Awesome show, I wanted to pull for my girl Nikita in that one but had a feeling she would lose.

Also, I don't want much out of the prize. Just a popularity boost for Marty Scurll, if I could.

A profile for... Nikita :D

Thanks Kijar.

I'll write something in a near future show that boosts Marty Scurll.

And I'll do Nikita's profile soon too.

Apologies Nobby.

No problem.

Thanks to the other guys for being late to the party so I could get my picks in too

I prefer my daughter's third birthday party yesterday.

Thanks for waiting, buddy.

Could hardly post the show with so many regulars missing.

Only fitting as I delayed the big show. :) The not-so-grumpy old man loves us. :D

If you're referring to me... less of the not so. I'm a grumpy old bastard and you like me like that.

PSW SUPERSTARS OF WRESTLING

Monday, week 3, November 2010

Announcers: Potter & Dusty Rhodes

Hestand Stadium, Pine Bluff, Arkansas (7,000 capacity)

We start the show in the parking lot, where Bret Hart is directing cars to where they need to park. Adam Sandler drops by and berates Bret for doing a poor job, remarking that cars aren’t parked straight and have uneven gaps between them. Bret looks like he is about to punch Sandler in the mouth, but manages to refrain. 85

Bret Hart was very underwhelming.

Backstage and we see Kevin Steen without his New Wave tag team partner Austin Aries. Steen says he has had one shot at winning the big one, the Continental Championship, when he gave up the Youth Championship for it and came up short. He says he wants another shot, so he is entering Feast or Fired. 48

In a match that had some good action but not much in the way of heat, The Outlaws defeated Londrick in 8:47 when Amazing Red defeated Brian Kendrick by pinfall with an Infrared. 62

Backstage and we look John Cena alone and looking miserable in the locker room. He admits to making a very bad choice the night after Crowning Glory X and regrets it but the damage has been done. He says he is in a very dark place and can’t see the light at the end. 44

Matt Sydal is improving in technical skills.

In the office of the Director of Operations we see the Continental champion Jimmy Yang and Keiji Sakoda standing in front of Adam Sandler’s desk. The office is much changed from Bret’s time in office, as it is now adorned by Hollywood photos, including numerous ones of Adam Sandler at awards ceremonies and in hit movies instead of historical wrestling photos that used to adorn the walls.

Sandler tells Yang and Sakoda he has decided on the championship match at Feast or Fired and he wants to two of them to beat the hell out of one another to make good viewing. Yang and Sakoda look at each other and seem to show each other respect only for Sakoda to get a cheap shot punch in and the two are then kept apart by security who evidently were on standby behind camera. 76

Adam Sandler came across well.

Jimmy Yang is improving at acting.

Not only are they here to watch the latest PSW Superstars of Wrestling taping, but they are buying their ticket from the legendary Hitman. That is until Adam Sandler appears, berates Bret for not selling enough tickets and relieves him from his duty, replacing him with a spotty late teenager who takes his seat and the crowd’s mood changes instantly. This is the final straw for Bret, who punches Sandler in the face, dropping him like a stone. The small crowd in the area cheers loudly as Bret storms off. 82

Adam Sandler begins the show in the ring and looks angry. He demands that Bret Hart comes to the ring. Bret duly does so. Sandler is sporting a black eye from last week and shows this to Bret, asking him if he is happy he has done this not only to a Hollywood superstar but also his boss. Bret laughs and says he is, as the crowd cheer. Sandler then waves down local police and tell them to arrest Bret. Potter however screams from the announce table to stop this nonsense. Nobody is going to get arrested as he is the PSW Owner. Potter continues by saying that he is sick to the back teeth of Adam Sandler disrespecting the legend that is Bret Hart and it stops now. Potter says as Owner, Bret Hart

can join he and Dusty Rhodes at the announce desk and Adam Sandler will stop this bullying of Bret Hart now or he will no longer be working for PSW. Sandler looks fuming as the show goes to commercial. 70

Potter did not look good and has a dreadfully stale character.
