as why he saved Champion, I dont know what will happen and Im very interested to see how this continues, but my theory is that he isn't turning babyface, he is simply going to cut a promo saying that he saved Champion from destruction courtesy of the Titans because if someone is going to destroy Nicky Champion is going to be him, and I think this is going to be a post match promo, also including his disdain for the obvious favouritism that management has for Champion given that he is main eventing meanwhile the World Champion has to be the curtain jerker, so a win over datsun should prove his point as Datsun is a veteran former world champion, that still would beat much of the lower guys, but is really here to job to the Main Eventers without taking to much of a hit in pop from it, Datsun is the Gatekeeper; also this the go home show for the PPV so Frehely needs to get all momentum possible for him to go at full strength to his title defense.</em></p><p> </p><p> Dusty Ducont vs. <strong>Running Wolf</strong></p><p> Comments: <em>Last week, Running Wolf didn't have a good draw for opponent in the higher up the card monstrous Jumbo Jackson, so we knew he wasnt going to win, but that wasnt necessary, just the fact that running wolf can go in the ring with the higher up guys and look believable, also facing upper carders and main eventers could work to rub some pop into him, and he gave a relatively competitive match to Jackson, at least competitive in the way he wasnt completely squashed and he put more resistance than expected and walked out of the ring by his own means, his loss wasnt to bury him it was to build him, there was simply not feasible way for him to beat Jackson, but he got the best of what could have been expected, meanwhile this week he face Ducont, a prospect in this own right, but a much more believable opponent for a close match with Running Wolf, I dont know what are the plans for Ducont but after last week is more reasonable to thing this is part of Wolf push instead of a Ducont push and show Wolf as a jobber, if you wanted to job Wolf you could have done it already and he is a better wrestler to have upper on the card than Ducont.</em></p><p> </p><p> <strong>Joss Thompson</strong> vs. Enygma</p><p> Comments: <em>My must risky pick, but I can argumentate for it, Joss Thompson is one of the newest aquisitions for USPW, a big coup after a bidding war not only with the other american giants but with 21CW itself, Thompson comes as a former 3 times World Champion, a 1 time UK champion and 1 time tag champion, and with his age he isnt a prospect he is in his prime he is in the peak of what he is going to be so If he is going to be important in your plans he has to grow fast to the main event, and he can, and he has the image and the ability to do it, Thompson is like a gift given to USPW to build a new younger main eventer in a time where a lot of main eventers need to be phased out, mostly three, Tyson Baine that is already being taken care of tranfering him from the singles main event scene to the tag division with T-Rex, James Justice that even if not wanting to drop him is going to drop out by himself, his decline is showing and his body isnt holding up as it did before being 45 he is a ticking time bomb going into retirement, and Enygma, because even if theres older wrestlers than him in Rich Money, The Force, Jumbo Jackson and Chris Caufield they have managed to reinvent themselves in a way where they can work around the just beggining physical problems of the age and be more entertaining focusing on what they are good at, while hiding their problems if any, because all 5 are still in pretty good shape, but what makes Enygma need to drop out instead of them is that this isnt about physicality this is about being important in the top of the card, and Enygma isnt, he is bland, he has been bland for more than 4 years and he hasnt reinvented himself in anyway that could make him look better and interesting and hide his blandness, Enygma hasnt been important in 8 Years since he dropped the World title, a title he only got because in his juicy USPW contract a world title run was included for him jumping form SWF, where he was already dropping down the card, so he reinvigorated his career for like 4 years for being the first real name to jump ship, one of the first bidding wars of the war, and the new almost national USPW, but after that shine faded out, and they began to realize why SWF had lost confidence in him cut his title run short of a year, and never got another world title in the next 6 years, he didnt even get any title in the next 6 years, he has been here being the designated Main Event Face the feuds with a heel when a heel needs to win a feud, so I can see Enygma dropping fairly quickly even into a midcard role a la Datsun, and I feel that if you can transfer his pop into thompson while doing it the better, this is a passing of the torch, maybe not this specific match, but when this program is over Thompson should be a main eventer and Enygma should at least have dropped out of the main even into the upper midcard, and continuing to be dropped.