Put Katsuya Kitmaura on hiatus. He left New Japan because he felt ready to return from his broken leg injury, but New Japan wanted to extend his contract without promising to use him as an in-ring competitor. It looks like he's going to try to latch on with other promotions in the future.

Whitmer has not yet been directly announced as a producer, however he has been heavily reported to be hired as a producer by AEW, and he was very clearly at the Las Vegas rally on the stream helping Billy Gunn and Cody to break up the brawl between Kenny and Jericho. It's safe to say this is confirmation that the reports are true. He has not announced any kind of retirement or hiatus from in-ring work, however he has not wrestled a match since March 2017.</p><p> </p><p> Billy Gunn is still capable of in-ring work and wrestled as recently as the end of December.</p><p> </p><p> Alex Marvez has been reported to be an announcer for AEW, however this has not yet been confirmed anywhere.</p><p> </p><p> Michael Cuellari a.k.a. QT Marshall has been featured in AEW videos as a "coordinator". I'm not sure exactly what this job entails, however it should be noted that he is/was the owner of the One Fall Power Factory, a wrestling school. He's also wrestled twice in the last month for both GPW and PCW Ultra. It's not known if his role with AEW is permanent, however he can wrestle actively and might be able to fill in as a road agent.</p><p> </p><p> Cody's quoted as saying: "I think Dave's report, and he's got his information pretty well, Dave's report is a little skewed, the brain-trust here is still me, Matt and Nick." Most of the quotes about creative direction and booking philosophy have come from Cody.</p><p> </p><p> CIMA is confirmed for the first AEW show in May, however it's not possible to model a working relationship with OWE in-game as China is not a territory. The Elite were also allowed to crash events at Defy and Bar Wrestling.
