The Director of Operations tells the TV Representative that he has had enough and Bret Hart challenges Adam Sandler to a match at Crowning Glory X. The crowd get very excited, though that is dampened when he says it won’t be one on one and they won’t be in the ring. Bret says he can’t wrestle because the doctors tell him he can’t. He then says that Adam Sandler can’t wrestle because… he can’t. So Bret proposes that Sandler finds three guys, he’ll find three guys and they’ll have a six man tag. Sandler accepts with delight, telling Bret whoever he chooses will have their asses kicked. <strong>80</strong></p><p>

In a match that had some good action and average heat, T.J. Perkins defeated Colt Cabana in 11:39 by pinfall. <strong>63</strong></p><p>

The contract signing between Jimmy Yang and Chris Jericho for the Crowning Glory X main event goes by peacefully. Both men clearly hold respect for the other. Things get slightly heated towards the end when Jimmy Yang proclaims himself as “the champion of champions” and Jericho responds by proclaiming himself as “the greatest ever champion”.</p><p>

Then Adam Sandler came out. None of the three seemed happy to see Sandler get in the ring and Spike TV’s representative spoke briefly with a cryptic and ominous message to Bret Hart… “make sure the right man wins” before leaving again. <strong>76</strong></p><p>

The other two members of Triple X – Amazing Red and Roderick Strong rushed to the ring, but they were hotly pursued by AJ Styles and lagging a little behind Lance Storm. These four joined Daniels and Cena in the ring and had a wild six man brawl leaving referee Bruce Gray no option but to throw the match out.