</em></p><p> </p><p> Non-Title Match</p><p> Gorgon vs. <strong>Melody</strong></p><p> Comments: <em>Last week we saw Jade get her win before the PPV, so I think Melody will get a win of her own to go with the same amout of momentum to her title defense in equal grounds, but her winning doesnt mean is going to be easy I see Gorgon beating her a lot during the match and injure her so she isnt a hundred porcent for her title defense, I could also see Gorgon disqualifying herself to injure Melody so her win could not be clean, I feel you are buliding to a program between Melody and Gorgon after Jade gets her rematch.</em></p><p> </p><p> Non-Title Match</p><p> Casey Valentine vs. <strong>Nicky Champion</strong></p><p> Comments: <em>This is a great opportunity for Valentine to prove he can hang out with the main eventers and pull his own weight around, Casey is a thousand times better than his uncle so that shouldnt be a problem, he is young, but still is mostly a prospect a future main eventer once the oldest main eventers begin dropping down in the card, and that television championship right now fits him well, it gives him something to do while you find a good and exciting feud for him, but lets not forget two things, one this is a non-title match, and when the TV title that is usually a more often defended title isnt on the line when the champion is in a match, probably means the TV champion is losing the match, and two he isnt facing any Jabroni, he is facing Nicky "Hawkeye" Champion, the Ace of USPW, and Champion is going into a big world title match on PPV and this the go home show, so he should be getting the win, having all the momentum and steam on his side to be seen as the serious threat that could end Frehely title reign, you need people to think that Frehely and Champion both are fair picks to win, so both competitors go undefeated to fight with each other. </em></p><p> </p><p> <strong>Comments on the diary in USPW AMERICAN WRESTLING! [Melody walks out to the ring and begins hyping her match with Tiffany Jade at Stars, Stripes And Slams. She talks about the fact that she defeated Jade just last month. That definitely gives her a leg up on victory in six days. She says that she has been practicing martial arts blocks to prepare for the kicks she expects to receive in six days. Then, she turns her attention to Gorgon, who attacked her last week. Before she can say anything, Gorgon walks out from the back, storming down toward the ring. Melody goes right after her but the larger wrestler goes right on the offensive. Gorgon takes Melody to the mat with a vicious clothesline. Then, Gorgon plants Melody with the Hydra Bomb. She walks away as EMTs rush in to check on Melody. C] [At the announce booth, Danny Jillefski, Emily McQueen and Belle Bryden welcome everyone to American Wrestling. They talk about Stars, Stripes And Slams being less than a week away, hyping some of the matches, including Rich Money versus Chris Caulfield and Steve Frehley defending the USPW World title against Nicky Champion. With that, Jillefski sends us to the ring and Steve Frehley in a one on one match. B] Match #1 Non-Title Match Steve Frehley vs. Freddie Datsun [in a decent match, Steve Frehley(B-) defeated Freddie Datsun(C-) in 6:08 by pinfall with a Dark Destroyer Spear.] Winner: Steve Frehley (Via Pinfall @ 6:08) Match Rating: B- [Having picked up the victory, Steve Frehley celebrates in the ring. Frehley asks for and is given a microphone. He stands in the ring and says that last week he came out and saved his opponent in six days. He says that everyone has been asking him why. But before he can continue, his words are interrupted by the return of Shane Sneer. Sneer begins with his 'well, well, well' comment and then says that, for those who do not know, his name is Shane Sneer. Sneer says that he's returned as the advocate for the future USPW World Champion. He brings out Jumbo Jackson, making Frehley smirk. Frehley tells Jackson to get in the ring and go one on one with The Dark Destroyer but Sneer says they will wait until the title is on the line. Sneer motions and the two men walk to the back, leaving Frehley in the ring alone. B+] [backstage, Joss Thompson hypes his upcoming match with Enygma tonight. Thompson talks about the fact that Enygma wears a mask because his looks are not even close to that of The Complete Package. He says that he has seen a picture of a baby Enygma. No, wait, no one has seen a picture of a baby Enygma because the camera kept breaking when people tried to take pictures. Thompson said that before he came to USPW, Enygma's mask wasn't even green. But when he saw The Complete Package, even his mask turned green with envy because he is forced to look at such a beautiful man. Then, Thompson hypes the fatal fourway match at Stars, Stripes And Slams which includes Enygma, James Justice and Jumbo Jackson. He says