Working on a revamped version of my 1991 WWF Diary a while back, through August 1991:

WWF Championship- The Ultimate Warrior remained champion through the Royal Rumble, defeating Sgt. Slaughter by disqualification due to outside interference (Hogan pointed out the interference, thus setting up a Hogan/Slaughter feud at Mania). Warrior would go on to defend the title successfully at Wrestlemania VII against "Macho King" Randy Savage, before dropping the title in Germany at an event called International Incident to Jake "The Snake" Roberts. Roberts was a last second replacement for the Macho King, who was set to take on Warrior in a Steel Cage Match. As it turns out, it was Roberts himself who attacked Randy, getting himself into the match and turning heel by aligning with the Undertaker. Jake would hold the belt from April of 1991 through Summerslam, where he lost to the newly rechristened "Macho Man" Randy Savage.

WWF Champions: The Ultimate Warrior, Jake "The Snake" Roberts, "Macho Man" Randy Savage (2)

WWF Intercontinental Championship- Having Successfully won the title just before the diary started, Mr. Perfect retained the belt from a challenge from the Big Bossman at Saturday Night's Main Event in February, before dropping it to Bret "The Hitman" Hart at Wrestlemania VII. Bret and Perfect feuded for the belt for a while, but The Hitman managed to retain it all throughout the summer, and recently had a successful title defense against "The Model" Rick Martel at Summerslam.

WWF Intercontinental Champions: Mr. Perfect (2), Bret "The Hitman" Hart

WWF Tag Team Championships- The titles most in flux for the period of time, The Hart Foundation (Bret Hart & Jim Neidhart) dropped the titles at the Royal Rumble to The Rockers (Shawn Michaels & Marty Jannetty). The Rockers enjoyed a successful title reign through Wrestlemania, defending the belts against The Nasty Boys, Power & Glory, The Orient Express & Demolition, before dropping the belts at the Saturday Night's Main Event in May to The Beverly Brothers, who were led by their manager James E. Cornette. The Beverly's used underhanded tactics to keep the titles till Summerslam, dropping them to the Legion of Doom in MSG.

WWF Tag Team Champions: The Hart Foundation (2), The Rockers, The Beverly Brothers, The Legion of Doom

WWF Television Championship- The newest title to the WWF, The TV Title has been a model of consistency, as Razor Ramon successfully won it at Wrestlemania VII by defeating Tito Santana in a tournament final. Successful defenses against The British Bulldog, Koko B. Ware, Jim Duggan and a host of others has kept Razor at the top of the game, but he recently went to a time limit draw with Native American, Tatanka.

WWF Television Champions: Razor Ramon

WWF 1991 Royal Rumble Winner: "Macho King" Randy Savage

WWF 1991 King of the Ring Winner: Mr. Perfect
