<p>QUICK PICKS:</p><p>

North American Heavyweight Championship: Primus Allen vs. <strong>Spencer Spade </strong>©</p><p> </p><p>

Spade reigns Supreme until a certain second generation will challenge him. It's not Matty. </p><p>

Special Attraction: Ross Henry vs. <em>Gino Montero</em></p><p>

Story of Ross failing because of injuries continues until his losing streak makes him turn heel. </p><p> </p><p>

Six Man Tag: Brandon Smith & The Mission vs. <strong>Bowen Services</strong></p><p> </p><p>

Aroma gets the pin on Brandon. Spade will need soon a hot feud, and you have been grooming Jeffrey really well. Time for him to do a Batista. </p><p> </p><p>

North American Tag Team Championship: NOTBPW's Brett Starr & Donte Dunn vs. <strong>Homegrown ©</strong></p><p> </p><p>

Homegrown win. While Starr and Dunn are probably big star power guys, this is a match for your titles. If they lose , they will only do it to another CWL Team.</p><p> </p><p>

North American Women's Championship: Tiffany Jade vs. <strong>Jaime Quine</strong> ©</p><p> </p><p>

Brooke is the one to dethrone Jaime. A three way with Strong and Brooke? Take my money. </p><p> </p><p>

Grudge Match: <strong>Georgia Bulldogs</strong> vs. The Hazard Gang</p><p> </p><p>

Linked to the North American Tag Team match prediction. It has been a long time since Mc Manus didn't hold gold. It's time. </p><p> </p><p>

P.S Where is The Butcher?</p><p>

United States Championship: <strong>Johnny Anderson</strong> vs. Funakoshi ©</p><p> </p><p>

Normally judging by the fact that he was pinned first in the tag match, i would say Holly costs Anderson. However, Holly will move on to bigger things named Ross Henry, while Anderson wins the US Title. These guys are too over not to become upper-midcard, main-event level heels. </p><p> </p><p>

Special Challenge: Houston Handley vs.<strong> Alicia Strong</strong></p><p> </p><p>

Strong just had a narrative where she is traveliing the world to make women's wrestling known. She is probably for women, what in this game Jack Bruce is for men. Handley is a star made in defeat.</p>

First your absence, then my Easter break, I had a lot of catching up to do and boy did stuff happen!

North American Heavyweight Championship: Primus Allen vs. Spencer Spade ©

Probably via shady finish. Don't think Allen winning adds much value to his stock, he can live with a dirty loss

Special Attraction: Ross Henry vs. Gino Montero

Ross "The Boss" pulls through this to build up to his title match

Six Man Tag: Brandon Smith & The Mission vs. Bowen Services

Cohesive unit needs to look like it, plus they have a manager to help in all the mess

North American Tag Team Championship: NOTBPW's Brett Starr & Donte Dunn vs. Homegrown ©

New champs retain

North American Women's Championship: Tiffany Jade vs. Jaime Quine ©

Should be a great and close match, but Quine's probably retaining until Tyler can win the strap

Grudge Match: Georgia Bulldogs vs. The Hazard Gang

Is it just me or has this feud gone a bit under the radar? Cowboys win here to look strong in their return

United States Championship: Johnny Anderson vs. Funakoshi ©

Funakoshi is bae. I'm already salivating at the prospect of a Funakoshi vs Diaz big match

Special Challenge: Houston Handley vs. Alicia Strong

Houston isn't even in Alicia's league

I could be wrong here, but I think Primus goes over to keep the feud going -- I think the story ends if Spencer wins.</p><p> </p><p>

Toughest one to call, I think. In fact, in an earlier attempt that didn't post, I think I put this the other way.</p><p> </p><p>

Funakoshi may just be a transitional champion, but I have a feeling he's going to get a strong run.</p><p> </p><p>

