The in-game descriptions of them lay out the advantages and disadvantages of each type if you look. And again, what you trying to do in a certain area has to be considered. Subscription might be great for you for the US because of your popularity there, but less effective elsewhere. Quite simply, how many fans are going to pay for a subscription for a company they aren't already a fan of? So a subscription based broadcaster isn't going to make you more popular in other regions as fast as other types.

As for your current PPV deals, those generally bring in a LOT of money so unless the broadcaster can replace that, I would hesitate to drop the existing deals.

And as far as I'm aware ,"accidental" stars isn't an actual intended feature of the game or intentional mechanism. I'm guessing someone was talking about a worker getting over when not actually being pushed with that as the intent.

Is there a way to book seven-man matches? Or are we stuck at six like in TEW2010?

Do you mean can you make someone loyal via game play? Yeah. It's remarkably difficult, but I've done it. I don't know HOW I've done it; she was a Young Lion, I was playing 5SSW, and between the work, being the fresh hire, and picking up a mentor, I guess that did it, though personality may have played a part as well.

You can also make someone loyal via the editor, but that's cheating. Though sometimes, cheating is good.

Is there something intrinsic to a worker's personality that determines what matches they have chemistry for?

For example, on the dirt sheet I often get the note "(+) So-and-so got a bonus for chemistry (motivation)". Meaning, I'm supposing, that they were personally invested in the match ...

What determines that factor?

Without the game in front of me, it's probably to do with the "Must Cover Home" section. That means that they have to cover the region in which your company is based (like Tri-State, USA for example) otherwise they won't negotiate with you. I'm not sure what you mean by Product Quality though... do you mean the rating your show has to get once you already have a deal with them? Or do you mean the Production Values required to get on a network? Either way, those should be fairly clear... just put on shows above the target given for the first one, and keep your production values at or above the level the broadcaster requires. :)

Those individual worker chemistry notes are the things you get those radio interview stories about. Things like a worker enjoying working against bigger opponents? That's what those notes are. Each worker only has one of those things apply, whether it be a bonus or a malus and it's randomly generated at the start of game every time. If you're lucky you can find a little guy who loves fighting people bigger than him... if you're unlucky you get a Giant who hates fighting anyone smaller than him. Finding out little bits of info like this can help you squeeze a couple of extra points from some workers so it's handy, but pretty minor.

Thanks!

Can I assume when a worker has the negative match-chemistry is it also relatively minor? (For some reason, one of my top workers hates almost every match I put him in, and I can't figure out why. It's like he hates his job. On the other hand, a female worker who is very conservative just loves to do eye-candy matches. Did NOT see that coming.)

This is a question about venues and simultaneous events/shows.

I got a monthly event coming up and it falls on the same day as my television B-show. In the past when this happened they shared the venue (it was a shock seeing five digit ticket sales to my B-show until I realised why everyone was really showing up.)

Do the inflated crowd numbers my B-show gets due to sharing a venue with a monthly event translate to increased ticket revenue? (i.e. am I selling 30 thousand tickets to two shows or just one?)

Is there any way to split the two shows up? I usually send my B-show overseas as my broadcaster covers Canada/home and U.K./abroad (Channel Six).

Some people get nervous at a high push; sounds like that may be his issue. But yeah, it’s a minor penalty.

Jaded sounds right about your main event guy... sounds like he can't handle the pressure of being one of your top guys, which can be an unfotunate roll to get. The female most likely has a size related one... if she's very small and likes to work against bigger workers then you'll see her get a bonus almost every time.

As for the match types, those are irrelevant to this chemistry. There aren't any special traits associated with that, they just work well with certain obvious stats like technical skills, sex appeal, brawling, etc...

I can't say I've checked the ticket sales thing recently, but it used to be that you'd just get the event attendance paid for with the B show basically being free for anyone who shows up.

And no... there is no way to split the shows up. Your roster can only be in one place at one time. This is for simplicity's sake, as while I'm sure players could logistically organise it to not have to worry about travel and stuff, this way you have access to anyone you want without any other issues.

Thanks, guys. That is unfortunate about my main event guy. He gets a 'A' on his ring performances, but I can't ever seem to get him to 'A*' level even though his co-worker gets one and that may be why.

That's a major bummer about my B-show getting stuck to my monthly event. I was hoping I could send them off like the second unit of a movie production crew. (I've got more than enough locker room leaders to trust a small troupe on their own for a week or so.)

So as a worker does angles with those who have higher x skills (x = microphone, acting, etc.) their own x skill goes up at a higher rate.

Does this include their managers? Like, if I pair a worker with minimal mic skills with a manager who has great mic skills will the first one's go up the more I use him or do I need to still add both the active wrestler and their manager to get that benefit?
