I meet Mitch early Saturday morning, still running things from his dirty ass basement. Sigh, one day I’ll talk him into renting out an office. Despite my surroundings I can always make time for a meeting with Mitch. He has such a great mind for the business I would be doing myself a disservice by not making him a big part of creative.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Eric:</strong> “Mornin' Mitch, I hope you have some coffee brewing. I’ve been so pumped after our first TV show that I’ve barely slept.”</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Mitch:</strong> “Just made a fresh pot, help yourself. I have to admit, being televised on a national network like that, even though The Pop Network is a smaller one, man that was freaking awesome! The energy in the building reminded me of DAVE in its heyday.”</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Eric:</strong> “I’m glad you’re pumped like I am man, and to think it was a sell out with awesome reviews, I’m sure that got under the old man’s skin to boot.”</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Mitch:</strong> “I can only imagine, anyway, what are your thoughts on next week. I know we have some new faces that have yet to debut but I feel like we should keep building the suspense.”</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Eric:</strong> “I agree, let’s keep the fans on guessing. I’ve put together what I think is a solid card. I’ll leave it with you and you can give me your thoughts once looked everything over.”</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Mitch:</strong> “That sounds great Eric, but do have one suggestion. Based on the reactions from last week you need to be in more segments, and Cerberus needs to continue to destroy people. The crowd went crazy when he beat down Logan. Plus it will only make Logan that much stronger when we finally let him get his revenge.”</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Eric:</strong> “That’s booking 101 Mitch, I love how you can keep things so simple and yet they work so well. Maybe my father should take notes. I’m not crazy about being in more segments, I don’t want to take any shine away from the boys but if we can figure out a way to do it without me stealing the show then what the hell.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

I get off the jet groggy and somewhat slow witted. I’ve never been one who enjoys international flights. Despite the fact that I’m flying private my body always had trouble getting used to time changes, I guess they don’t call it jet lag for nothing.

 

 

 

I grab a taxi and try my best to explain my destination using the little Japanese I know. As I sit back and relax I notice how beautiful and quiet Tohoku is compared to other regions. I never really took the time to enjoy the scenery traveling with SWF back in the day. We were always in such a damn hurry to get to the next show.

 

 

 

The driver takes me to an old storage building. I’m somewhat confused but he assures me I’m at the right place. I can’t say part of me isn’t incredibly confused about where I am, maybe it;s the jet lag, maybe the language barrier or a combination of both.

 

Luckily I see a sign, well it’s a piece of notebook paper with WEXXV Offices and and arrow written in marker that’s duct taped to a wall. F%&k me, I chuckle to myself, shake my head and proceed to follow the arrows. Eventually I come to a large storage shew with another hand written sign; “WEXXV Offices...Please knock before lifting the roll up door”.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I do just that and I’m greeted by an older bald man. I can’t help but smile, I haven’t seen the old man in years.

 

 

 

 

 

Eric: “Kajahara, you crazy son of a bitch, how have you been?”

 

I move to shake his hand but he pulls me in for a hug. It’s been years since I’ve seen him but it feels like only yesterday.

 

 

Ryu: “Little Eisen, it’s so good to see you! I’m guessing your stubborn old man has finally come to offer a working agreement right?”

 

 

Eric: “Yeah, that’s not going to happen Ryu, though your weekly calls to him used to drive him crazy! Please continue doing those.”

 

 

Ryu: “That I can do, I’ve got reminder programmed into my calendar so I never miss them! One day he will come to his senses! So what brings you here to see me?”

 

 

Eric: “Well Ryu I’m glad you asked me that. I just recently purchased Pittsburgh Steel WRestling and I would like for us to start a working agreement of our own.”

 

 

Ryu: “Steel Wrestling of the Burg of Pitts huh, why not. I’m always looking for another excuse to visit the states again. There are many large animals native to the US that don’t exist here. I would like to come over and fight them with my bare hands from time to time.”

 

Eric: “I’m not sure that’s a good way to use your free time Ryu but whatever, we are certainly looking forward to showing the world what some or your guys can do.”

 

 

Ryu: “Excellent, now we shake and things are good. First spit in your hand then we shake, makes contract valid.”

 

 

 

Ryu spits in his hand and encourages me to do the same. I humor him as we shake hands, quickly grabbing my hand sanitizer.

 

 

 

Suddenly I a strange noise coming from a large sack in the corner of the room. Sounds almost like a donkey or something. Ryu walks over, grabs the bag and swings it as hard as he can against the cinder block wall. I can hear bones cracking as the sack makes impact with the wall and now, nothing but silence. Ryu tosses the sack back in the corner, what a f%$king psycho.