that in six days he will already know that he can take care of Enygma. Then, there's James Justice, the 'dude' that hasn't been relevant in years. Finally, there's the big man, the man who never met a hot dog he didn't feel like eating and that's Jumbo Jackson. Thompson says he won't have to worry because Reverie will always love a Complete Package. Thompson flexes his ripped arms before we move back to the ring. C+] Match #2 Dusty Ducont vs. Running Wolf [in a decent match, Dusty Ducont(D+) defeated Running Wolf(C-) in 5:49 by pinfall with a Thrown Powerbomb.] Winner: Dusty Ducont (Via Pinfall @ 5:49) Match Rating: C- [backstage, Dawn Gemmell flirts with Trent Shaffer. She says that it's too bad that he's injured because if he wasn't then maybe he would feel like going out on a date with her. Shaffer's eyes go wide and he asks if she's being truthful. She says that she is and Shaffer reveals to her that he's not really injured. Dawn pulls out a pair of handcuffs and asks him if he knows what to do with these. Shaffer just smiles and goes for the handcuffs but Gemmell pulls them back, shaking her head. She says that these are for him and she handcuffs Shaffer to a nearby post. As soon as Shaffer is handcuffed, Rick Law shows up and strikes him with the nightstick until he agrees to the match next week at Stars, Stripes And Slams. So our USPW National title match is back on for Stars, Stripes And Slams! B] Match #3 Joss Thompson vs. Enygma [in a decent match, Enygma(B-) defeated Joss Thompson(C+) in 11:40 by submission with an Enygma Variation.] Winner: Enygma (Via Submission @ 11:40) Match Rating: B- [Post-match, Enygma celebrates but is attacked from behind by Joss Thompson as Thompson recovers from the scissored ankle lock. Thompson lays out Enygma with the Clean Cutter, which is a Spinning Back Suplex Bomb. He stands up and raises his arms in victory only to turn around and step right into a Liberation Slam(Falling Side Slam) from James Justice. Justice sets up for the Dude Knee Drop. He bounces off the ropes but gets caught with an overhead belly-to-belly suplex by Jumbo Jackson, who entered the ring quickly for such a big man. Jackson is the last man left standing in the ring and stands tall to end the segment. A] [backstage, Casey Valentine and Nicky Champion are shown getting into an argument. Valentine says that his Uncle warned him about getting too chummy with guys like Nicky Champion in particular. He says that nobody can trust Champion, especially not someone with a belt like him. Valentine says that he is the best young wrestler in the business today. Champion disagrees and says that he is going to prove he's the best in six days when he proves that Champion is more than just a name. This argument leads to the two of them agreeing to a match tonight. Following the agreement, Champion turns to walk away and Valentine strikes him in the back of the head with his belt before smiling and walking off. A] [The Force comes out to the ring and hypes his feud with The Titans. He states that he injured T-Rex last week with the power of his mighty clothesline. He says that he might have made T-Rex look better by damaging his nose. He says that he can do the same to Tyson Baine at Stars, Stripes And Slams. The Force's promo is interrupted by the lights flickering and red smoke appearing at the top of the ramp. This leads to the arrival of The Titans. T-Rex's nose is bandaged after what happened last week where he suffered a Retrousse Nose. The Force meets both members of The Titans as soon as they enter the ring and fights against them both. The numbers game starts to take control over The Force but he manages to slip free from the ring. He backs up the ramp, staring at The Titans in the ring as he survives this night. A*] [The two top tag team challengers for the USPW World Tag Team titles, Natural Storm and The Towers Of Power, are backstage where an argument breaks out. D.C. Rayne says that he is going to make it rain on both The Towers Of Power and The Cold Warriors. They are going to feel the Storm Damage and Natural Storm will be five time USPW World Tag Team Champions. Danny Rushmore scoffs at this and says that he and Mick Muscles have proven that they are the best tag team in the history of USPW. Rushmore says that at Stars, Stripes And Slams they will up their record number of reigns with a seventh reign. Eddie Howard goes face-to-face with Mick Muscles before they get into a shoving match. With that, all four of them start brawling. A host of road agents and staff have to pull them apart. B-] Match #4 Non-Title Match Gorgon vs. Melody [in a bout that had decent wrestling but didn't have much heat, Melody© defeated Gorgon(C-) in 5:38 by pinfall with a quick roll up.] Winner: Melody (Via Pinfall @ 5:38) Match Rating: C [backstage, Brock Cornish interviews Chris Caulfield. Caulfield says he's survived worse things than what happened to him last week. He reminds everyone that he's been put through so many tables that he should have some