We are coming to you live from the Theatre of Dreams where almost nine thousand people have crammed into the building to witness the best professional wrestling in the United States. Ross Henry faces former GWC World’s Champion Gino Montero in a match requested by the GWC Championship Committee. </p><p> </p><p> RDJ: It’s going to be a great night of action. I’m really looking forward to every match, but especially the tag team grudge match between The Hazard Gang and the Georgia Bulldogs. These are two teams that are at each other’s throats and it should be a very intense contest.</p><p> </p><p> JS: And who can forget that North of the Border Pro Wrestling’s Canadian Tag Team Champions, “Hollywood” Bret Starr and “The Barbadian Barbarian” Donte Dunn are here to challenge for the North American Tag Team Championship against Homegrown in what is their first defense. This was a big opportunity for her. The former QAW wrestler who had found some singles success was looking to make the biggest jump in her career. Alicia Strong is the reigning GWC World Women’s Champion. She has been wrestling all over the world -- in fact, just two weeks ago at NOTBPW’s she beat Zoe Ammis in a rematch of their Gold Rush Match in what was rated by TotalExtremeWrestling.com as a four and a half star match and the best GWC World’s Women Championship match in GWC history.</p><p> </p><p> Alicia Strong lived up to why she’s the women’s champion as she took control from Handley after the early onslaught. Alicia Strong looked like a star, she looked like her father’s daughter who now in her fifteenth year as a professional was finally hitting her prime and finding her own footing as a worker in a place that was not built on her father’s legacy. She hit the Strong Arm Tactic and it turned Houston Handley inside out.</p><p> </p><p> In a bout that had good wrestling and a decent reaction from the crowd, Alicia Strong defeated Houston Handley in 8:40 by pinfall with a Strong Arm Tactic.</p><p> <img alt="e5wmXmn.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/e5wmXmn.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p> <img alt="GNkzKok.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/GNkzKok.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p> <strong>Singles Match</strong></p><p> Twenty Minute Time Limit</p><p> <img alt="YVV6cka.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/YVV6cka.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> <img alt="ZjCgexS.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/ZjCgexS.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="Pmhhg2P.jpg?1" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/Pmhhg2P.jpg?1" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="LC8rqZh.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/LC8rqZh.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="XWgjkPi.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/XWgjkPi.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="wRw12Rl.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/wRw12Rl.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> Johnny Anderson w/ February Malaise versus “Lionheart” Funakoshi ©</p><p> </p><p> Johnny Anderson looked incredibly focused for the biggest singles opportunity in his career so far. The four-time North American Tag Team and one time COTT World’s Tag Team Champion has not had a lot of singles opportunities but here he is with a chance to battle “Lionheart” Funakoshi for the United States Championship. The living-embodiment of Purseuo was attempting to make his first championship defense since defeating Cali Slick on a recent episode of Saturday Night Slammasters.</p><p> </p><p> This was a very hard-hitting contest. Johnny Anderson, at six feet four inches and three hundred pounds is quite the challenge for Funakoshi. Lionheart gave up several inches of height to Anderson and about fifty pounds for this contest. What Funakoshi gave up in size, he made up for in intensity. Lionheart is a vicious competitor and Anderson looked right at home in this kind of match. In another life, Anderson could have been the top gaijin for a Japanese company ala Pistol Pete in GCG or Dread in PGHW. Big and strong, Anderson was able to absorb all of Funakoshi’s offense and then take control and deliver his own. Anderson attempted the Rear Fist [which is a leaping back-fist], but Funakoshi got both arms up to block what would have surely been a match-ending blow.</p><p> </p><p> Anderson stumbled and this opened him up to get a kick to the gut and Funakoshi’s devastating Butterfly Backbreaker.</p><p> </p><p> Funakoshi defeated Johnny Anderson in 13:40 by pinfall with a Butterfly Backbreaker. Funakoshi makes defence number 1 of his CWL United States title. </p><p> <img alt="LTiTJNd.