Chemistry is determined at the start of a game (or when a worker is created) by comparing destiny values. This value is generated based on a worker's stats and the comparisons between them for chemistry aren't based on anything to do with style, body type, weight class, actual skills or anything. What you're seeing is a confirmation bias, where you would think that those factors would be an influence (they might be in real life) but have zero link in TEW. Given that all of the stats you listed can change, if you were right chemistry would change... which it can't. Also, as a general observation... people on here seem to talk about chemistry as if chemical reactions change just because they happen a lot. They don't... if you put specific chemicals (workers) into a specific environment (opponents, tag, manager/client) you will get the same chemical reaction (chemistry) every time. When people talk about chemistry getting better over time here they are actually talking about experience gains (tag), talent gains (tag/singles) and overness gains that are equivalent of using more of the same basic chemicals to get a larger reaction. It's the SAME reaction, just there is more of it due to there being more of the original chemicals. So yeah... there's that. And I have no idea if that semi-rant/vaguely science analogy will help people understand what TEW chemistry is better or not. But hopefully it will. Mojo Rawley hasn't been with me in nearly 3 years after he got released for drugs and he's currently one half of the Evolve Tag Team Champions alongside Jessie Godderz. Also I started just teaming him with faces but recently I've had to move onto heels because I went through nearly all of the faces on Raw. I can't prove it helps, but try pairing him exclusively with workers who wrestle the same style and/or are in the same weight class and/or have the same body type. All three if possible. He just got a spinal cord injury and since I usually want to find out more about the injuries that happen, I google them. Well turns out this particular injury causes paralysis from neck down. What I find incredible though is that he actually won the match where this injury took place. Mr. Anderson must have had a lot of work to do to make it believable.
