Anyone else could have at any point in time. They could even take everything from the current Dropbox if they want and use that as a starting point. Knock yourself out. Also, I took some time (Since I needed to redo my lighting for Iray anyways) and redid the Starter Kit for Iray. The lighting (SettingsFinal) is a custom HDR image, just use dome rotation to rotate the lighting around.
