It's hard to talk about wrestling personalities nowadays, there's very few clique's and problem attitudes like there were in the mid 1990's.

Take somebody like Jinder Mahal, on the surface he looks like your average jobber, yet behind the scenes he's good friends with Jericho, Sheamus and The Club. He's always popping up in random people's Instagram accounts during the holidays or trips away.

For somebody that friendly, do we take him as the baseline of normal wrestler or do we say he's a great guy?

The industry has changed so much, the guy in charge of talent has first hand experience with the problem attitudes and it handling it really well. The whole company seems like a travelling family.

From watching Swerved you can tell The Miz and Dolph are great buddies and genuinely funny people, Renee gets on with almost everyone, The Ascension are really laid back, even Mark Henry and the Big Show seem cool.

The Up Up Down Down cast and regulars all seem really fun, Xavier and Sasha seem really close. Rusev is amazingly likable.

Bad behaviour like Sin Cara is just an anomaly at this point, most reports of backstage heat are often exaggerated due to lack of real problems. The WWE locker room is the healthiest it's ever been in terms of relationships. Sadly, for gameplay reasons we probably do need less positive influences.

In other news, 90% of the internet are reporting Kairi Hojo has signed a 3 year deal with WWE, starting in April at NXT. Stardom is really upset with her as she turned down WWE previously and promised to stay. Io Shirai is also now reconsidering WWE's offer. I personally can't wait, their matches together are pure gold.

Also does ROH need a quick looking at for their personalities? I have no knowledge what-so-ever how they're ran or what goes on, but these few people stuck out to me as odd

Delirious is set at "very negative influence", which is strange to me because he's the head booker. Kenny King is also very negative influence, and Taeler Hendrix is a negative influence.

Kenny King could single handedly resurrect WWE's Diva division as he is that big of one. Guys a complete arrogant dick - not just in character.

Delirious & Taeler though I'm unsure why I set them as negative. I'm sure I heard Taeler was really difficult to work with from a few people but I may have to look into those 2 again as I honestly cannot remember why. If I don't find why, I'll set them both to "normal".

Back in 2012, she had talked about being diagnosed with cancer, but clarified that it was a misdiagnosis. I think the problem came when people ran with the first part and overlooked the second part, assuming that she was lying about having cancer when that wasn't the case. And I haven't heard of any other incidents involving her, so you could probably reset her to balanced or somesuch.

On the topics of relationships might be a good idea to put some negativity in place between the Hardy's and Impact ownership as they are threatening a lawsuit if the Hardy's do not stop using the Broken gimmick outside of Impact. Reby Sky has naturally responded on twitter in her usual volatile fashion.

What you said is exactly true, they show up and do their job with little complaint, which to me is a 'Normal Wrestler' setting, neither negative nor 100% positive. Only people I listed as true negative influences were ADR and Sin Cara, who have been in numerous backstage fights in the recent months.

I was mainly speaking for in-game, as for my current TNA game where I hired him back, he is literally showing up drunk or hungover at 3 out of the 4 shows I run a month, lol. Doesn't feel that'd fit true to life these days. Recent interviews and an AMA, if we are going off interviews, he's cleaned up recently. Whether you believe it or not I guess is the thing. And I don't feel WWE would be taking him back if he was still truly messed up. Regardless, painkillers are the biggest thing that were destroying him, and in the data he had 0% in his painkiller slider.

As I said though, these are all just suggestions, just thought I'd chime in since I had no idea the last time the personalities were possibly touched.

It's not everywhere though - it's one particular company. The whole corporate nature of the WWE has positives and negatives - you lose a lot of creativity in that system but you dont get the negative backstage behaviour you get elsewhere. Compare say the Impact locker room and you see straight away hat it's factionalised - JJ comes back and lots of people are out and others are coming back in. Pre that you had Dixie alienating a lot of the long term workers (who dont have bad attitudes) and having her own favorites.

Smaller companies are willing to let more slide if the person is talented. The Young Bucks for instance are known to be difficult to deal with at times but they are superb talents. The Hardy's are brillant and have a long history of issues. Angle spent most of the last decade in a haze but TNA kept him near the top.

The smaller companies are full of people with drug issues, issues with the law etc etc. In the WWE there are veterans from the pre corporate/wellness era that have some historic issues but the new breed are more likely to read comic books or injure themselves playing a video game than get in drunken bar fights.

Like I said I understand your thought process but the truth is that many people in the WWE locker room are largely positive influences because that system breeds that sort of behaviour. At the same time I'd say it lowers the mic work potential of many of the people because they dont get used to the improv nature of traditional wrestling promos. There's plusses and minuses with that controlled corporate environment.

So here is the story so far with RWC's future April update.

Aroluxe don't seem to have as much power in Impact so Jason Brown has been replaced (again) with Ed Nordholm as Impact's CEO. I've removed the Anthem ownership in order for Impact to be able to negotiate other TV deals as well. The titles have now all got "Impact" instead of "TNA" in their names. I seem to have spent most of my time updating them this month so I'm hoping they don't end up going out of business within a few months!

Roster changes done so far...

