Patch #11 Improves autobooker 100%

<p>Just wanted to chime in with an enthusiastic thumbs up on Patch #11! </p><p>

Using it on patch 10 I ended up with a 9 segment 2hr show that had no angle less than 15 minutes, despite running an Attitude Entertainment fed. </p><p> </p><p>

Using it after patch #11 it gave me a 17 segment card with all the angles being no more than 5 minutes. The order is still a bit wonky (an Eye Candy Main Event?) but that's fixable.</p>

Still gets a lot of worker overuse penalties, but I don’t think that’s a huge issue if you’re using it for B shows.

Still have to shift some stuff around, maybe swap out a participant here or there to further an angle, but it's actually useable now at least.</p><p> </p><p> Would be a dream to have something where on the autobooker screen you could have some sort of multi-select thing for "advance these storylines via match" and "advance these storylines via angle" or something. But maybe that's a bit too granular for an "auto" booker.</p>

I guess you could book the storyline stuff only then autobook the rest of the show though, which would still be a lot quicker than booking the whole show.

Most "unimportant" wrestlers will get that note, even in a local to global save where your roster is MOSTLY unimportant wrestlers. The more you use them, the faster the note goes away and stops happening for that worker, I've found.</p>

Those are, most of the times, just guidelines.</p><p> </p><p> Of course, if you have penalties for booking a sex appeal focused match or a deathmatch at a family friendly show it's a bigger deal. (and totally the booker's fault.)</p>

I’m using patch #11, booking RAW and all of my segments are still 10 to 20 minutes with a HEAP of pre-show segments.</p><p> </p><p> I can’t tell the difference to before... am I doing something wrong here?</p>

It's working way better than before for me using the RWC chronicles mod just to test the game. Angles are much shorter and are not being penalised.

<p>Patch #13 - the autobooker just booked me an 83 show WITHOUT NEEDING ANY ADJUSTMENT EXCEPT CHANGING ONE MATCH TYPE. </p><p> </p><p>

I love it. </p><p> </p><p>

<p>I still think it books the segments WAY too long for promotions like RAW, but I can always adjust the length and add the pre-show segments to the main card to get around this.</p><p> </p><p>

At least it's seemingly improving with each patch.</p>
