MFC Extreme Measures 2009

Dark Match: Burnout defeated Evo in 5:44 by pinfall with a Burnout Buster. (F+)

Dark Match: Caitlin Fairchild defeated Bolton in 6:18 by submission with a Burning Block. (E-)

Notch and Announcer Melissa open the show.

Notch: “So, Melissa, what do you think about the burn…”

Announcer Melissa: “ING POWER DUO IS AN AMAZING TAG TEAM. THEY CERTAINLY ARE THE CHAMPS. WITH BELTS. AND POWER…..”

On and on the rant goes.

Angle: Announcer Melissa and Notch talk about the Burning Power Duo, being the tag champs. (E-)

Tara Shooter comes out to face the big Slash who is absolutely boo-ed out of the building by the crowd. Shooter has been on a losing streak but gets back to the winning ways, after avoiding a splash and hitting the Six Pack Shot on the bigger … man or turtle.

Tara Shooter defeated Slash in 6:40 by pinfall with a Six Pack Shot. (F)

Biff Tannen and Tursas square off again and both are absolutely getting bad heat from the crowd. Tannen overcomes his nemesis in the cage as Tursas was tiring and got hit with the Biff To The Face.

Cage Match: Biff Tannen defeated Tursas in a 1 vs 1 Cage Classic match in 7:34 by pinfall with a Biff to the Face. (F)

Blind Rage and Explodercide have a rematch for last week and this match continues where last one stopped. Little in ring action, chairs, tables and a brawl to the back. Another double countout in a match which was a bit overbooked.

Blind Rage drew with Explodercide in 8:24 following a double count out. (F+)

Thor Girl faces the locustlike G’Xunak in singles competition and in an even match, a new face walks out of the back to watch the match at ringside. The newcomer is identified as Bolton, and only seems interested in Thor Girl who becomes uneasy. Thor Girl picks up the win with her finisher to the delight of Bolton!

Thor Girl defeated G'xunak in 7:52 by pinfall with a Big Hammer. During the match we also had Bolton distract Thor Girl. (E)

Thor Girl: “Who are you? What are you doing? And stop looking at me like that!”

Bolton: “Relax, baby. You’re as fresh as the summer’s breeze going through my hair on a ….”

Thor Girl: “Shut up, or I’ll make you eat your tongue!”

Angle: Thor Girl asks Bolton what the hell he’s doing. Bolton says he’s mesmiriszed by her. (D-)

In an even top contender match, Cheech pulled off a surprise win against the more experienced Piledriver. At the end of the match, Daybreaker ran in to distract Wood Man, mumbling something about trouble coming their way. Piledriver was left without a partner as Cheech made a quick (and cheating) roll-up to get the surprise 3 count.

Top Contender Match: Cheech & Cloudy defeated TWC: Kill Team in 8:16 when Cheech Hernandez defeated Piledriver by pinfall by using underhanded tactics. During the match we also had Daybreaker run in and Wood Man. (E-)

Frostbite finally faces Albert Wesker in singles competition and makes the most of it, hitting him with powerful blows early on. Wesker regains control but misses an elbowdrop. As Frostbite looks to be setting up Wesker for a powerbomb, the ref takes a bump. Wesker grabs brass knuckles out of his pocket, hits Frostbite with them … and then puts them on Frostbite and pretends he got hit. As ref Heather Halo regains consciousness, she sees a dumbfounded Frostbite with the knucks and calls for the bell as Wesker miraculously pops up.

MFC Heavyweight Title Match : Albert Wesker © defeated Frostbite in 7:47 by disqualification. Albert Wesker makes defence number 3 of his MFC Heavyweight title. (E+)

Frostbite shakes his head and points to Wesker, who calmly grabs his belt and goes to the back. He shouts “This is not over!” as the show closes.

Angle: Frostbite confronts Wesker about his “win”. Wesker says he’ll go another round. (D-)

General Show: E+

* Kid Apollo, yet to make his debut but under a 3 year contract, countersigned by owner Albert Wesker, is supposed to return to fitness this month. The jury is still out in what shape he'll be. Temporary Death may do strange things to someone.

* That being said, temporary death didn't stop Kid Apollo from getting into an argument with Cloudy Day. Although there were no witnesses, apparantly Cloudy Day said something like "he's not dead, he's just sleeping. Or high on something." and Kid Apollo took offence.

* Backstage gossip in MFC is calling dibs on the feud between Biff Tannen and Tursas coming to an end. A bit of a dud end. Or a dead end. In the end, Biff Tannen got more wins against the big Tursas but this really didn't lead to a gain of popularity as both wrestlers are being heckled by the crowd.