Alberto El Patron added

Magnus added

Chris Masters (as Chris Adonis) added

Reno Scum added

Matt Morgan added (*Semi-Active)

Latin American Exchange added with the tag team being Ortiz & Draztik (LAX as a stable too with Homicide, Konnan as manager and Angel Rose)

Rachael Ellering added

Cody turned heel

Josh Matthews turned heel

Jeremy Borash added to commentary team

Brandi Rhodes managing Moose

Think I listed them all as I can't remember which I'd already done previously for March!

AWW are in (rough W.I.P.) but I've no idea where to find info on their announcers so they start without them at the moment unless any one can assist me with those (hint, hint <img alt=";)" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/wink.png.686f06e511ee1fbf6bdc7d82f6831e53.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />).

I am about to add another European promotion to the game. I've been helped by MarslArts with getting the info I need in order to get the company in. They will be the last addition for a while as the next few updates are going to concentrate on actual updates and not additions to the mod (unless a major new worker comes into focus that isn't in the data).

There has been some minor stat tweaking but to be honest, the stats will be looked at (hopefully) in depth after April's release.

I'm probably not going to do too much more this week on it as I have a lot of other things to do with my week off of work.

Few notes:

-Matt Basso has a selling of 0.

-Momo Watanabe has 0 psych.

-Kyoko Kimura retired.

-Kagetsu and Hana Kimura are part of Oedo Tai.

-The Candy Crush stable in Stardom should be inactive and add Queen's Quest instead: Io Shirai, HZK, Momo Watanabe and Azumi, now named AZM.

-Syuri should have MMA as an Other Genre.

Are they bringing in new cheap talent or higher profile names? Is the parent company shifting money to give them more finance or has it over committed somewhat and needs to streamline? It's really hard to be sure right now.

Couple of things:

Cody Rhodes should be able to work in Britain as he's worked for a fair few promotions over here in the past year.

Ricochet has 8 pop in Britain but seeing as he works over there a fair bit, I'd boost that popularity up to 20/25 across the UK, and I'd do the same over in Canada for him too.

Due to his work in Britain in the past year, I'd make Shane Strickland available to work in Britain too, and I'd give him a popularity overhaul. He only has 7 pop across most of USA (11 in some areas) so I'd push that to 20 and would give him 10 across Canada and the UK with 15 in Southern England due to his work in PROGRESS.

Finally, I'd also make Tessa Blanchard available to work in the UK as she has done a couple of times with Ricochet.

UPDATE ON THE FUTURE OF RWC

After April, big monthly updates will be stopping. So many reasons for this, but the main reasons being a lot of promotions are becoming increasingly more difficult to keep up to date and as such I need more time to work on them as I don't have as many spare hours - seriously, up until I done my own monthly releases, I didn't realise how much time and hard work you have to spend keeping it going - it's like a second (unpaid) job! Although if I had to choose which one I spend 40 hours a week on, I'd rather it was RWC - but it doesn't pay the bills. <img alt=":p" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/tongue.png.ceb643b2956793497cef30b0e944be28.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

It doesn't mean I'm stopping completely, I've done too much to just chuck it in the bin, but it does mean the releases won't be as frequent as they are currently (might be bi-monthly, might be quarterly). There will ALWAYS be a January release (so you can book the Royal Rumble and road to Wrestlemania) and a Post Wrestlemania release. The other release dates will be when I feel I have something worth getting out.

I'll also periodically update the data if there are big mistakes noticed that spoil the game for the majority of players, but again it'll be on an "as and when" schedule.

After April there is 100% not going to be a May release. This is because Derek B has kindly offered to help out with some things he feels could be improved upon, so the month of April, I won't touch the data until he has finished what he needs to do with it and has improved the parts he feels need improving/tweaking. In May I will then hopefully do some of the other promotions stat updates, but my focus is on Mexico and Japan to start because they are huge wrestling areas.

And just in case any one is wondering, no there will be no additions at this point from a company perspective. The possible June/July release will be focussed on updating what is already in the data and attempting to make it the best possible version of itself.

Fleisch the last thing anyone wants is for you to be burnt out completely. Wrestling the last 12 months has been wild. People join promotions every week now. Perfectly understandable that your workload has increased. Also how WWE & TNA operate and contract talent push the limits of the game. Take your time dude.

German Wrestling Federation is coming along nicely. Sleep deprivation meant I had time in the strangest hours of the morning to get them started... and the roster is almost complete. I have the following to get added to the database; Cem Kaplan, Ali Aslan, Ivan Kiev, Dover, Jaxx, Slim Jim, Marcel Kerber, Moxie and Jamie Hayter. Their alignments and overness should be correct thanks to MarslArts, but everything else is (as always) a work in progress as I haven't really seen much from them in terms of events. Once the roster is complete I will get the titles and lineages done. I was going to remove FCF for them but just decided to add them as an additional company. I know it means I'm 2 over the 50 I said (3 if you include NXT but you can't play as them) but it's my mod and my rules to be broken <img alt=":p" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/tongue.png.ceb643b2956793497cef30b0e944be28.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />.

Pollyanna is on the roster as she currently holds the GSW Ladies Championship which is defended in GWF and GSW. I'm not going to put her on an exclusive ppa deal because the way the game mechanics work, if another company wants her they can sign her, no matter what she says "in real life" because that's just the way the game works. Giving her an exclusive PPA deal with GWF won't stop companies signing her because she will just leave GWF.
