RAW only has the Universal, U.S and Tag titles. Each title has its own purpose with the Universal being treated as a top title. </p><p> </p><p> On SD!, same goes the top title is the WHC. The only reason Summer Rae is the Women's champion is this exact storyline as she's my female member of Bullet Club as she's dating Finn Bálor in my game.
