I like to try and create characters from the Cornellverse. Just wondering if anyone else tries to do this, I would be interested to see what you come up with. Bigpapa42 Posted January 29, 2016 Share Posted January 29, 2016 Those are pretty cool. I've done it before on an older WWE game, but with Tommy Cornell and Wolf Hawkins. Didn't manage to get them to look much at all like their TEW renders. Dig both of these. Especially Vengeance / DeBones. Its hard to get an idea of Faith's size, but he looks small for a heavyweight. Personally, I usually envision him as a slightly stocky, barrel-chested type - a bit like Cena without the same level of physical definition. Could also be a softer, Dusty Rhodes build but the fairly high Star Quality always led me toward a bit more solid. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

K-Nection Posted January 29, 2016 Share Posted January 29, 2016 I once considered a project featuring CV97. I went as far as finishing SWF and DAVE and started on HGC. It was going to be a watcher game but the AI didn't play SWF out realistically setting up SWF to fail after 6 months of gameplay (They didn't renew their US TV contract but kept their British one. With no fault of their own their was an importance drop in the North West that slipped them into Cult and the importance has not raised after 2 years. They are subtly fading in pop in the US but refuse to let the British contract go so they can hold onto the US) I'll put up SWF and DAVE for CV 97 and tell me what you guys think. I'll start with the ones that took me the longest and then slide over to more popular ones. I recreated titles and arenas as well. The titles I had to take a lot of liberties because they were hard to recreate so I settled on my own vision. (photo bucket is down for maintenance or I would have already put them up.....) I've added so many alts so I'm not sure what the originals were, but he does have a lot few that are striped. One I think he looked like a zebra. One I think he looked like a zebra. His original was pink. Pink shirt and headband. But that's just a shirt. You can use your imagination for his attire. But he is a flashy, charismatic wrestler, so black generic pants is pretty bland. I tend to think like, early Shawn Michaels. He has a rock star gimmick, his whole character is taken from music. Tried to give him as little flash as possible, more like a fighter than anything else. I was kind of keeping Kurt Angle's last WWE run in mind.