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/LTiTJNd.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p> <img alt="GNkzKok.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/GNkzKok.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p> <strong>Tag Team Match</strong></p><p> Twenty Minute Time Limit</p><p> <span style="text-decoration:underline;">Grudge Match</span></p><p> <img alt="HXLpdxw.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/HXLpdxw.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="h4VCDrQ.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/h4VCDrQ.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="XWgjkPi.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/XWgjkPi.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="ZNLZXmA.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/ZNLZXmA.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="ddCHETL.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/ddCHETL.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="Pmhhg2P.jpg?1" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/Pmhhg2P.jpg?1" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="gCgRhS5.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/gCgRhS5.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> Georgia Bulldogs versus The Hazard Gang w/ Duke Hazard</p><p> </p><p> A feud that started in July when The Hazard Gang made a shocking return at Independence and cost Georgia Bulldogs the North American Tag Team Championship. It lost a little intensity over September -- but regained some with Duke Hazard costing KC a match against Buck Winchester.</p><p> </p><p> This was a wild match up. While Riley is a technician and KC is an all-around wrestler, this was definitely a bell-to-bell brawl. Ray Johnson had a lot of difficulty maintaining control of the contest. Several times he threatened to disqualify both teams if they didn’t start obeying his commands. It didn’t really help.</p><p> </p><p> Wes Revell ended up taking off his belt and smacking KC Glenn in the face with the buckle of the belt. It caused Ray Johnson to have to disqualify the Hazard Gang from the contest.</p><p> </p><p> Georgia Bulldogs defeated The Hazard Gang in 12:13 when Outlaw Wes Revell was disqualified while fighting KC Glenn.</p><p> <img alt="sphQ2H2.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/sphQ2H2.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p> <img alt="GNkzKok.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/GNkzKok.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p><strong> Singles Match</strong></p><p> Thirty Minute Time Limit</p><p> <img alt="gpZxz6g.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/gpZxz6g.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> <img alt="Hhwjx89.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/Hhwjx89.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="XWgjkPi.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/XWgjkPi.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="xAgKRGK.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/xAgKRGK.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> Tiffany Jade versus Jaime Quine ©</p><p> </p><p> The North American Women’s Championship was on the line in what was a sensational, ultra-competitive match between former USPW stand out Tiffany Jade and former AAA and NOTBPW star -- and the current defending champion Jaime Quine. This was incredibly fast paced and action packed. Both women were on top of their game as they delivered the best women’s match in CWL history. There were multiple near-falls as both women tried to end it. Tiffany Jade went for her Green Destiny, but she couldn’t keep the leg of Quine hooked for the full Fisherman’s. Quine went for the K.O. Kick multiple times, but each time Jade showed she had it scouted. Jade hit a K.O. Kick on Quine that almost won the match, but Quine was just able to get her shoulder up.</p><p> </p><p> Jade went to the second rope and hit a beautiful second-rope blockbuster that also got her a near fall, but Quine kicked out again. Jade looked in disbelief as she lifted Quine back to her feet and went for the Green Destiny once more. Quine countered with a small package.</p><p> </p><p> Jaime Quine defeated Tiffany Jade in 15:14 by pinfall with a quick roll up. Jaime Quine makes defence number 5 of her CWL North American Women's title. </p><p> <img alt="LTiTJNd.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/LTiTJNd.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p> <img alt="GNkzKok.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/GNkzKok.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p> <strong>Six Man Tag</strong></p><p> Thirty Minute Time Limit</p><p> <img alt="i3MJlMR.