First time trying this mod out and its pretty fantastic. I started unemployed and waited for All Out Wrestling to open in England in 1924. I became head booker in Jan 1925 and spent a year there before leaving because I couldn't see me growing anymore. However since I have left the AI is booking amazingly. I was getting like 15-20 rating on matches with maybe a 35 and a 45. They are getting constant 30's, 40's and 50's so they are doing great. I just suck at the game.

The only thing I wasn't sure about however is locker room morale. This may actually be a thing for the actual game to question but thought I would bring it up here first. It seems like pretty much 90% of people in the game are a negative influence and its just constant fights and arguments. I dealt with the situations fine as far as not pissing anyone off too much with punishments but morale for everyone after a few months was so low just because of the negative atmosphere. One of my best guys left just because they got so angry about how negative it was. Not sure if there is something I can do to calm everyone down. Giving a bonus or time off didn't seem to help enough.

Just wanted to post an update letting everyone know that 5.01 is close to completion. I've been fixing things and tinkering with some others, but should all improve the quality of the mod.

The thing I'm currently hung up on is the training facilities. I'm still looking for a good way to improve this.

Question: are the products of the companies that the game generates completely random, or are they "unlocked" with time, so that you start with the Catch Wrestling one, and then more of them enter the game like, for example, Attitude Entertainment in the late 1990s and Respectful Wrestling in the early 2000s? It'd be weird to see a small promotion in the 1940s do straight up hardcore deathmatches. :D

They have been setup to open closely resemble real life. However, they can change their products on their own now. I've seen a promotion who was set as Wild West change to a hardcore promotion on its own. Unfortunately, not anything I can do about that.

I like this one a lot, myself. All of them look pretty cool though, I think.

I downloaded the mod today, and now I'm giving it a sim-through. Up through 1929 so far. Can't wait to see what kind of world it comes up with.

Awesome! I hope you enjoy it!

I've created a survey for anyone interested. I'd love to get some feedback.

Survey!

Hey I'm enjoying your mod. Good work. I answered your survey. So far my biggest issue is too many workers for longer term sims. I just downloaded your updated version and started looking through you training facilities. I'm wondering if you overlooked something.

For Canada you have closed the province specific facilities in 1931 which is great but then you have 2 larger facilities:

Canada Pro Wrestling Academy - 1925 to 1951 - 12 graduates per year.

The Canada Pro Wrestling Academy - 1931 no close date - 12 graduates per year.

I am wondering if that is intentional or if you forgot to delete one of them. The same thing exists in the 4 areas I checked so far (USA, Mexico, Canada, UK) which if the pattern holds that meas 192 workers per year from 1931 to 1951 (~ 4000 total). That's probably way too many. Things seem to start chugging once you cross 3000 workers.

There are meant to be two, one only for women, and the other a mix but with a higher quality worker. That is how it is supposed to be, but apparently something happened in the update. The women only got changed to Mostly Male and went to 100 instead of 60.

I'll work on getting an correction out for this today.

We're rolling into the 1930s over here, and so far, we're having all kinds of fun. Actually, 1932 just reached its inevitable conclusion as I've been typing out this post. So there is that.

Some interesting things are happening, that's for sure. For one, El Espíritu is apparently a beast! Dude's been SPW Heavyweight Champion like... forever... now, (1,119 days, with 30 successful defenses thus far, prestige currently at 77, and this is his second time with the belt). He's also held the CSW Universal Championship, with 15 successful defenses to his credit. Seems like he's really tearing it up.

SPW by the by have over 11 million dollars in the bank. Here's hoping they stick around a while, I'd kinda like to see them go all the way, as unlikely as that may be.

One thing I do have to ask about though, Levi Andrews. Caught me unawares when I was simming my way downtown, (movin' fast, faces pass, and I'm future bound, do doo doo do do do), when the random profile I saw was for Levi Andrews II, the latest man to bear the name. Thought it might have been a mistake at first, but now I'm not so sure. Thinking it might just be a Gorgeous George type thing. That could be pretty cool.

Lots of new workers popping up along the way: Audric Larocque, Bryson Sherrod, Burning Tarantula, Chauncey Barteau, and Troy Lebowski, just to name a few. If you're wondering, Troy Lebowski stands 6'3" tall and weighs in at 282 lbs, so... yeah. He's pretty big.

Ulbrecht Strangler seems like an interesting dude as well.

I've also considered going into the in-game editor and bringing all the Predators, (Green, Black, and Neon), all together under one banner, perhaps under the leadership of Captain Frog.

We'll see.

All in all, pretty interesting experience, thus far.

I'll take a look at it and see. I know I have regeneration enabled for him, but I didn't think it was for legacy.

In other news, I'm running a quick long-term sim to test something out. I've removed all training facilities to see how the game would handle that. So far, it seems to be generating workers as needed, I'm assuming through the imbalance option. I last checked at the beginning of 1927 and there were a total of 106 workers with 91 being active. I'm going to try and get to at least the 40s to see how things develop and if all is well, then I'll just remove them entirely.

Good to here. I did eventually notice that one of the two was supposed to be only women so I fixed it myself. I then edited it so that the "Only women Facilities" would only produce 4 grads a year and the higher quality "Mostly Male" to 6 per year.

I'm going to run a sim with those settings to see how it goes.

Don't think it is going to work.

By 1937 it has a total of 13 women wrestlers, 7 of which are the ones I put in the database. It does keep the numbers down, 195 total workers, but is struggling with creating enough to be able to keep promotions open or open at all due to the lack of eligible owners/bookers.

I'm going to test 1 facility in each region and see how it goes. I will say that I have never seen anyone open a training facility of their own in any of my sims for 2020.

It has been fixed and updated. I apologize for all the issues.

Regarding road, I haven't come up with a good lore friendly way to implement them yet. My suggestion for now would be to use the Quick Fill feature in your save to add some to your game whenever you feel they are needed.

Hey I have a question for those doing watcher games in this mod. Has anyone seen AOW get an owner? I have never seen it and they always go out of business because they can't run shows.

Looking in the in-game editor in my current sim there seems to only be 2 potential owners left for Britain and they are both female (but no limit on age or company size - they are not generated characters). Wondering if they won't get involved in all-male promotions?

What's weird though is that Pride of Germany, Quebec Championship Wrestling and Viva La Lucha all found potential owners from generated characters. The owner for Pride of Germany was generated in Britain.

Now I've only simmed 5 years so I'll see what happens over the next 5.
