It's been 11 years here. At first I sometimes had years of inactivity playing TEW (or WMMA) but I still average 1 post a day. <img alt=":p" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/tongue.png.ceb643b2956793497cef30b0e944be28.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

Good 'ol Warlords have since then retired as a tag team.

Almost got 10 in here. I mainly pop in and see what the opinions on recent wwe shows are these days. I joined shortly after the 2008 TEW release, and mainly just lurk. <img alt=":o" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/redface.png.900245280682ef18c5d82399a93c5827.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

Edit: These forums have also been my longest active (even tho I don't post) forums that I have been a member of. For me, I think its due to the civilized conversions and genuinely nice people.

This has been the longest site I have been a member of as well. Well I have been a member of the OOTP site slightly longer but I have not posted anything there in like six years.

A lot of people who I used to talk to on a regular/semi-regular basis have seemingly stopped posting on here. In fact, the only poster I seem to talk to on here is michgcs and even then our conversations are few and far between. It kind of sucks how much activity has dropped on this site. The Dog Pound used to be a thriving section now there is very little activity in it.

Well, shit, I'll start then...

27. Husband. Father to my almost 2 year old son.

First properly got into wrestling back in about 99' when I caught snippets of Raw & Smackdown on Sky Sports.

First PPV I ever watched was Royal Rumble 00' when they showed it for free on Channel 4 over here in the UK. That Cactus Jack vs Triple H street fight is still one of my favourite matches of all-time.

Am also a very casual MMA fan with only really watching UFC on rare occassions. First purchase from GDS was TEW 10'... I bought it a month before TEW 13' came out and didn't realise the new game was on it's way.

What's your story?

I'm 'only' coming up on 8 years.

37 yr old from a small town in Kansas. Been a fan of wrestling since I was 5, during the original Hogan Era.

Ran and wrestled in my own indie for 3 years known as POBYW. Got hurt (pectoral muscle) during the first year, but toughed it out for 2 more. It's been 6 years since we closed shop but I still feel it in my pec when I lift anything.

Love when wrestling is treated like a sport, rather than 'entertainment' but still love the WWE and always will.

Favorite wrestler of all time is Disco Inferno. Marked out when he finally got a world title shot in 2004 in early TNA. Also up there for me is Christian, Raven, CM Punk, and Ultramantis Black.

42. Newly single, again.

Got into wrestling as a kid when my dad took me to a WWF house show at the Seattle Arena. The Bushwhackers were fighting the Fabulous Rougeau brothers. On their way to the ring, Bushwhacker Luke grabbed me, put me in a headlock and licked my head from front to back. Then he let me go, did their swinging arm walk to the ring and I became a fan for life.

Big MMA fan, myself. Used to fight as well. A record of 6-1 is decent, no pro fights though.

So we're introducing ourselves? I'm game.

29, Married (this past March), a dog, a cat, and a baby on the way (wife is due in July).

I don't remember how I got into wrestling, or exactly when. I know it was while Stone Cold was out after being "run over" because all my friends were talking about him and I was like, "Who?"

For a living I make sandwiches and/or set salad bar for a regional grocery chain here in Wisconsin and my wife teaches elementary ESL (English as a Second Language students).

My dream job would be doing play-by-play for a wrestling company, or writing about fantasy football. For the latter, this is my 21st year of playing.

37, about to turn 38 in February... Have the EXACT SAME BIRTHDAY (!!!!!!) as Shinsuke Nakamura... if he weren't already one of my two favorite current WWE wrestlers, this would put him over the top, (AJ Styles is the other - CM Punk and Daniel Bryan are not currently counted on this particular list, being inactive and all).

Sorry, slid off on a rant there. Chasing rabbits.

Been a fan of pro-wrestling since... forever, really. I was born into a family of wrestling fans, and I was lucky enough to grow up in the hotbed of Jim Crockett Promotions, the Mid Atlantic region. I enjoy pretty much any wrestling show you can name, (there are some promotions that are too hardcore for my tastes, I only go so far with the violence), but I seem to favor promotions that take the craft more seriously than sports entertainment.

Love the old NWA, loved WCW, (still get a bee in my bonnet when WWE talks smack about them), like a lot of ECW, been an ROH fan for years, and New Japan is becoming more and more of a favorite.

I usually cite Bret Hart and Shawn Michaels as my two favorite wrestlers of all the times, and I loved the Cruiserweight Division in WCW. High flying lightweights is typically what I build around in TEW as well.

Beyond all that, I'm a devout Trekkie, (been to conventions and everything), since I was 10. BTW, I'm currently An Admiral of the Fleet in my fleet in Star Trek Online, so if anyone still plays that and needs a fleet to join, I can help with that.

