Speaking of renders, and like I just said I have gone back and got what I could find, but has anyone ever attempted Ieyoshi Shimakage? He's a future star in Japan, huge star quality and sex appeal, charismatic....yet his picture doesn't reflect that at all lol.

 

I think I asked before, but anyone done a Johnny Bloodstone? If not, I'm surprised, especially with his face painted alt. He's someone I could see King Bison having fun with lol. One of the last "big stars" I haven't seen an upgrade on. But maybe I missed it?

Hey, thanks for sharing, apologies I'm a bit slow on responding myself, swapped with work at the moment so weekends are family and sleep focused 🙂

 

All my renders either on tew blue or as png can be found on my Google drive, I also have them as gifs if people want those.

 

Agree with most of the recent discussions, good to see plenty of interest remains in alt renders and people doing different styles as if we all did exactly the same would feel a bit of a shame to lose the unique variety on offer. I still use some renders by others in my games for example.

 

One of the reasons I have focused on open/free worker renders more recently is it felt like some of the bigger companies have been well covered and I already did the smaller companies I often play and consider doing diaries on.

 

I'd say to anyone wanting to get into doing renders via daz too, it's a fun and rewarding hobby but a massive time sink and you may drip feed way more money than planned to keep adding to your available options. I specifically upgraded my gpu to nvidia just to use iray a few years back...

 

I'd say if your serious about it, it's worth becoming a pc member of daz for a year and picking up discounted or sale items only and resist paying full price, but even that adds up!

 

You also need a fairly reasonable pc and be aware longer renders will draw more power and can take a fair amount of time to render. Patience is a virtue and I'd agree with other sentiments that whilst feedback is always nice to receive the main drive is likely to be that you enjoy rendering for your own use.

 

Personally I've done some other small art scenes and kids cartoon type posters for my daughter to enjoy, considering making her a short story using the renders for example.

 

Definitely not a professional though, this is all hobby for me as gives me something very different to the day job.

I always thought about rendering solely to give back to this community, I mean unless I was awful at it. But I just am afraid for it to be too overwhelming. One day I'll try it, I guess. Anyways no need to apologize, I think everyone who posts here, whether they're "new" like Bison who improved substantially over the course of his renders or established guys like jtlant are exceptionally talented and a large part of why I've sunk so much time into the Cverse.

When sorting through renders I believe she was top of the women. Vendetta and giant brody two of the top guys, although I think king bison perfecting/evolving these two helped. Skull DeBones has a load of variants too

There was a render posted in here months (possibly years) ago for someone who was rendered to resemble something close to broken Matt Hardy but I cannot find the image or remember which C-Verse character it was made for.

 

Anybody any clues?

 

Also as another note of support, the rendering work in here is exceptional and has led to me playing far more C-Verse based games than real world games in this iteration of TEW so thank you all for the work you do.

I don't remember who it was made for originally, but I have it as Barney Mason (There are two different versions) on my 2018 mod.
