It seems to have happened within the last 24-48 hours where one of my PGHW tourneys wont let me book a draw even though I booked one earlier in the tourney. Perhaps site issues? While this is what I posted in the diary, my Excel file also had a version of this with point totals. So an "L" would be replaced by a 0, a "W" with a 3, a "D" with a 1, and a "DQ" with a -1. The Point Totals column is just a sum formula. To help me build out and keep track of the tournament, I had one complete table as well as additional tables showing the standings after each night.