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/i3MJlMR.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="gP5kPOf.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/gP5kPOf.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="x1nYqNN.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/x1nYqNN.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="XWgjkPi.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/XWgjkPi.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="mgsmc0P.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/mgsmc0P.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="o3PEmtO.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/o3PEmtO.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="H9RnzgB.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/H9RnzgB.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="Pmhhg2P.jpg?1" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/Pmhhg2P.jpg?1" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="9CEP5Gv.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/9CEP5Gv.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> “Bulldozer” Brandon Smith & The Mission versus Bowen Services w/ Lisa Bowen</p><p> </p><p> A massive six man contest. Brandon Smith is looking to get back on the victory track and The Mission is looking to settle an ongoing score with Bowen Services. This was a fantastic six man contest. All six men were really on top of their game -- but Cameron Vessey was especially ‘on’ and definitely controlled the match for his team.</p><p> </p><p> Jeffery Aroma looked dominant in the match and there were some teases of a potential Smith-Aroma singles match up coming in the future. Ash Campbell did everything he could to stay away from Matty Faith -- who did everything he could to get his hands on Ash, because despite winning at The Last Hard Men, it was clear that Matty Faith is not done with Ash Campbell by a long shot.</p><p> </p><p> Smith hit each member of Bowen Services with a Backdrop Driver -- but he was not able to secure the victory for his team. Aroma hit a clothesline on Smith that took both men out of the ring -- and when two men that are at three hundred pounds or more go tumbling over the top rope to the floor, the crowd reacts. This left Ranger and Cameron Vessey as the legal men. Vessey hit a beautiful Vessey Driver II on the near sevenfoot Ranger and that was it.</p><p> </p><p> Bowen Services (Cameron Vessey, Jeffery Aroma and Ash Campbell) defeated Bulldozer Brandon Smith and The Mission in 16:28 when Cameron Vessey defeated Ranger by pinfall with a Vessey Driver II.</p><p> <img alt="e5wmXmn.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/e5wmXmn.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p> <img alt="GNkzKok.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/GNkzKok.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p><strong> Tag Team Match</strong></p><p> Thirty Minute Time Limit</p><p> <img alt="WWW9kJ7.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/WWW9kJ7.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> <img alt="hd7NyYv.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/hd7NyYv.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="t74E6AS.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/t74E6AS.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="XWgjkPi.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/XWgjkPi.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="y9l6Ubu.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/y9l6Ubu.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="2NhBQ8m.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/2NhBQ8m.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> NOTBPW Canadian Tag Team Champions “Hollywood” Bret Starr & “The Barbadian Barbarian” Donte Dunn versus Homegrown ©</p><p> </p><p> Bret Starr and Donte Dunn came to the ring wearing the NOTBPW Canadian Tag Team Championships. This was the second time Starr has appeared in a CWL ring and the first time for Donte Dunn. They have been reigning as the Canadian Tag Team Champions for almost a year, they won the belts in December of 2021 and have successfully defended their championship nine times -- including four defenses against the five-time Canadian Tag Team Champions of Omar Brown and Harlem Haynes. Homegrown won the North American Tag Team Championship at The Last Hard Men in a very good triple threat contest.</p><p> </p><p> This was a solid match. Starr looked very comfortable in a CWL ring -- it was like he was transported back into MAW where he had been a big star. Dunn took a second to settle into the ‘CWL’ style -- he definitely was not used to working two men as big as Puder and Yoder. It was a solid match up, though, with Starr and Dunn showing some really slick teamwork, but with Puder and Yoder continuing to overpower them the match ended with Puder hitting Starr with a Patriot Powerslam.