<p>I'm not enitrly sure what my WM VII Main event will be. I had long plans for Ted Dibiase going in as Champion to lose to Piper for Pipers first Heavyweight championship, realising his dream. </p><p> </p><p>

If that's the case Hogan is free for Mania and I figured if there is ever any reason for Hogan to hold the US title it would be to take it away from a filthy foreigner brother Jack. In which I could implement your, Yokozuna injured Hogan in a survivor series match, seeming as tho Yoko was on team Money inc to face Team Hogan/Superfaces anyway. That would tie in nicely. Hogan swears revenge on Yoko and vows to take th e title, not just for the Hulkster but for America !!</p><p> </p><p>

Savage would then face Bret at Mania</p><p> </p><p>

Taker would face Andre to retire him. </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Other idea was Hogan v Flair © with Flair going in as champion. </p><p> </p><p>

Bret v Savage for IC strap</p><p> </p><p>

Taker v Ted Dibiase in a casket match</p><p> </p><p>

Slaughter vs DDP</p><p> </p><p>

Piper vs Savage</p>

<p>So in my USPW game I'm using an awesome render of Casey Valentine depicted as a gambler, full with dice on hand and everything. It helps me get away from having another generic cocky young worker gimmick (already have Shaffer and Joss for that) but I'm having trouble on how to book a character like that. Any suggestions?</p><p> </p><p>

If it helps, I'm planning on him taking the fall to Enygma in a tag match this week, drop the Television title to him next week, and hopefully start a nice feud to elevate Valentine and the TV title.</p>

<p>So, there's a couple ways you can go with a gambler character:</p><p>

1) The traditional rout: Have him just be a regular wrestler that throws in gambling metaphors and terminology into his promos.</p><p>

2)Make It Interesting: You can have him ask his opponents to put some kind of a wager on each of his matches. Could be straight cash, could be goods and services, a date with his opponent's valet, whatever.</p><p>

3) The House Always Wins: He has a valued personal possession, could be lucky dice, a fine cap, a fiddle made of gold, whatever, then he places this on the line in every match, then cheats 2 win and/or uses shady tactics to get his opponents disqualified/counted out. A good source of inspiration for these tactics would be Toru Yano vs Michael Elgin, and Minoru Suzuki from this year's G1 tournament.</p>

Whatever path you take, the natural conclusion here should be Valentine, at some point, unmasking Enygma in a lucha de apuestas match. If Enygma is willing to get unmasked, of course, but Valetine eventually unmasking him would really sell the gimmick.

How about a naturally lucky character who keeps getting undeserving wins? More by "dumb luck" than by cheating. For example, having an opponent kick out right after a three count, or having the ref take a bump and unable to make the count on him, or have him take advantage of interference.

Maybe he has a "four-leaf clover" or "bunny's foot" that figures prominently into this gimmick. Or possibly, some convoluted pre-match routine. Or, lucky jocks. Whatever the reason, it makes the fans hate him more.

Championship Wrestling From Hollywood gave champion "Pretty" Peter Avalon a similar gimmick. He wasn't a gambler, but luck was "always on his side" and he seemed to hold onto the title despite not really deserving it. Avalon played both a face and a heel with this gimmick -- he had about a two year reign, so he got to turn twice: from a heel to a face then back to a heel again.

Man, all this feedback is overwhelming. I love it. I don't know that I can get Enygma to drop his mask to him, but if his pop starts to skyrocket then maybe.

Popularity has very little to do with it. It depends heavily on Enygma's personality traits and on Company Size.

Unless he's planning to retire with it, you're likely going to be able to do it at some point. My experience is that Enygma is about 50/50 on willing to drop the mask, and some factors determined upon game start contribute to this -- mainly how "Legendary" his mask prestige is.

So.

Hell Cat is the star of my Thunderverse fed. I've spent two-and-a-half seasons building her up to defeat VIP and win my promotion's top title. But now, as the midseason finale draws near, she's out injured and won't be back until the season resumes in the spring. Argh.

The storyline with her is that she once was a cop whose family was killed by this criminal organization she was investigating. She donned the hood and traveled to this wrestling promotion affiliated with the organization and spent two seasons gradually bringing that syndicate down.

This season, she's been persuaded to stay on by promoter Casey Skym, but the now-imprisoned boss of that criminal organization called a hit on her: $1 million to anyone who rips off her mask, exposing her identity to the world.

She's spent the first half of season three fending off maskhunters. It was in a match with maskhunter Caleb Adonis that she was injured.

My question is, with Hell Cat out until the midseason premier in spring, how do I write her out on the show? I toyed with having a storyline where one of the maskhunters kidnaps her, but to what end? Or I could just announce she's injured and out of action, but that kind of kills the momentum of that storyline.

Suggestions?