form of frequent flyer mileage. He continues by saying that Rich Money will have to come up with something stronger than a table and a giant to beat him at Stars, Stripes And Slams. He says it's time to get hardcore, American style. B-] Match #5 Non-Title Match Casey Valentine vs. Nicky Champion [in a bout that had great wrestling and good heat, Nicky Champion(A) defeated Casey Valentine(C+) in 20:27 by pinfall with a Hawkeye Hammer.] Winner: Nicky Champion (Via Pinfall @ 20:27) Match Rating: B [Having picked up the victory, Nicky Champion celebrates in the ring. The celebration is interrupted by the music for the USPW World Champion Steve Frehley. Frehley walks out from the back and joins Champion in the ring. The two men stare at each other before Frehley calls for a microphone. He says that before he was interrupted earlier tonight he was going to tell the world why he saved Nicky Jabroni last week. He says that the answer is simple: no excuses. He wants Jabroni to be at one hundred percent when they step in the ring at Stars, Stripes And Slams. He says that he proved once already that he can pin Nicky Jabroni. At Stars, Stripes And Slams, he proves that his win wasn't a fluke. He proves that he is the greatest wrestler in this company by retaining the USPW World title. Champion asks for and receives a microphone. He says that he is grateful that Frehley came to help him out from under a double team last week. However, it's not going to make him hesitate in six days. He says that the millions and millions of Champion's fans will be chanting his name. Frehley looks angry, telling Champion not to steal his catchphrase. He says he doesn't go around saying that Champion is more than just a name. Frehley and Champion go face-to-face, dropping their microphones. Frehley raises the USPW World title belt in the air as the two men stare each other in the eyes. The two men stare down continues as the show comes to an end. Danny Jillefski reminds everyone that Stars, Stripes And Slams is only six days away so make sure you tune in. The credits roll and the show comes to an end. Fans in and around the Jackson, Mississippi area are excited because Stars, Stripes And Slams will be inside the Mississippi Bowl this Tuesday. In our main event, we will see the top two wrestlers in the world today, USPW World Champion Steve Frehley and Nicky Champion, do battle for the ultimate prize, Frehley's USPW World title. This match is being billed as Champion's last chance while Frehley is still the champion. On the final American Wrestling before Stars, Stripes And Slams Frehley and Champion went face-to-face. There wasn't any physicality but there will definitely be a lot of that at Stars, Stripes And Slams. Only one man can walk out of the building as the USPW World Champion. The only way to find that out is to tune in to Stars, Stripes And Slams this Tuesday night. The USPW Women's title will be on the line as current champion Melody faces the former champion Tiffany Jade. Jade was conspicuous by her absence last Wednesday when Melody went one on one with the monster Gorgon. But we can definitely rest assured that Jade will be in the building this Tuesday night. Melody has only held the title for less than a month. The martial artist, Tiffany Jade, will look to make that title run a short one and regain the title that she lost last month. The number one contendership to the USPW World title will be decided this Tuesday night when four men step into the ring in a match that has no disqualifications and no count outs. The four men doing battle will be 'The Complete Package' Joss Thompson, Jumbo Jackson, Enygma and 'The King of the Dudes' James Justice. Three of the four men have held titles here in USPW, specifically the USPW World title. Only Joss Thompson has not held a title here but he didn't come back to the United States from across the pond to lay down for anyone. All four men have the ability to win this match but only one man can. Make sure you tune in this Tuesday to find out who will have these bragging rights. At the beginning of January, USPW National Champion Trent Shaffer made the announcement that he was injured and would not be able to compete at Stars, Stripes And Slams. This is, unfortunately, one of those things that can happen in professional wrestling. On the latest edition of American Wrestling, however, we learned that this was all a ruse to get out of facing the former champion Rick Law. Law's manager Dawn Gemmell flirted with Shaffer, getting him to admit that he wasn't injured at all. That is when Law showed up and began striking him with the nightstick before Shaffer agreed to face Law and defend the title. A feud that began last November will come to a head this month at Stars, Stripes And Slams when the money man Rich Money takes on 'The Hardcore American' Chris Caulfield. This is definitely a clash of styles as you have Money's attitude which is 'money is everything' contrasting with Caulfield's everyman ethics. The Hardcore American was