 

 

 

Ryu: “Don’t worry about that, that’s a little project I’m working on in my spare time. Unless you have anything else for me I’ve really got to get back to work but tonight, we drink and celebrate partnership!”

 

 

 

I head to my hotel to get some rest. A few hours later Ryu calls and invites me out to a sushi spot he loves. Everything gets a little hazy sometime after the 8th saki bomb but I faintly remember prank calling my dad.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Eric: "Hello Mr. Eisen, this is Mark from Horizon Wireless."

 

 

Richard: "What can I do for you Mark?"

 

 

Eric: "Well sir, we've been experiencing some network problems so this is a service call to check your network reception and make sure everything is working properly."

 

 

Richard: "Okay, everything seems to be working fine, have a goo..."

 

 

Eric: "Sorry sir but I need you to stay on the line and repeat some things just to make sure we can hear you properly."

 

Richard: "Make it quick damnit, I've got things to do."

 

 

Eric: "Yes sir, of course. Now repeat after me please - My name is Pedro and I shower with donkeys"

 

 

Richard: "This is just plain stupid; My name is Pedro and I shower with donkeys."

 

 

Eric and Ryu both lightly chuckle on the other end...

 

 

Eric: "Okay, fantastic sir, this may seem silly but it's very important to repeat me word for word to test your network. Now please repeat - I have an incredibly small penis"

 

 

Richard: "Sigh, I have an incredibly small penis"

 

 

Eric and Ryu: "Bwahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!!!!!!!!"

 

 

Richard: "Who is this!?! Is this some kind of sick f%^king joke! Don't call this number again!!!!!!!!!!!!"...........hangs up phone

 

 

Eric and Ryu: "Bwahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha..."

 

 

It’s gonna be a rough flight back I think to myself.

This weeks show kicks off with Eric Eisen in the center of the ring. P-S-W chants fill the venue as he prepares to address the crowd.

 

 

Eric: “Last week we made f^&$king history! We took this small group of misfits and we put them front and center in every living room in the nation! And you better f&^%king believe that we showed this country exactly what it means to be hard f%$^king core!!!!!

 

 

In three weeks we make history again when we have our very first PPV event ever; Big Ass New Years Bash!!!”

 

 

 

 

Eric finds himself suddenly interrupted by The Supreme Dream Team’s music as they make there way down to the ring....

 

 

 

 

 

 

Eric: “Well you made your big entrance and decided to interrupt me as I was pumping up the crowd so I guess let’s hear what’s on your mind guys.”

 

 

Greg Black: “You know Eric, or should I call you boss? I think I’ll stick with Eric because pretty soon you’ll find out who really runs sh$t round here!”

 

 

Phunk: “You’re gonna have to forgive my brother Greg, he has a problem with authority. Now me, I’m more of a businessman. As a matter of fact, I’ve got hoes working right now and I need to go collect so let me get straight to the point. Last week we took an L in the first ever main event of Supreme Metal. I mean it ain’t the first time we’ve taken an L but we had those two jabronis Dead Rage on our team and let’s face it, they dropped the ball.”

 

 

Greg Black: “That’s right, those bitches cost us the match so we want another shot at Boone and Martin...tonight!”

 

 

Eric: “So let me get this straight, you two want another shot at two of the craziest sons of bitches in the company? Well what the hell, you go……..”

 

 

 

 

 

 

Right as it seems that Eric is going to grant The Dream Team there request TOAOV’s music hits and Johnny Martin and Madman Boone are seen on the jumbotron…

 

 

 

 

 

 

Boone glares at the camera as he stabs himself in the forehead with a fork until blood starts running down his face…

 

 

 

Boone: “Don’t mind the interruption E Squared, we know you were going to make the match official for tonight. I just want to remind you two pieces of sh$t to be careful what you wish for!!!!”

 

 

 

Martin: “Phunk and Black, tonight your gonna experience an ass whipping of epic proportions!”

 

 

 

 

Black and Phunk leave the ring talking smack to the crowd as they are greeted at the top of the ramp by Shane Sneer. Sneer looks on with a sinister smile as he makes his way down to the ring....

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Eric: “It is just me or am I Mr. Popular around here. Looks like everyone wants to take part in my segments.”

 

 

Sneer: “Forgive me for the interruption, I’m sure you had an innumerable amount of important information to share with these mouth breathers but the future of PSW is here, so all you poor, fat, diabetes infested, white trash pieces of monkey sh$t listen up! That goes for you to Boone and Martin. I’m not here to fight so keep your butts in the back.

