We wish them all of the best in their future endeavors. Bradley D, Dale Kingman, Texas Hangman, and Wesley Browning have all signed exclusive contracts with SWF to initially compete in their developmental league -- Rhode Island Pro Wrestling. I had just closed the deal on a contract that I thought was going to be a game changer for Rocky Mountain Wrestling. Our popularity was surging. We were really on a roll and had been for quite some time. Business was booming. We were building a core group of talent that I was certain could help us continue to expand. Riley, Ross, Brandon, Sean, Alexander, Marv, Dean, Ox... These were guys that were going to propel us. With the addition that I was bringing in -- I thought we might be ready. Might be ready for that next step in our climb. The decision would have to come after Wrestling Summit VI. I would wait until then. To make the call on whether or not we were really ready, but I was gaining more confidence in what we could do. With this latest deal? I knew what was coming -- we weren't ready yet, but it was coming. I knew it. It had come off well. The arrival of Des Davids. The former SWF and USPW standout. He had not been offered a contract extension with USPW -- whom he had resigned with after getting frustrated by SWF taking no action against Joe Sexy's botch. He was stuck in the middle of the pack with Packer's organization. All the big names they had been bringing in had left him unable to climb to the top where he felt he should be. He wanted a chance and I was going to give him one. Des Davids versus Ross Henry? That just screamed money to me. It brought star quality and more name value to the organization. I had high hopes for the program and for both guys.</p><p> </p><p> February had not been without heartache. Bradley D. Dale Kingman. Texas Hangman. Wesley Browning. All RIPW bound. But they weren't the only ones leaving. Pee Wee Germaine was opening up the check book of BriCo once more. This time the Ring Generals and Ernest Youngman were his targets. I was incredibly sad to see them go With me, the Generals had twice been Rocky Mountain Tag Champions and twice been COTT Tag Team Champions. They had put on some of the best matches in our company's history. I was going to miss them. </p><p> </p><p> Ernest was a a guy I had hopes for. He had come in and defeated Primus Allen. He had a good run and I had planned on putting the Heavyweight Strap on him -- he was going to have beat Ox for the belt. But I never got there. That's the nature of the beast sometimes. At least it wasn't like last year when the title played hot potato. </p><p> </p><p> I sighed again. March meant we were getting ready for Wrestling Summit.