</p><p> </p><p> Homegrown defeated Hollywood Bret Starr and Donte Dunn in 15:57 when Clyde Puder defeated Hollywood Bret Starr by pinfall with a Patriot Powerslam. Gino Montero came out in a very elaborate robe and looked the part of lucha-sensation. Gino game out with the Campeónato de Universal belt and the Campeanatos de Trios belt. He has held the former belt for twenty-seven months and has made nineteen successful defenses so far -- the most recent coming against El Heroe Mexicano at Revolucion in a sensational four and a quarter stars match. He, Axxis Jr., and Mario Heroic have been Trios Champions for two years -- just passing the mark at Revolucion earlier this week. He has really been living up to the ‘Magnificent’ moniquer he has adopted in recent months.</p><p> </p><p> Ross and Gino went at it in very competitive match. Ross, the bigger, stronger athlete attempted to control the pace of the match and keep the match slow while Gino attempted to speed the match back up and go after the previously injured arm of Ross Henry. The match went back and forth -- with Gino getting the advantage consistently, but Ross using an explosive power move to get control again. Gino hit a beautiful enzugari and then climbed the top rope and went for the Montero Press [Flying Double Knee Press], but Ross caught him and immediately took off for the Earthquake Powerslam.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> Ross Henry defeated Gino Montero in 17:39 by pinfall with an Earthquake Powerslam.</p><p> <img alt="LTiTJNd.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/LTiTJNd.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p> </p><blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="45989" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div><p><img alt="vqLKfQh.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/vqLKfQh.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="Pmhhg2P.jpg?1" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/Pmhhg2P.jpg?1" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="9CEP5Gv.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/9CEP5Gv.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><div style="text-align:center;"></div><p> </p><p> SS: I have been telling people for months that I am the standard-bearer of professional wrestling. Two men who are very familiar with one another. It was Spencer who ended Primus Allen’s third RIPW Championship reign in November of 2014. The two men are easily the biggest two stars to come from RIPW -- though Dominic DeSousa is doing well as SWF North American Champion.</p><p> </p><p> The two men put on a barn-burner of a match. This was a classic pro wrestling match. Spencer spent the early part of the match trying to get away from Primus, who dominated using his explosive power and speed that a man his size shouldn’t have. Thanks to a Lisa Bowen trip and a Spencer Spade rake to the eye, Spade was able to take control. </p><p> </p><p> Spade went to work on the lower body of Primus Allen -- targeting the legs to try to take away some of the explosive power that he has. He worked slow and the fans were into everything. Spade had them eating out of the palm of his hand. Allen fought back and managed to hit his trademarked Flying Lariat. Darren Smith was right there to count the One.. Two.. Thre… No! Spade got his foot on the rope -- or more accurately, Lisa Bowen pulled his foot underneath the bottom rope which caused senior CWL official to have to stop the count.</p><p> </p><p> Allen got to his feet enraged, but Darren Smith blocked him away while he told Lisa Bowen he had enough. Bowen had to leave ringside or Spade was going to be disqualified. Bowen argued with Smith saying she had every right to be at ringside -- but Smith said he was tired of her interfering.</p><p> </p><p> While Darren Smith was distracted, Spencer Spade crept behind Primus Allen and hit him with a very big low blow and then a Supreme Stunner. Lisa threw her hands up and started to walk out while Darren Smith spun around and saw Spade covering Allen. He had no choice but to count.</p><p> </p><p> Spencer Spade defeated Primus Allen in 24:49 by pinfall by using underhanded tactics. Spencer Spade makes defence number 5 of his CWL North American Heavyweight title. </p><p> <img alt="LTiTJNd.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/LTiTJNd.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;"> Overall</span></strong></p><p> <img alt="LTiTJNd.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/LTiTJNd.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p> </p></div><p></p>