attacked on the first episode of January when Money used his money to purchase the services of USPW legend Bruce The Giant. Bruce put Caulfield through a table with a Giant Choke Slam. But, at the latest episode of American Wrestling, Caulfield proved that he is tougher than a two dollar steak by showing up and saying that it's going to take more than going through a table to defeat him. Just one man will walk away from this match. Will it be your favorite? The USPW World Tag Team titles are on the line in a triple threat tag team encounter as The Cold Warriors defend the belts against the last two championship tag teams Natural Storm and The Towers Of Power. As everyone knows, Danny 'The Mount' Rushmore and former USPW World Champion Mick Muscles of The Towers Of Power are former six time USPW World Tag Team Champions, a record that they set back in June of last year. 'The Storm' D.C. Rayne and 'The Natural' Eddie Howard are not far behind that record as they have held the USPW World Tag Team titles a total of four times. Then there's the current champions, the 6'9", 390 pound Petr Novak and the muscular big heavyweight Krusher Karloff who team together as The Cold Warriors. They have won the titles a total of three times, including their current reign. Can they hold off two of the top tag teams in the world? Or will we see brand new USPW World Tag Team Champions? Our show will kick off with two veterans of United States Pro Wrestling doing battle in a rematch from Thanksgiving Thunder in 2015. 'The Demon From The Deep' Tyson Baine steps inside the ring with the man who runs that mysterious power known as The Force. The Force continued to get the upper hand in this feud when he teamed with Nicky Champion to defeat The Titans to kick things off this month. During that match, The Force injured T-Rex, Baine's partner. Tyson Baine will definitely be looking for revenge for the injury to his partner. We also know that T-Rex will be in the building this Tuesday. Can The Force continue his winning ways or will Baine pick up a victory in this feud? Here, I´m going with Baine as with both men likely being way past their prime, it´s the monster heel that is easier to keep stronger. USPW World Tag Team Titles Match The Cold Warriors defend vs. Natural Storm vs. The Towers Of Power Comments: Could see any of the three teams winning here but I pick the face team with the idea that they can easily feud with both other teams while you build other teams up. Rich Money vs. Chris Caulfield Comments: Don´t see Money losing this one. USPW National Title Match Trent Shaffer defends vs. Rick Law Comments: Shaffer cheats he´s way to victory I feel. #1 Contenders Match Joss Thompson vs. Jumbo Jackson vs. Enygma vs. James Justice Comments: Thompson and Enygma seem to be on collision course so doubful either man would win here as that would distract their feud. On Justice vs. Jackson, it comes down to who I believe will be the champion after this night and that leads me to pick Justice even though Jackson did get a boost by getting Sneer on his side which gives me hope that Jackson will be meaningful going forward. overwhelming odds against him, but he will be unable to do it just yet, because T-Rex will interfere to cost The Force the match to play into the whole overwhelmed scenario, I could see The Force drop the titles, it would actually be the shortest title reign since Captain USA and Jim Force title reign in 2008, but I believe if any title will change hands tonight this one is the most likely to be that title, Natural Storm have this underdog story they could go with agains this 4 behemots of men, The Cold Warriors have this Foreign Dominant Heel storyh they could tell, as to Dominate the barren tag division, eating tag teams one at a time, and beating two at a time would cement him as the best heel team, with the added value of their foreign gimmick being more effective in a company like USPW specifically, or this could be a redemption story for the Towers of Power, They are almost as big and powerful as the cold warriors, but they now have seen the errors of their way, so now with the fans in their side they are goring to redeem themselves for all the pain they caused as heels to Jim Force, Andre Jones, Tribal Warrior, Freddy Datsun, Captain USA, Des Davids, Java, Warlord security service of Rich Money, so I say Rich wins, after Bruce The Giant interferes to cost Caufield the match, I actually love this gimmick for Bruce, I actually see it as Bruce is retired but he never saved his money so now he has monetary problems, so Rich Money payed his debts but in return he works for Money, and the story writes for itself.