That song makes me think of Supernatural. Now that would be an awesome theme for a mafia game but I am struggling to think how many Town roles there could actually be for such a game.

Lots of VT, Sam, Dean & Cas, maybe Bobby for town PR, not sure how much of a United force there could be a scum group though. I only got through the first 5/6 seasons, whichever was the first one with angels.

The only difference this time is that there must be a D1 mass role claim (you basically must indicate a role during the first day phase.)

 

I don't think its required that you tell the truth. But hey, who knows; its mafia right?

I chose to play thinking I would have enough time to keep up, but that didn't turn out to be the case. If I had lasted the day phase my time would have opened up and I would have had more time to devote to the game. But alas, my buddy Apoc helped the wolves out by tunneling on me. Hammer vote by the guy that I was going to check. A wolf by the way, and the player voted Champion.

 

I have played this format 7 times. Final was the only game I didn't win and only one of two that I didn't survive to the end. 6-1. FTR. 3-1 as town. 3-0 as a wolf.

The town was... surprisingly inept. Once you claimed either they could wait and test you or scum would kill you, no need to rush your lynch. I think the weight of all those awards Beck and Apoc had did you in.

 

Although, the way I read it, when you did that fast vote switch it looked so bad I thought, maybe he's trying to get himself lynched? Between that and Beck turning Apoc against you, and the town being not good at that point, you were sacrificed.

 

That's how I read it. BTW will mafia be starting back up here again?

Also, now I have to wonder what ham is a euphemism for...

Going to be perfectly honest, I debated whether to play or not. The week it started was the absolute worst week it could have for me personally. In hindsight I should have just swallowed my pride and stepped aside.

 

But yes the town was not very good at all. At least not to where I read to page 75. I still haven't read a page past that. I took a mental health break when I was lynched. Not sure when or if I will return to playing. I just don't have the time to put into it what I would like.

 

I would like to see games here pick back up, but I know how much effort it went into getting them started a year ago. And I do not have that in me.
