What's the one story you started that you knew after a couple weeks was going to flop

For me it's in my WCW 1991 game. I'm a month in and Arn says he will put over El Gigante someone who I had no intention on pushing. So what I did was insert him into my Sid/Art Barr feud as backup for Art who recently dropped The Juicer gimmick because he's "more than a comedy wrestler." El Gigante is just bad though and I'm pretty sure i'll just still have him lose to Arn because I can't just job Arn out to someone who is so bad and can't wrestle matches longer than 5 minutes without being gassed

Currently for me it’s the replacement of Rob Conway in the JBL’s Cabinet that was that of Orlando Jordan in real life. I must of gotten a bad potential roll because nothing I do with him can get him over. I’m going to continue with the story but after it splits then hill just eat a lot of canvas as a lower gated mid carder to all my new talent.

Playing a 2010 mod and I'm approaching the Nexus takeover and I can already tell it's not gonna go over well so I'm looking at ways to tweak it so that Cena won't continue to get his feelings hurt

I finished the storyline as soon as I could and had to change my whole plans.

Kichi has beaten the best women's wrestler on the planet! CLEAN as the proverbial whistle! I go to look at Kichi's popularity.</p><p> </p><p>

She went from 68 to 70, after beating a 92 worldwide pop worker. There's no point. Since joining QAW, Alicia has three losses (two to Ellie de Grazia, one to Kichi), all of which she specifically requested.</p>

WCW 1996 Mod.

 

Flair vs DDP for the US Title. After my first show DDP got caught with hard drugs. Sent him off to rehab and replaced with Konnan who predictably got shipped of to rehab himself 2 weeks later.

 

I thought it was going to be the N.W.O. vs WCW storyline that'd flop due to drugs but I've kept that going. I'm 4 months in. Lost Luger but had Piper coming in so Luger will return and jump to the NWO. Got to month 3 before Hogan and Nash went to rehab. If Scott Hall (yes seriously, Scott Hall is the clean one) can last until Hogan or Nash come back, I can make this work.
