Bigelow Cartwheel
A (terrible) worker has declared his loyalty to my user character. What benefits does this give me? It doesn't appear to have curbed his drug habit or his tolerance of being fined for wrestling wasted. It would be nice to find away to exploit this loyalty before I eventually fire him. Remianen
I believe the primary benefit is he'll be harder to poach, possibly even impossible. It's not going to change their personality or "wipe away their sins" though. I think the fact that you keep him around despite his issues may be one reason he became loyal, but I have no concrete data to back that up (though it would make sense). I fined him one time (instead of presumably firing him) and he became loyal. The irony is NO-ONE in their right mind is poaching this guy. <img alt=":D" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/biggrin.png.929299b4c121f473b0026f3d6e74d189.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p> Thanks for the info.</p>

Matt_Black
The other benefit, and this is minor, is it will help with backstage morale, just like any other positive relationship.
a0161613
It's Lucas Danger, just fire the guy! Seriously though, the loyalty thing would mean that he shouldn't take too much offense over it.

Bigelow Cartwheel
I legit thought Danger would be your first Hall Of Famer one day... I mean, he could end up in it one day. But he'll have to actually achieve something first. Anything.

Vladamire Dracos
I actually had this happen in a historical mod after sending a worker to rehab (as WCW). It was The Iron Sheik, but still pretty cool.
