Lol I'm surprised that everyone doesn't do that already. Its painful to do much for modding without a couple copies open. Just be careful - if you have one copy already open on a given DB, starting to start a save on the same DB on another copy can cause a crash.

I've always done something similar when I mod since I like to be able to look at the game while I sim or I am going through workers as I edit... moreso with older version is was highly recommended that you don't do this as the shared files between games could potentially cause corruption, but I think the switch to an Access database has rendered that risk almost non existent. :) And as I'm sure everyone knows, you shouldn't have two copies of the same file or database open at the same time... that still can be very troublesome and Adam wouldn't be able to offer any technical support to anyone who does this, which is why I always have two different copies of the game in different folders to prevent overlap. :)

I've been talking to him off of FB about my latest binge of TEW Mythbusters. I think the biggest shock is my 100 years sim and the user character hasn't died yet. (120) Not to mention tweaking him to be over 1000 years old.</p>