Been following since the beginning. Havent had a chance to post much, but this is my favorite diary. I love the narratives and the way you make you universe feel alive. I hope you run this one for a long while. One question any chance we could get a run down on where all the current promotions stand in your world, just for a comparison?

Keep it up H, this is a great read

MR: Hello and welcome to another exciting and thrill packed edition of Saturday Night Slammasters. We are coming to you from the sold out Grissom Auditorium in Las Vegas, Nevada. In our main event tonight, “The Butcher” Alexander Vasquez will be going one on one with Keith Holly.

RDJ: This is quite the challenge for Alexander Vasquez. Holly is significantly larger than the Butcher, but Vasquez has shown that he has a mean streak a country mile long and can absorb ungodly amounts of punishment.

JS: Plus Father Grim has scheduled some time to address the CWL fans. What does the manager of the World Six Man Champions have to say?

Lucy Stone-McFly versus Harriet Blias

In a bout that had decent wrestling but little heat, Harriet Blais defeated Lucy Stone-McFly in 12:07 by submission with a Burning Hold after a distraction from Robby Griffin.

Sonny Wildside, Hugh Ancrie, Robby Griffin and Harriet Blais are all ringside. Harriet just wrestled -- and beat -- Lucy Stone-McFly.

SW: All four of us have the same story. All four of us are graduates of the House of Stone training camp. All four of us went through the same program as the Stone Foundation, but the difference? Our last names. None of us are Stones. Or McFlys. None of us are sleeping with Stones or McFlys. So when do they talk about us? Where is our spotlight? Where are we celebrated as being graduates of the famed House of Stone?

HA: The answer is, we’re not. We’re pushed to the side so the Stone Foundation -- and by proxy, the Stone Family, can have the glory. Well we want the glory. We want the attention. We’ve busted our asses. We’ve worked hard and it is time that we got what we deserve.

RG: So you’re looking at The Stone Breakers. Four people with the same goal. Destroy the Stone Family.

HB: And be the only ones standing at the end.

We cut to a prerecorded tape. The lightning is low with the only real light shining on the suit-clad Father Grim. Occasionally, the viewers are treated to glimpses of the three monsters that make up The Fallen and the glint of the World Six Man titles that they are all carrying.

FG: Broken promises be damned. Lies be damned. The truth always rises. I told these men that they would achieve success if they followed me. They would reach the promised land if they just believed. I told them I wasn’t a savior. I wasn’t going to guarantee them the World’s Title, but I could guarantee that they would reach their potential. When they cast down the Diaz Family and became World Six Man Champions, they proved me to be an honest man. Scythe… Hellion.. Torment… The men who were promised the world and given just a handful of dirt. Three men who are individually dominant but collectively unstoppable. They are your World’s Six Man Champions. They will not bow down. They will not be broken. They are the Fallen.

Thank you very much sir. I'm glad I'm able to make the universe feel alive for you. I don't plan on stopping anytime soon.

In the next news post I will include a run down of the promotions in the world and their ranking/size.

<p>I always create development territories for the the big players. I find it hard to believe USPW and NOTBPW wouldnt have a territory if SWF does. They want to take him down you would think they would do whatever it takes.</p><p> </p><p>

P.S. thank you for the rundown. only 10 spots to go till you're #1! :-)</p>

I also think it is a good idea for the bigger companies to have a developmental company, kind of strange that a fresh company like CWL has one while USPW still doesn't have one. As for companies I would like to know about. 21CW seems interesting, they are international even without Cornell. Also I am curious of the state of the top three in the US, are they all doing well?

Developmental territories aren't really necessary in either case and really only make sense if you have a very particular, unpopular style you need guys to learn to be successful. Or you're looking to transition guys from elsewhere into wrestling but you don't want them to go elsewhere and risk getting snatched. </p><p> </p><p> USPW I don't think need one. Their product and financial power mean that if they need a guy they'll buy an already established guy and just slide him in. They have shown no interest, or ability to develop stars other than Nicky Champion, and this regime didn't develop him. If they have one, it'd be in China or something to scout and train giants, and with their nationalistic bend, I doubt they'd do this unless we're getting a full rebrand.</p><p> </p><p> So the only reason they'd have one is to fill content for their subscription service. Which they could just let NYCW and MAW and the like put their shows on it instead. </p><p> </p><p> In NOTBPW's case, they're in the position of dominance, so all of the best workers in Canada will pick up the phone for them. And they could very easily just use 4C and CGC as feeders. No reason for them to spend a ton of money willy-nilly to do the same thing others are doing for them already, they have a VERY successful dojo, and they have the very best of Canadian wrestlers to bring up the pups on their undercards, and if you can do that, again you don't need the overhead. </p><p> </p><p> so I'm very anti-developmental fed. Also, love the diary, Historian. I'm still working my way through it in between posts on mine. I'm enjoying your booking quite a bit. II do wish you ditched the teal blue on black text though. It causes a bad blurring effect on my eyes... but that could just be me entering my 30s and getting ready to be put out to pasture.</p>

I think you should introduce developmental feds into the game for the bigger companies. You should stutter them though, don't make them all at the same/similar times. Too much would happen. Maybe you could turn it all into a story, something like them recognising CWL's growing influence and needing a dev brand to help etc.

