Two things.

1) I never knew how to play this game. I have it... but I'm so awful at it. Lmfao. Any advice would be super dope.

2) You totally should make a dynasty out of this. I'm sure others have had the same idea. Do storylines in TEW, play out main event matches for us to watch in Fire Pro. It would be super sweet.

I must have toyed with Fire Pro 2 on the GBA for hours before I really got the hang of grappling, then a lot of time on Returns also honed my striking, especially with the Gruesome/S-1 guys. Making the guys, on the other hand took me hours XD. Once you get the hang of the game itself, most of the depth comes from being able to create the guys, and tweaking the CPU Logic is where the meat of the game is derived from. It's definitely hard, close to TEW in terms of a learning curve, but it is sooo rewarding.

2) It was definitely an idea of mine as well, I'm not sure if you noticed, but all my matches had an TWF logo, which was my idea. I wanted to have some sort of working agreement between NOTBPW, BCG, PGHW, BHOTWG, GCG, and my fictional promotion in order to have matches happen between them in-universe. I wanted to have a story line of some sort, which is why I wasn't entirely opposed to moving this thread over to the dynasties sub, because that guy wasn't entirely wrong.

There's also plenty of great tutorial videos online. I was like you that didn't play the game because I didn't know how to play it, but the only real way to learn is BY PLAYING. You just gotta devote a few hours into learning it. It's a really fun game. (But No Mercy is way better.)

I think I like showing matches for now. The mods in FPW also include ways to change winners and stuff like that too, actually.

A short but stellar match between two of BCG"s finest workers during the 2014 Yoshifusa Maeda Grand Prix. Will Bunrakuken Torii capture the gold, or will Razan Okamoto beat the odds as an undersized wrestler and win the tournament?