<p>Is she unavailable for angles? If not, go with 'Sting in the rafters' - Helk Cat is seen, not heard, won't fight... But can't tear herself away. When she eventually comes back, the pop should be huge.</p><p> </p><p>

If she's fully off-screen, you may still be able to use her in video angles, in which case just keep her bubbling along with the occasional hype video, growing more and more frequent as she gets closer to her return.</p><p> </p><p>

If she's completely unavailable, you'll have to suck that part up. Perhaps introduce a suspiciously similar substitute - different name/mask but similar size, ethnicity, HC's move set; Then reveal they're separate individuals when Cat returns.</p><p> </p><p>

Or have a man come in and work the Hell Cat gimmick. Either have them as a tribute (as serious or comedic as you wish), or have the syndicate make them a parody act (could be a woman as well, perhaps even a non-parodic evil Hell Cat) to try and draw the real one 'out of hiding'.</p><p> </p><p>

Perhaps imply that He'll Cat had been captured by the syndicate and have them imply she's being held until... whatever. Have her captivity hanging over the lead face workers' heads for some reason.</p><p> </p><p>

Hope that helps!</p>

<p>How do you build up a masks prestige ? </p><p> </p><p>

I'm CZCW and for the first time I'm trying to build up the masked lucha guys, as it's big influence on CZCW. I have about 6 masked guys and I'm interested in doing a masked tournament.</p><p> </p><p>

Looking for a suitable name for the tournament but also a way to build up the mask prestige. Eventually have a handful of legendary masked workers built up in my company.</p><p> </p><p>

Was going to have a lucha themed title.. but with the entire company built around mostly lighter wrestlers it seems a bit redundant. </p><p> </p><p>

Unless I have a Mexican National championship or something</p>

Any suggestions for a 2010 TNA Game?

The TNA roster was so phenomenal in 2008 I would play that instead. As far as storylines I don't have any but I would focus on making the x division badass again and being the first company to push women like the men. They might of already been doing that at that time, not sure.

<p>It's May 2004 ECW, game started in 2001. The big storyline is about the villainous Dangerous Corporation stable (Paul Heyman, CM Punk, Colt Cabana, Jeff Jarrett and a mysterious masked man only known as The Dangerous Enforcer) going after the tandom of ECW World Heavyweight Champion Rob Van Dam and AJ Styles. Once Christopher Daniels comes back from his torn quad, he'll probably align with RVD and AJ, however, there's one midcarder I'd like to throw into the mix, too. </p><p> </p><p>

CW Anderson hasn't done much since a big storyline over two years ago but he's been putting on really good performances for his role. He's currently a face so I'll have him be with RVD and AJ but I don't know how to introduce him into the storyline. Anyone want to help?</p>

How about having Anderson do a Midnight Rider type scenario? He's facing one of the Dangerous Corp members who's of similar stature and the group in-story takes him out. But then Anderson takes up the role of a masked guardian angel rescuing guys from attacks. This continues until a big PPV where Heyman's men have RVD and Styles against the wall. The Guardian Angel comes to the rescue. The rescue attempt comes down to Angel and the guy he originally faced. Anderson finishers the original opponent and unmasks while standing over him. Throwing the mask at his face as an exclamation point. The segment ending with Anderson taking the mic and proclaiming that anyone messing with Van Dam or Styles messes with him too.</p>

During the match I’d have it end with a tainted finish and book Paul Heyman distract AJ while Jeff Jarrett attacks RVD. This causes RVD to lose by flash pinfall to CM Punk. After the match 3 on 2 beatdown (w/ Jarrett, Punk and Cabana attacking AJ & RVD).</p><p> -The following week I’d have a “random” match with CW Anderson vs Colt Cabana. I’d have CW Anderson win decisively while keeping Cabana Strong and protecting him, then I’d have AJ Styles come out and distract him and CW Anderson using flash roll up. Up to you, you could book Cabana tantrum after the match.</p><p> -The following week i’d have Cabana, JJ and the Masked enforcer beat down CW Anderson backstage for embarrassing Colt. Late on that night you have AJ w/ RVS as his manager vs Colt Cabana w/ hey man (pretend in your mind that Punk, JJ and the enforcer are also there). During match Cabana loses by rage DQ and you imagine all the other guys run in and start beating down RVD and AJ, only for CW Anderson to run out and make the Save, running everybody off. </p><p> -The next week you do an angle where he officially has their backs and boom he’s in, and CM Punk is owed a title shot for beating RVD in that tag match. You could also solidify that trio by having the three of them take on JJ, Cabana & Enforcer, beating them via CM Punks botched distraction (or clean)</p>

A little side feud has caught myinterest in my CZCW game.

I gave Bryan Holmes the gimmick of wanting to stamp out high flying, spotty wrestling from CZCW and bring in real wrestling. He is No Fly Bryan Holmes.

Due to Bryan being on tours in Japan I added Pavel Vanzycha as his protege , and to keep the gimmick going whilst Bryans on Tour. I have since added Flemmingway in his Zero Gimmick to be the wildcard in the group.

The stable are Called No Fly Zone. I have an interest in making that the main feud in the company once I get Zero into the Main event.

Anyone got any ideas of another member or two that are ground based that would fit into No Fly Zone?

I'm planning on going the expected route with them in the feud, however any different ideas anyone has would be welcome.

Expected route being having them lose to keep the Zone pure as the clean, fresh air?

Bradley Blaze, Cobra, Deuce Deadline and Seth Whitehead are all solid performers whose Aerial skills probably add up to about an F+ between them. If you wanted to go in the opposite direction, Kid Fantastic is an amazing flier with a noted history of injuring himself trying to impress the crowds, so you could use that as the basis for his non-Aerial campaign.

Expected rout being No fly Zone attacking the cruisers and spot monkeys untill they band together and take on No Fly Zone and shut them up.

My plan being that even in defeat they will still be around in some form.. they will kinda be like my Bullet club, and it'll give me a route to book some non standard CZCW high fliers in the company like the odd monster, Heavyweight, Technical based people.

That kid fantastic route may be a good idea, kinda like what Mick Foley did in ECW with his anti hardcore stuff.

With the idea that The No Fly Zone could be completely different in 5 years time, in terms of members I think a manager/ backer that is the constant person in the group ( If I can keep a hold of him/her) that connects all of the different incarnations together.