MR: Hello and welcome to another exciting and thrill packed edition of Saturday Night Slammasters. We are coming to you from Ellison’s overlooking the Pacific Ocean in beautiful Hawaii. Last week, at Halloween Throwdown Spencer Spade managed to defeat Primus Allen to retain the CWL North American Championship, Ross Henry beat Gino Montero and Homegrown successfully defended the North American Tag Team Championship against Bret Starr and Donte Dunn.

RDJ: It was a big show and it leaves me wondering what is next for CWL? With Thanksgiving Thunder a few weeks away, who will rise up to challenge Spencer Spade? Will we find out tonight?

JS: I have it on good authority that the champion took tonight off and won’t be here, but I do know that Ross Henry is about to make his way to the ring, so let’s go ringside!

Ross Henry, fresh off his victory over Gino Montero at Halloween Throwdown starts the show off in the center of the ring.

RH: If you saw Halloween Throwdown, you know I beat former World’s Champion Gino Montero clean in the middle of the ring. He’s a hell of a competitor, a great wrestler -- one of the best in the world -- and at Halloween Throwdown I reigned supreme. I now officially state my intentions in challenging for the GWC World Heavyweight Championship at Thanksgiving Thunder.

The crowd cheers, but suddenly go silent as Hailey Hunter, the representative of CWL management comes out.

HH: Ross, I was hoping to catch you before you came out here, but you were too fast. Can we go to the back please? I need to talk to you.

RH: No. Whatever you’ve got to say to me, you can say in front of these great fans here.

HH: Ross, please.

The crowd starts to chant ‘say it, say it’.

HH: Fine. I know you want to challenge for the World’s Championship, but earlier today I received a phone call from the GWC Championship committee. They were very impressed with your performance against Gino, but they want to see a little more.

RH: A little more?

HH: Yes. That’s why they’ve asked me to tell you that they are sending former NOTBPW Canadian Champion, Jay Chord to CWL for Thanksgiving Thunder to face you. They have said that if you win that match, you’re all but guaranteed a World Championship opportunity.

Ross looks upset but he nods his head.

RH: Fine. Bring Jay Chord and I’ll put him down just like I put down Gino!

DH: Georgia Bulldogs. Boys. We’ve been dancin’ round this thing for a few months. I think it’s high time we end this thing. I talked to Hailey Hunter and she agreed. At Thanksgiving Thunder, we’re gon’ dance. The Hazard Gang, the Georgia Bulldogs. We gon’ do this thing. But next week, y’all gon’ be in action against a team that I picked. A little tune up match for y’all.

