KingBDL
What’s the difference between written and handshake?
Slash-LN
A written contract means the worker can't ask for more money during the length of the contract. They also can't just walk out of the company. It has a set time length and you can't re-negotiate until there are 28 days left. On a handshake contract you can end it at anytime and so can the worker. They can also request pay raises. Both types also have "exclusive" options so they can only work for you.
KingBDL
What size do you have to be to sign exclusive written? Also, about playing as developmental, will the main company call up guys I sign?
awesomenessofme1
What size do you have to be to sign exclusive written? Also, about playing as developmental, will the main company call up guys I sign? I want to say Medium, but I'm not 100%. I think that workers can only end up on a developmental contract if they're signed by the parent company. AI developmental companies will never even sign people.
