A pic won't be able to load off your Desktop. You need to upload it somewhere first. Imgur (?) or something like that will let it work. I use Photobucket.

Also posted in 'What's Going On'. My first ever 21CW show. It'll take some time to adjust to the idea that B's/80's and above are now what you need to acheive regularly with 21CW to maintain the status quo.
