2012 is over. 2013 has blossomed upon us. The sky is the limit for United States Pro Wrestling. Pretty much anything is possible. However without much future to start, and many veterans slowly in decline, the talent portion of the company isn't looking at it's finest. With the power changing into new hands, can the daughter continue the legacy of what the father has built? Or is the father making a mistake and running the huge risk factor? Whether we rise or we fall, if we bloom or if we perish, if we succeed or we fail, we all stand united under one woman. Not just any woman, The Woman.

"I thought Dad was joking when he told me this. He kept talking about his New Year's Resolution wouldn't be a resolution, more of a revolution. I didn't think anything of it at the time, but when he called and told me, 'Alicia, it's time.' I was absolutely taken a back by the entire situation. I'm a wrestler not a business woman. I throw fists, I don't book people to throw them for me. After many hours of talking to him about it, I eventually agreed on a few terms but now is not the time to get into them. After the company announcing I was taking over, I was bombarded on social media with a plethora of questions. The most asked one was if this stops me from competing in the USPW Women's Division? The answer is no. Dad isn't leaving for good, he's just giving most of his power to me. 2013 is a new year, a new dawn. 2013 will be the year of women in professional wrestling. 2013 will be the year of Alicia Strong."

-The challengers isolated Rayne for quite some time.

-Howard got the hot tag and sprang into action.

-After a back and forth sequence, Howard scored the win on Karloff.

-Women's Champion Melody was on commentary for the match.

-Belle and Gorgon formed an alliance to take out the beloved Raven.

-Belle sat back at one point and watched Gorgon destroy Raven.

-Raven mounted a comeback and took out both women.

-Raven hit her finisher on Gorgon but Bryden sneaked in and threw Raven out of the ring and pinned Gorgon for the win.

Result: Belle Bryden

Singles Match

Jumbo Jackson vs James Justice

-A very physical match with both men hitting hard and hitting fast.

-Jackson grounded Justice and taunted the crowd who in returned chanted for James.

-Justice got flurries of offense but everything he did, Jackson seemed to have a counter for.

-The fans willed James Justice on and he managed to score the win against the big brute.

Result: James Justice

We see Tyson Baine sitting against the wall of a dark room, looking down at the floor.

"Last month, Tyson Baine made a statement. Everyone has their heroes. Everyone has that one person they love. But love comes with sadness when something happens to that person. Nicky Champion is a hero to all, and an enemy to none. Mentored by the legend Sam Strong himself. But in the blink of an eye, everything can change. I hold the power. Nicky Champion's music hits as the crowd goes wild for their beloved World Champion.

"It's a new year, it's a new era for USPW! A new year, a new owner, but still the same Nicky Champion! Now I haven't forgotten what Tyson Baine did to me, but Baine will just have to wait, right now, I fight for the people! Ladies and gentlemen, I am your USPW World Heavyweight Champion, and I couldn't think of a better way to start off the year than with a World Championship Title match!! So a challenge has officially been issued, so anyone in the back that's looking for a fight, I'm right here!

The menacing music of T-Rex hits as the mountain of a man makes his way down to the ring to boos as Nicky Champion takes off his entrance attire and prepare to defend his championship!

Match #4

USPW World Heavyweight Championship Title Match

-The first 5 minutes of the match were a stalemate as the combatants felt each other out.

-Rex hit a few cheap shots and took control of Nicky for some time.

-A very back and forth paced match as the crowd was solidly behind Nicky.

-Champion hit 2 Hawkeye Hammer's on T-Rex to retain his title.

Result: Nicky Champion

As Champion's music plays and he goes to celebrate, the lights go out as Jillefski & McQueen freak out. 5 seconds later, they come back on, with Tyson Baine in the ring standing behind Champion. He brutally attacks the World Champion and stops at nothing to make sure he is injured by the time of the PPV. Baine hits not 1, not 2, but 3 Hades Bombs on Nicky and leaves him absolutely lying. Tyson raises his arm in the air which causes a plethora of flames to shoot out from the ring posts and stage as the screen fades to black.

I don't know USPW well enough to make any predictions, but your write-up of the first show makes me want to get to know them better! Also, anyone saying "You can trust me" on a pro wrestling show - really, in any work of fiction - definitely means either "I'm going to betray you so hard" or "I have no idea what I'm doing but I'm going to pretend like I do even as everything burns down to the ground around me". Either way, I can't wait to see how it goes down!