 

 

Tonight the reckoning begins. The first member of Supremacy will make an appearance tonight and I promise you that bones will be broken and bodies will hit the floor!

 

When will we see this supreme athlete, well I guess you mouth breathers will just have to wait and see!”

 

 

 

Sneer makes his way to the back and Eric continues pumping up the crowd while we go to a commercial break.

As we return from commercial break cameras take us to the locker room area where Allison Addison is wishing Riley McManus good luck. Allison wishes she could be out there with him but understands why her and Venus were banned from ringside.

 

 

Suddenly Venus jumps out of one of the lockers with a cooler full of water and proceeds to dump it all over Allison Addison. Allison quickly realizes she is wearing all white and covers up as McManus helps her.

In a bout that didn't have much heat and terrible wrestling, Cerberus defeated Vendetta in a PSW Rules match in 8:08 by pinfall with a Powerbomb.

After the match Eric Tyler orders Cerberus to continue the assault. He stomps on Vendetta as he lays prone on the mat. Then he sets up a bundle of light tubes between two chairs and powerbombs Vendetta on top of the bundle of light tubes.

 

 

Ash Campbell decides to join in as well as the two continuously pummel a now severely bloody Vendetta.

 

 

Campbell helps Cerberus rip open the back of Vendetta’s shirt exposing his back. Ash then sets up a pane of glass in the corner.

 

 

Cerberus lifts Vendetta onto his shoulder and runs across the ring….

 

 

 

 

GORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

 

Right through a pane of glass.

 

 

Vendetta’s back is cut to bloody shreds. Satisfied with their handywork, the trio leaves the ring as we go to a commercial.

After the match Kammy Ling heads to the ring where Brown Pride are celebrating. She slides into the ring and starts to do a strip tease much to the enjoyment of the crowd and Brown Pride as well.

Teddy Powell & Reckless Antix vs The Philly Blonds & Xavi Ferrera

 

 

 

In a bout that had decent wrestling but didn't have much heat, Xavi Ferrera and The Philly Blondes drew with Teddy Powell and Reckless Antix in a PSW Rules match in 9:35 when the match descended into chaos after a Mysterious Masked Man got involved.

 

In terms of in-ring work, Nelson Callum was head and shoulders above everyone else.

After the match The Blondes and Ferrera clear the ring while the Masked Man quickly tosses out Reckless Antix.

 

 

 

The Masked Man then proceeds to chokeslam Teddy Powell hard into the turnbuckle. He then removes the turnbuckle pads and proceeds to ram Powell’s head into the exposed steel busting Teddy wide open.

 

 

 

As blood pours down Teddy’s face The Covenant’s graphic appears on the jumbotron…

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Aldous appears in a dark lit room wearing a butchers apron. He’s covered in blood leaning over a butchered hog carcass.

The arena goes dark and when the lights come back on a bloody Teddy Powell is left laying in the ring by himself.

In a decent match, Johnny Martin and Madman Boone defeated The Supreme Dream Team in a Thumbtacks & Barbed Wire Boards match in 9:46 when Johnny Martin defeated Grandmaster Phunk by pinfall with a Twist On The Rocks.

 

Johnny Martin was the weak link, struggling to keep up with everyone else's in-ring performance.

After the match Supremacy’s theme music begins to play as Shane Sneer makes his way out to the entrance ramp while Boone and Martin look on from the ring.

 

 

Sneer: “Great job you two, that’s a nice win tonight. The Supreme Dream Team are no pushovers. I just wanted to remind you that one member of Supremacy was going to debut tonight. I did however want to make it a surprise so I failed to mention when it would happen.

 

 

Well surprise…"

 

 

 

All of the sudden a giant man rips through the ring mat and climbs out from below the ring!

 

 

 

 

The crowd is stunned as the man beast Gargantuan grabs both Boone and Martin and drops them hard on the mat with a double chokeslam!!!!

 

 

He picks up Boone and hits him with a head snapping lariat then guerilla presses Martin high over his head and....

 

 

 

 

 

BAM!!!!!!!!!!

 

 

 

Tosses him right out of the ring onto the announcers table at ringside.

 

 

Gargantuan stands tall in the ring as the show closes.