Been a baseball fan as long as I can remember, too. Fan of the Cubs since I was about 9 or so. Loved the 2016 World Series.

Beyond that, I enjoy The Walking Dead, both TV and comics, LOVE The Orville and Stranger Things, and have a real bad habit of sharing too much information in online forum posts.

So, yeah....

That's awesome. I'm in Upper Michigan about an hour and a half away in Menominee.

As for my introduction...

Let's see. I'm 26. Got into wrestling the RAW after WrestleMania 20. My dad wasn't really a wrestling fan but he happen to have that on (maybe nothing else was on). I watched from 2004-2011 pretty consistently. Favorite wrestler is Eddie Guerrero hands down.

Hmm, I guess I could mention i preordered my first ever theater ticket in my life. December 15th Star Wars here I come! <img alt=":p" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/tongue.png.ceb643b2956793497cef30b0e944be28.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

Hey there. Guess I've been around since TEW 2005 came out so that's 12 almost 13 years ago now.

My name is Simon I'm almost 41 and I'm from NYC.

I have a day job (or really super early in the day job) with UPS to cover the bills. But I'm a published photographer for NY Magazine. I'm a published author of 3rd party work for Pathfinder/D&D, and I've been a professional wrestler for nine years now, although not even really popular enough to be known by anyone outside a small group of people in NYC.

I like this a lot!

29, was born on the east coast, live on the west coast. I came here when I got into TEW 2013, and since then, I've participated in several TEW drafts and tried to do several diaries that have flamed out while also dealing with some pretty awesome people.

I work in horse racing and handle digital media for a company based in New York (I telecommute from the west coast, which is awesome). I'm a huge sports fan, I own a small cat, and my hobbies include twice-a-week trivia at a bar frequented by Norm Macdonald.

lol Yeah, I just post a random screenshot and updates on what is going on in my game. Pleased to meet y'all. Lurked for a long time then finally decided to join.

Older than 30 younger than 35. <img alt=":p" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/tongue.png.ceb643b2956793497cef30b0e944be28.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /> My name is Alan. I'm working in a call centre part time at the minute. Been a salesman, coach a junior football team from time to time.

I started off with WWE in the late 80's. Can still remember how it all started. Was at my Cousin house and his neighbour had a big collection of Nintendo games and videos. I ended up borrowing a lot of them. Left his place with one of those best of Hulk Hogan compilations, Wrestlemania 5, a Jerry Lawler and Kerry Von Erich USWA video. Became a Hulkamaniac right then, dude. There was a pre-match Savage promo that will never leave my mind. Telling Elizabeth she is in the wrong place at the right time, yeah. haha

Watched all of WWE till around late 2014, that is when it finally started to lose me. Wrestlemania and Survivor Series are the only pay per views I watched live this year. <img alt="" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/eek.png.0e09df00fa222c85760b9bc1700b5405.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /> Been jaded for a long time but it seemed to get worse. Now I just get what I can. Was funny, I never thought it would ever get to that point.

Kurt Angle is the best I've seen in terms of in-ring work. My favourite now would be AJ Styles. All that experience elsewhere made him what he is today. But damn, just thinking WWE missed out for so long. It was a shame they don't want none, they don't want none. I can remember that time there was no interest in him before he went to Japan. But again, the experiences in Japan obviously made him even better. Would have loved him to be there sooner, though, back when I was still a super fan.

I've been playing this a long time. I know I mentioned how I won a powerslam contest for a copy of that tnm7 wrestling simulator game. The dream, watching wrestling, you wanted to book wrestling. I can remember being disappointed with it. Then one day I found EWR. Rest is history.

Been posting here for just over 12 years, but didn't really post much in the first few. I don't really do forums and this is pretty much the only one I come to. TEW brought me here, but I have sampled a few of GDS' other games.

Some info... I'm ageless, like God. I used to be a huge fan of WWE, watching it religiously but over the last few years I have lost interest and watch it now and then when there's nothing else on TV. Still always watch Wrestlemania and Royal Rumble though. Favourite wrestlers currently are probably Trent Seven, Christopher Daniels and "Session Moth" Martina <img alt=":D" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/biggrin.png.929299b4c121f473b0026f3d6e74d189.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /> My favourite of all time has to be Bret Hart, Rick Martel and Shawn Michaels.

I'm a Derby County fan (football) and also love to see Dunfermline Athletic do well (my surrogate team from my time living in Scotland). Football is pretty much my #1 love in life. My favourite player to ever pull on the Derby shirt is Igor Stimac who played for the Rams between 1995 - 1999.

I'm into super hero movies, graphic novels, gaming, I'm just a massive (old) geek to be honest!