</em></p><p> </p><p> USPW National Title they both have cases to win the match and are good enough to carry the title, so my reasoning comes from the thinking this isnt the feud ender match, and is transitioning the title right now would be underwhelming, this matchup was put on hastily last minute on last week show, as most of the buildup centered on Shaffer faking an injury, and didnt have any confrontation with Rick Law until him attacked him, I dont know who is more heel Trent Shaffer for being a coward and refusing to defend his title or Rick Law for using his manager as bait to handcuff Shaffer and beat him with his stick, but for story sake Im going to assume Rick Law is the Good Guy, and we know that usually when the good guy wins clean is the end of the feud, so if this isnt the end of the feud it makes sense for Shaffer to win. </em></p><p> </p><p> #1 Contenders Match</p><p> Joss Thompson vs. Jumbo Jackson vs. Enygma vs. <strong>James Justice</strong></p><p> Comments: <em>This is a match very difficult to predict, and is because it sounds like a very important match, but I actually dont think it will have the importance in the long run, because it actually doesnt matter who wins, because none of this men will go on to feud with Frehely, I dont know who will but what I know is that it wont be any of this four, Enygma and Joss Thompson cant win because they are already feuding with each other, so I think that in the match, they will take each other out each other from the match, then James Justice will win, Ill say why later, but after his win this will be a title shot on a weekly TV show, and he will lose and go on other things and feuds, because I still stand on the idea that Justice should begin to drop down in the card, so any facing off against Frehely should be his last hurra and officially pass the torch off the main event, letting the new generations take its place, while he stays in the midcard, so Jumbo Jackson, seems like the obvious choice, he still is belivable as a character, has a last run inside of him, finally got a manager to back him completeing the package and had a confrontation with Frehely, but the problem with him is that he is a heel and Frehely is a heel, a heel vs heel feud wont fly in USPW, and right now I dont feel is the right moment for either of this men to turn babyface, so it makes it less likely, so my theory is James Justice will win the Match in an underdog move after Thompsson and Enygma take each other out or are to busy facing each other, the it will Jackson vs Justice in a David vs Goliath spot, where Jackson will dominate and have Justice on the ropes, only for Justice to pull a victory, maybe by roll up to catch Jackson off guard, and pull the underdog win, then in TV Sneer and Jackson will call his win a fluke and that it should be Jackson facing Frehely and that Justice is a Spotlight horder, so on Justice title shot against Frehely, Jackson will interfere to cost Justice the championship and begin a feud between them two, and Jackson will take the first steps to transition Justice out of the main event.</em></p><p> </p><p> USPW Women's Title Match</p><p> <strong>Melody</strong> defends vs. Tiffany Jade</p><p> Comments: <em>Of all the championships on the line tonight this is the championship with less chances of changing hands, the only other championship that is safer to not change hands is actually make sense, Melody just got the title on december, this is her first title defense, is facing the former champion, that most have lost the title for a reason and has already rivalries ready in the future unlike Tiffany Jade, Melody is going to keep the title for the time being, at least till april, when management sees how does alicia recover from her injury, and possibly look for a this is the end of the feud, but it could also continue after this, it would not be the first time a stipulation is just looked over in the grand expectrum of things, but whatever is the case I feel Nicky isnt getting that title back tonight, and I have 2 reasons, first Frehely title reign has been too short, he won the title 3 months ago and this is his first feud with the title still, so taking the title off of him right now would derail the push Frehely has been having since winning the title, Frehely came with all the momentum in the world in the Black Wednesday Betrayal, that he made a straight way into the World Title in less than 2 years, so it would be underwhelming that after all that hype Frehely only gets the title as a transitional heel champion, second Nicky Champion doesnt need the World Title, he is as big as a min event attraction without the World Title, this doesnt mean he shouldnt win the title ever, hell he can win any title in the company and would still be credible, but the first thing that pops into your mind is not that he is the World Champion, the first thing in your mind is that he is nicky champion, having or not having any title doesnt hurt him or benefit him in anyway, with him the title just becomes another prop, meanwhile theres people who can benefit from being the World Champion, it helps them build their name, their brand, it gives them exposure as they become the central part of the show as everyone wants to fight them, so my conclusion is that Frehely can do more with the title than Nicky, and that taking any kind of loss to