There is a not so glorious mustache on the render but that one is a placeholder until I can make a new one. I'm glad your picking up on the Gilbert Brothers constant brawling and yes, my Ryu character must be used somehow so expect to see him show up from time to time. (Maybe to make more prank calls to Senor Eisen)

Another weekend and another afternoon waiting in an airport lounge. It’s only been a few months since I’ve retired and I’ve already gotten used to not being on the road all the time. Oh well, If I truly want to offer our audience something different I need to make sure we’ve got allies in the right places. Adding Ryu to the mix was crucial but man are our fans gonna really get excited when they see what I’ve got planned next.

 

 

I’ve still got some time before my flight boards so I order another drink and dial Mitch to fill him in.

 

 

 

Mitch: “Hey Eric, what's going on?”

 

 

Eric: “I’m at the airport getting ready to head to Mexico. I figured I would give you a quick buzz and fill you in on some things.”

 

 

Mitch: “What’s on your mind, you must still be pretty excited about the reviews the show’s been getting. So far they’ve been awesome. We are really starting to make some noise, people are talking,”

 

 

Eric: “Yeah, the feedback has been fantastic, I’m really proud of what we have accomplished so far. And we’ve got the guys from Japan we can bring in and just wait until we get some of these luchadors in the ring. The fans will go crazy over all the fast paced high flying.”

 

 

Mitch: “I can honestly say I’m excited myself just thinking about it.”

 

 

Eric: “Unfortunately I have some bad news as well Mitch, Nelson and Greg are headed to USPW.”

 

 

Mitch: “I figured it was only a matter of time. The losses shouldn’t hurt much since we brought in plenty of new talent but I sure will miss those guys.”

 

 

Eric: “Yeah, I appreciate what they have done for us and at least it’s not SWF. Speaking of SWF, one of there guys just got released and I’m sure he has an axe to grind. I’m going to do everything in my power to bring him in. We probably won’t have him for long but we can stir up some sh%t with him on board for a little while at least.”

 

 

Mitch: “I take it you’re keeping this one a surprise?”

 

 

Eric: “You bet your ass I am. Oh, looks like the plane is boarding now, I gotta run. I’ll hollar at you later”

 

 

Mitch: “Sounds good, take care Eric.”

 

 

 

As I board the plane my mind is racing 100 miles an hour. There are so many exciting things happening for PSW and so much to look forward to. The future is definitely bright.

CILL Offices

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The CILL are pretty nice for a smaller promotion. Especially when sharing a territory with perennial giant SOTBPW. I can smell a fresh batch of churros just brought into the break room by one of the receptionists. I could never resist a good churro. The owner, retired lucah libre legend El Maestro greets me in the waiting area and walks me back to his office. Framed masks of legendary luchadors decorate the walls along with several title belts he obviously had won over the years he was active. I always loved lucah libre as a kid so I wish I could say I wasn’t marking out a bit now but I totally am.

 

 

 

El Maestro: “Bienvenido, señor Eisen. ¿Confío en que tu viaje fue agradable?”

 

 

Eric: “Ummmmmmmmmmmmmmm, yeah, so my spanish is not so good but I’m doing well, not sure about the rest. How are you sir?”

 

 

El Maestro: “Estoy bien gracias. Parece que vamos a tener algunos problemas con la barrera del idioma aquí.”

 

 

Eric: “Again forgive me, I have no idea what the hell you are saying.”

 

 

El Maestro: “¿Qué tipo de negocio te trae aquí? ¿Qué es lo que te interesa en CILL?”

 

 

Eric: “F&*k me, again, I have no clue. Man I should have brought a translator.”

 

 

El Maestro: “¿Por qué demonios querrías follar una cabra? ¿Qué clase de hombre enfermo eres?”

 

 

Eric: “Jesus, ummmmmmmmmmmm, do you want to make a deal-o, talent-o trade-o?”

 

 

El Maestro: “Oh, entonces quieres intercambiar talento. Bueno, eso parece emocionante. Creo que podemos resolver algo.”

 

 

 

 

El Maestro extends his hand with a smile and repeats what I just said. “Talet-o trade-0.”

 

 

We shake on the deal and he seems to be happy about everything. We celebrate with a shot of tequila before I bid him farewell and head back to the airport. At least tonight I can sleep in my own bed. On the car ride back to the airport, I make sure to text Mitch the card for next week’s show.

I just had the week from hell at work and then spent the weekend at the little ones soccer tournament so I haven't had much time to run a show much less do a write up. I should have the show complete and written up over the next few days hopefully.

I hope to catch Siberian Tiger so I can make wrestling outfit out of it's fur and use it's bones to make ancient Chinese super special healing potion.
