<p><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">ANNOUNCEMENT</span></strong></p><p> </p><p>

Following my last release of RWC in August, I have a huge project that I will be starting in terms of my next mod. I know this is a bit of a Total Nonstop Action Impact of Global Force Wrestling thing to do, but I am not going to announce everything all at once (and to be honest I may be quiet for quite a while with updates on how it is going). </p><p> </p><p>

For now I can confirm that it takes place earlier in the "Owen Hart Flashpoint" universe (2002 as I want to customise WCW after Savage took over). It may not be as extensive in terms of starting promotions (future companies will open as the game progresses) but it is a data set that becomes more fleshed out the longer you play to give people an incentive to try a long term game with it. </p><p> </p><p>

This of course means every other mod I am currently working on is shelved again (sorry). However it also means once i get the last RWC release out at the end of this month I can focus all of my modding time on this rather than on 4 different projects and hopefully produce something people will enjoy playing. <img alt="" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/smile.png.142cfa0a1cd2925c0463c1d00f499df2.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p>

I felt that WCW was running a bit dated, so I made some new titles and show logos freshened it up a bit. If anyone wants to use them feel free. I did not make the logos. I just found them and thought they looked good.</p><p> </p><p>

I'm still looking for a base women's championship to work with.</p><p> </p><p>

Outdated Event Logos

 

I love the database. only thing that bothers me a small tiny bit, is the outdated event logos (for WWE, at least) not all, but the majority. Some do have the more modern logo as an alt., but... yea... IDK, not a big deal, 1 out of 10 on the scale of "That's a big friggin deal!" just a small cringe on my webMD diagnosed OCD.

I have planned some of the Flashpoint 2K2 mod out and it is probably going to be easier for me to start the data from scratch than editing RWC back 16 years. I will also more than likely have my own Generic worker picture pack out for this as I cannot be arsed cutting to a specific background due to the volume of new pictures I need to do.</p>

Juice Robinson via Pinfall to become the new IWGP US Championship from Jay White

 

Haku, Tanga Loa and Tama Tonga appear to have split from Bullet Club and have new Fire Squad t-shirts - Cody and Kenny may have reconciled after their match at the G1 - it was all a bit muddled with multiple turns on each other post the Cody & Kenny match and it's unclear if it's 2 0r 3 Bullet Club factiosn going forward.

<p>Hiromu Takahashi collapsed backstage after his title defence with Dragon Lee at the G1 and was rushed to hospital. No confirmation of the extent of the injury but there are fears he may have broken his neck. </p><p> </p><p>

Jim Ross may have injured his ribs when a spot went wrong and he was hit in the ribs during the Jay White/ Juice Robinson match. Josh Barnett was hot at Jay White after the spot went wrong and he and Ross got hit with a railing.</p>