MFC A Nightmare To Dismember 2009

Dark Match: Kid Apollo defeated Tursas in 8:14 by submission. (F)

Dark Match: Tara Shooter defeated Evo in 7:33 by submission with a Cattle Clutch. (F)

Blind Rage and Explodercide are brawling backstage. As things go everywhere, in the end, Blind Rage manages to throw Explodercide head first into a locker and then puts him in and locks the locker! (E-)

Daybreaker comes out first to face the tough Wood Man. Daybreaker looked sloppy during the match, perhaps anticipating how this one was going to end. As Wood Man takes control and looks to set up his finisher, Kid Apollo comes out and trips up Wood Man. Daybreaker locks in a submission and Wood Man has nowhere to go as Team Dawn Vengeance end up celebrating the win.

Daybreaker defeated Wood Man in 7:39 by submission after interference from Kid Apollo. (F+)

Biff Tannen, ending his feud with Tursas, faces Blind Rage. Albert Wesker makes a surprise ringside appearance but doesn’t do anything. Blind Rage takes control soon enough and, without having to worry about Explodercide, dominates the match and pins Biff with a Reverse Suplex.

Blind Rage defeated Biff Tannen in 8:03 by pinfall with a Reverse Suplex. During the match we also had Albert Wesker distract Biff. (F)

Angle: Wesker approaches Biff Tannen and says he needs a good bodyguard and Biff might fit the bill. Biff Tannen is all to pleased and accepts. (D-)

Bolton and Thor Girl face off but Bolton makes it obvious that he doesn’t want to harm Thor Girl. Thor Girl motions for him to fight but Bolton just lies down and wants Thor Girl to pin him. Well, that didn’t really work as Bolton got picked up and was laid out with a Big Hammer.

Thor Girl defeated Bolton in 6:06 by pinfall with a Big Hammer. (E)

Frostbite looks intense, after losing in a dubious way against Wesker last week. He doesn’t waist any time and goes after G’Xynak, who is always ready to put on a good fight. Wesker made his way towards ringside but before something happened, Slash went out as well, asking Wesker if he still needed his services. Wesker shrugged it off – Frostbite in the meanwhile got the better of the locust –after a non too fluent match- and hit the finisher.

Frostbite defeated G'xunak in 7:38 by pinfall with a Cool Down. During the match we also saw Albert Wesker distract Frostbite, and Slash also distract G'xunak. (E-)

Cheech and Cloudy sensed their opportunity and tried to hit hard early on. Burnout had that covered. So they reverted to cheating which seemed to go pretty well. Cheech had a couple of near falls but the Burning Power Duo seem to have things going their way, reversing an Irish whip, bumping C&C against eachother and then hitting the finisher.

MFC Tag Title Match: The Burning Power Duo defeated Cheech & Cloudy in 7:32 when Caitlin Fairchild defeated Cheech Hernandez by submission with a Burning Block. The Burning Power Duo make defence number 2 of their MFC Tag Team Titles titles. (E-)

Explodercide was livid (and off his game), after being locked in a locker for about an hour. He went after Wesker straight away who tried to calm him down. Wesker took his time, and by that time Biff Tannen arrived to distract Explodercide. Wesker took over, knocking the rookie down. Frostbite came to ringside, arguing with the ref about Tannen being there but to no avail. Wesker took his finisher, his title with all the help he could get!

MFC Heavyweight Title Match: Albert Wesker defeated Explodercide in 8:29 by pinfall with a Prototype Plunge. During the match we also saw Biff Tannen distract Explodercide, and Frostbite also attack Wesker. Albert Wesker makes defence number 4 of his MFC Heavyweight title. (E)

Angle: Wesker celebrates his title win! (E+)

Nice to have you back, buddy. Just wanted to say LOL at Biff being an idiot... Wesker cost you the match, and you decide to team up with him?! WHAT!

Well, in the quest of trying to get Biff Tannen on the good side of the crowd, I'm hoping my own personal McMahon called Albert Wesker will help.

Oh dear Bolton, that's not the kind of hammering you were hoping for

:D

EpicCorey: 5/6

Kanegan: 6/6

Michgcs: 4/6

Congrats to Kanegan, he gets to pick 2 wrestlers to get a top-contender shot in the next 4 shows.

Also a bit of an apology to fellow 9000-verse EpicCorey for lack of predictions, work, my health and just stuff in general gets into the way sometimes.
