the ring. Benjamin gets back in the ring and grabs the table and leans the table against a corner. Ryder sneaks behind Benjamin and pushes Benjamin almost through the table but Benjamin pushes away from the table before turning around and giving Ryder a Snap-DDT. Benjamin gets his back to the table and lifts up Ryder before suplexing him straight through the table giving him the win.

Post-Match Shelton celebrates but is interrupted by the rest of Team Regal but they are followed by Team Christian. Both teams begin to brawl through-out the ring. One by one they eliminate each-other from the ring to near the announce table. Bourne and Regal face of in the ring with Bourne hitting a hurracarrana to Regal sending him out of the ring to join the large mass of WWE Superstars. Bourne heads to the top rope and leaps off hitting a Shooting Star Press on both teams ending ECW for one week. The show ends with everyone down and out.
