Reviewing promotions for inclusion/addition and after going through the UK, Europe and Australia here are the results so far (events updated through 6/30/2018):

On the Bubble:

World of Sport Wrestling - 1 show so far

Fight Club Finland - 11 shows since 1/1/2017

GBG Wrestling - 11 shows since 1/1/2017

Keep in data:

UK

ATTACK! Pro Wrestling

Fight Club: Pro

Insane Championship Wrestling

International Pro Wrestling United Kingdom

Over The Top Wrestling

PROGRESS Wrestling

Pro-Wrestling: EVE

Revolution Pro Wrestling

WWE NXT UK (Fleisch addition for August)

EU

German Wrestling Federation

westside Xtreme wrestling

AU

Melbourne City Wrestling

I'll be doing the same with the other game regions as well. There are 66 promotions in the data (68 with SEAdLINNNG and NXT:UK being added in next Fleisch update) so this gives me a gauge on how many promotions will be added/moved around.

If that's how "active" NGW is I may cut them myself. Also personally I'm holding off activating World of Sport in mine untill they get a second series announced/confirmed, everything they have now is in the bag so they could continue or just cut their losses and just bail.

If you are looking for options

- EU Italian Championship Wrestling - 41 shows since 1/1/2017

- AU Pro Wrestling Australia - 13 shows since 1/1/2017

- AU Explosive Pro Wrestling - 20 shows since 1/1/2017

The Australian ones are basically the top ones for the region, their the ones that Progress worked with them they toured, might just want to have them on your radar.

PWA is going to be your better option first, they have more of their rosters info floating aabout on cagematch. ICW has a lot of info about on their wrestlers on cagematch as well but downside is you would need to build the entire region, both are promotions I have active in my data so feel free to copy over anything you need, especally as I know you'll likely be tweeking the stats and improving on my generic set ups.

There are a few other options but I don't think they would be big enough to be viable, how I see it the big draws are America, UK and Japan, everywhere else as long as you have name/large feds not many people would be bothered either way.

I will take a look at those promotions for sure.

Once I have the match ratio types set for each company I can throw that your way as well before release if you want to update. Dr_Avalanche and I did it for all the Japanese companies a few updates ago for Fleisch and when you are reviewing the AI's shows it "feels" so much more like a real show they would run.

For example, NJPW:

1v1 - 28

2v2 - 28

3v3 - 44

Triangle - 0

4-Way - 0

I plan to do this for all the companies in this mod so feel free to take liberally as well once complete.

That would be handy, thanks.

Out of curiosity what's wrong with Ice Ribbon, from what I've seen they are fairly active although I do have a bias considering it was Ice Ribbon, Stardom & Wave that I caught the joshi bug, I don't follow it much these days but tend to know what's going on, I have been tempted to switch it out for Sendai recently and have Stardom, Sendai and TJP as my key joshi promotions.

It's all about striking that balance of number and types of promotions per region, I don't like flooding a region with promotions doing the same thing.

They do all the skits, games, etc... so if you catch them on a night that isn't "serious" wrestling it can spoil your view on them. Dr_A live commented on a show he was watching in our Slack chat from an outdoor venue and it was just bananas. They started playing baseball, throwing water on the crowd, just nuts. The unfortunate part is that if that kind of stuff you are into a place like Stardom does it better based on their talent and it doesn't overshadow the great matches they put on.

That said, their "serious" wrestling events look like a great super-indy work-rate show so if you catch them on the right night, you'll be blown away by the top of the card.

2) Their main event talent is really impressive. A Tsukasa Fujimoto or Risa Sera would fit right in to any company that features women and be able to hang and excel at a main event level.

3) Tsukushi going all stabby-stabby on Kagetsu last year was a big blow in that Ice was building her up to be one of their main pieces (in addition to Sera and Yukihi). They have kind of hit the reset button with her this year, but it would be like if a Reigns or Hashimoto got caught in "legal troubles" for their promotions.

I like Ice and they are a potential addition to the data, but if I had to rank Joshi companies right now it would be:

In Japan (based on how they draw for big shows):

1) Oz Academy

2) Sendai

3) Stardom

4) TJP

Rest of world (based on familiarity):

1) Stardom

2) TJP

3) Sendai

4) Oz

Personally, Sendai is my far and away top Joshi company for what I "like" in that they have great matches and just enough "gaga" to keep the undercard stuff fun (looking at you Eiger). I'm a self-professed Meiko mark though, so anyone who has seen Dr_A and I's Joshi dynasty shouldn't be surprised.

Based on the various news sites I frequent there always seems to be more Sendai and Oz news than TJP. Actually I think TJP is 5th behind Ice Ribbon when it comes to overseas awareness. Joshi City or Enziguiri Puro do cover the others more than TJP for sure.

TJP being a part of DDT Universe probably means more people actually watch the TJP shows than the rest of the “everyone else” category though (or at least have the opportunity to).

Sendai with their new streaming service and more coverage in written form could/should/I hope separate themselves from the pack a bit in the future.

Southside are a UK promotion that run more than one show a month in some cases. They use talent that you will likely already have in other UK companies, and also use Impact talent as well.

If you're interested, I can provide a roster, schedule and title history. This is only a small suggestion, and I don't know whether you'd be interested, but the offer is there. I appreciate you're likely very busy.

Appreciate the hard work.

Hey man, can't wait to see where you take the RWC, I'm sure it'll continue to be the best modern day mod out there! I'm also glad to see how Joshi will be expanded here, I've wanted to do a proper OZ or SEAdLINNNG game in this mod for a while. I do have some recommendations for certain promotions:

PWG really needs an overhaul. Some of the roster hasn't appeared in years(I'm looking at you Jack Evans), and Keith Lee is still signed, along with Riddle, but he still hasn't confirmed where he's going yet, only that he's leaving the indys for NJPW or WWE, so him not being gone yet makes sense. However, the roster really is barely half of what it actually is, and all the people are in the game, just not signed. I can give you a list of the actual roster based on recent shows if you would like.

The only thing I'd really say besides that is that World of Sport is coming back entirely, so I'd personally keep them on, but the decision goes to you.

Again, can't wait to see what you do with RWC, and I'll be here to play them when they come!

Have ITV confirmed more episodes?, the numbers from episode one were a good start but I think ITV will need to see an increase for them to continue this further.

Besides the first 10 part series no, but since episode one drew over a million viewers, and based on the time slot given it's a very good number, WOS will most likely get a second season.

EDIT: Actually, besides the roster, PWG is far lower in popularity than it should be, and it's product is very different to how it is in real life. I'd personally say that if ROH is Cult level, then PWG would be just below that at Regional, since it sells out every show it puts on usually within an hour tops. Honestly, if they actually decided to get an even bigger venue than their new one the Globe Theatre, they'd probably sell out that arena too.