We are coming to you from the historic Asylum in Detroit, Michigan. Tonight is the 200th show that Continental Wrestling League has put on and we want to thank all of the fans that have made this possible. Two hundred shows is quite the milestone for a company to achieve. As someone who has been the play by play man since CWL started broadcasting shows, I can tell you how much this means to all of us here.</p><p> </p><p> RDJ: And for our 200th show, we have a major main event signed. One half of the North American Tag Team Champions, Clyde Puder will go one on one with a man he knows very well, Keith Holly. Both of these men tip the scales at three hundred pounds and both are graduates of the Rocky Mountain School of Wrestling.</p><p> </p><p> JS: It is a major main event between two men who have something to prove. Clyde Puder has long been considered the top graduate to come from the Rocky Mountain School of Wrestling, but Keith Holly has been perhaps the most consistent of all graduates. Four times Tag Team Champion, Oxford Invitational Tournament winner, and COTT World Tag Team Champion. He feels that he doesn’t get the respect he deserves and tonight it’s looking to earn that respect.</p><p> </p><p> MR: But that’s our main event. Before we get there, the North American Heavyweight Champion has scheduled some time to address CWL and that’s up next. So let’s go ringside.</p><p> </p><p> <img alt="GNkzKok.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/GNkzKok.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p> </p><blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="45989" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div><img alt="vqLKfQh.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/vqLKfQh.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="Pmhhg2P.jpg?1" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/Pmhhg2P.jpg?1" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="9CEP5Gv.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/9CEP5Gv.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><p> </p><p> Spencer Spade and Lisa Bowen come to the ring. Spade is wearing a very nice, expensive suit and Lisa Bowen is holding the North American Heavyweight Champion folded in her arms. Spencer takes a microphone.</p><p> </p><p> SS: Do you believe me now? Do you understand how privileged you all are? You are living in the era of Supreme. You got to bear witness to greatness on a weekly basis. Every Saturday Night when you turn the television on, you get to see my face in the signature that starts the show. You get to see my highlights. You get to see how The Supreme Star, the greatest sports entertainer on the planet is elevating Continental Wrestling League to the next level. Primus Allen found that out at Halloween Throwdown when he wasn’t man enough to beat me. No one has been man enough to beat me. Why? Because I’m the best. No one is on my level -- and I have proven that.</p><p> </p><p> <img alt="LqKqiEK.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/LqKqiEK.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p> Spencer Spade is interrupted by the arrival of Matthew Keith.</p><p> </p><p> MK: Spencer, you’ve beaten a lot of men since you arrived here. Ross Henry. Primus Allen. Matty Faith. Ranger. James Diaz. The list goes on, but there is one name that’s not on that list. That name is Matthew Keith. You’ve never stepped in the ring with me. You’ve never heard the bell ring and looked across the ring at a man who was born for this, because I was born for this. Professional wrestling is in my blood. It pumps through my veins. It’s what I wake up thinking about. It’s what I go to bed thinking about. I love this sport. I love the competition. I love being the best wrestler I can be -- and I believe that I’m the best wrestler on the planet. You can’t be the best until you’ve beaten everyone. You’ve never beaten me, Spencer -- so you can’t be the best -- but I can’t truly call myself the best until I beat you. I’ve got an open date at Thanksgiving Thunder. What do you say we found out who is the best there?</p><p> </p><p> Spencer Spade looks around. </p><p> </p><p> SS: You want some? You got some!</p><p> </p><p> <img alt="6w5JgmO.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/6w5JgmO.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p></div><div style="text-align:center;"></div><div></div></blockquote><p></p><p> </p><p> <strong>Opening Match</strong></p><p> Singles Match</p><p> Twenty Minute Time Limit</p><p> <img alt="YVV6cka.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/YVV6cka.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> <img alt="kornHkl.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/kornHkl.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="XWgjkPi.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/XWgjkPi.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="wRw12Rl.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/wRw12Rl.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> Sgt Bison versus “Lionheart” Funakoshi ©</p><p> </p><p> In a bout that had decent wrestling but didn't have much heat, Funakoshi defeated Sgt. We are coming to you from the sold out War Memorial Auditorium tonight and what a show we have for you. Last week, Keith Holly managed to defeat Clyde Puder -- tonight their partners, Jakob Yoder and Johnny Anderson will go one on one. If Johnny Anderson manages to defeat The Mennonite Mammoth, The Devil’s Rejects will get an opportunity to challenge for the North American Tag Team Championship at Thanksgiving Thunder.</p><p> </p><p> RDJ: But in our main event, The Hazard Gang will step into the ring with The Mission. Tonight, the Hazard Gang has a monumental task ahead of them with former World Tag Team Champions, The Mission.</p><p> </p><p> JS: Plus Lucy Stone-McFly and Brooke Tyler go one on one and so much more! The Full card for Thanksgiving Thunder. Special Thanks to King_Bison for the new 3/4 renders and to my wonderful wife who made the new template for me for the poster (she surprised me with three new templates I can rotate with the other template I have). <p> </p><p> And to DarK_RaideR.
